ok um im gonna put this very bluntly....my mom only has only about 1 month and a half left to live and i love her and im tryin to deal wit it the best way I can may not be the best way to everyone else but even my counseler said ppl react to this shit differently and this is just how im dealin wit it....there are a few girls in my skool who keep callin me slut and shit because i had sex twice wit a guy ive been datin for 5 months and sayin how i only try to get attention when im in skool and shit and they said no one feels bad for me and my little issues at home. That fukin hurt me like hell but im not gona say anything to them or cry bout it bc i dont want to show them that what they said got to me...how do i deal with this how do i get them to understand without fukin TALKING to them (because we all kno that dont work wit junior high bitches) or without literally holdin a gun to each one of there temples and scarin the shit out of them til they respect me what the hell do i do im offically screwy now...idk what to do. plz help (link)

Your counsler is right, everyone does deal with that kinda thing differently...and it's a lot of shit for someone your age to deal with. I'm sorry to hear about your mom spend all the time you can with her.
About the lunatics in your school...they are jealous, do your best to ignore them. They are probably the ones without boyfriends, and if they have one they are probably losers. You are not a slut, their opinion is not important, nor will it be believed by those who know you. I wouldn't worry about getting them to understand anything, they are not worth your time or energy.I know it makes you feel bad but since they are stupid and have no idea of the emotional trauma you are experiencing at home right now, the best you can do is just ignore them all together. Hang in there as best you can. :)

i need some backup for this:
this "Gangsta rap" dude at school slapped one and punched another girl in the middle of the hallway two days ago. needless to say he got suspended. I work with one of the girls and the guy. he is a lazy grocery bagger, she's also a bagger.
Question: need opinions from both sexes on the issue of "guys can't hit girls". personally, i want to thrash him within an inch of his life, as do most of the other guys i have talked to. is that a bad thing?
other info: he's done it before, and has had his ass kicked multiple times for it.
did i mention that he also dresses like a drug dealing lowlife? oh yeah i did, stupid kids trying to live like gangsters in suburbia.

Why is this thug not in jail? Thats what I want to know. Where are these girls parents? Time to take this idiot down to juvie if ya ask me! And another unpopular opinion of mine...lock up the jerks parents too. I think if some of the parents were held accountable for what their little delinquents do there would be a lot less delinquents running around out there. :)
Okay, off my soapbox. I don't think guys should hit girls. I think men are still stronger in a lot of ways and it just isn't cool. I do think guys should be able to hit other guys if need be. My son is a very big guy, and very laid back. We always taught him that you don't go looking for a fight, but if all else fails...take 'em out. Don't hold back, if you have to do it you better do it right the first time. That is the advice I will give you on hitting the guy. My daughter got the same advice too. I don't blame you for wanting to mop the floor with the idiot I think it is a very normal reaction.:)

Well, she could have just been a friend but I don't know. The fact he was there after being with her in the club seems the same scenario as what it was like with me. I told my boyfriend I wanted a break last night so we have split up for the time being. I feel a bit weird but I also have this funny feeling that I shouldn't be falling for the Australians charms if he is doing this to all the girls. He's leaving in 3 weeks and I wonder if he is the type of guy to try and get with as many girls in the short space of time before he goes. But also, I thought, imagine if we had kissed that night and then he ignored me - I would be feeling even worse!! So I don't know if I do want to go there now because if something now does happen I will be afraid he will be an idiot and be with another girl the following night or something? Men! Aaaaagh! You know Daisy, it may be he was put in your life so you would make a change. So, maybe he was helpful anyway. I think you can find somebody out there to give you the attention you deserve! So, even if he isn't the one, he got you to make some much needed changes. If you come across him before he leaves and you enjoy his company...heck spend some time with him if you want to. If not thats okay too! I've really enjoyed talking to you...keep me updated on whats going on with you, even if all is well! Karen

I personally would be bothered by it, guys are weird though. Ask him if he is ashamed to be seen with you...maybe he just doesn't understand why it bothers you so much. He probably likes you though...just being weird. :)

I always have, it took awhile to get the right color though. It depends on how fussy you are about it I guess. If you're willing to maybe get it to dark or to light then go for it. Otherwise if you want perfection go to a salon. It is easy to do though. Now that I have really confused you...good luck with it! :)

no period is the main one. You don't have to have ANY of the other symptoms I never did. The sickness can be any time of day too, doesn't have to be just in morning. Other than those, there really arent any more. The pee a lot thing is more toward the end of a pregnancy rather than the beginning. So is the being tired thing.
I don't know of anyone who had cravings that were really weird. I think you have everything. :)

I sprang my ankle today...the pain is worse now then it was when it first happened....what are some things i can do to make the pain go down..i took some painkillers and put ice on it...and i have one of those wrap things to wear to school tomorrow but what can i do to make the pain go down...because even with the pain killers it still hurts very bad...

It's going to hurt for awhile. Keep off of it as much as possible. Take your med and everything else you are doing. It just takes time. Feel better! :)

After my dad died, I've been having problems with myself. For a while I was okay. but recently i keep getting mad and feeling so...weird. So i started cutting, but now I don't know what to do. I can tell I'm starting to get a cold, and I'm going away in a week for a couple days. I don't want to be sick while I'm away (I'm going to a conference thing) and I was wondering if there's any way I could fight this cold off before Thursday.

You really can't get rid of a cold. It just has to run it's course. You can get some Tylenol cold medicine at the store (generic brand works just as good). It will dry you up and keep you from coughing and snotting so much though. Get the non-drowsiness type so you aren't sleepy all day.

I live in Texas. I have a 16 yo son who is totally out of control. He has been to boot camp but that didn't help. He is making our family miserable and nothing we do (counseling, etc.) seems to help. We cannot find any help in our town, we are told to deal with him because he is our problem. Does anyone have experience with this?

You take him to the court house. You make him sign imancipation paperwork. Then, YOU are no longer responsible for his actions. Then, you boot him out of your house. I am harsher than you are on this subject! I know it will be hard to do because you still love him...idiot that he is. BUT, you have at least one other child to raise and he is not a good example for them. He is screwing around with girls, drugs and gangs. Maybe one of those friends will take him in. If not then I guess he better get a job and get responsible. If he has to quit school...so what, he is no longer your responsibility. Until he gets out there in the real world and has to fend for himself, he is going to continue as he is.So, let him do it on his own. You concentrate on the children that you can help. Be strict with them too. Teach them what happens when you think you know everything. Don't let him back in either until he has gotten help and has made very major changes. I don't see that happening for years.It is sad, very sad but you must think of the rest of your family. I sure wish you luck.

I'm gonna bet on to much dressing. Some people like a lot of it and some don't. Start with just a small amount and gradually add more until you get it just right. It's not really hard once you experiment a little with it! Make sure your chicken is drained good too. Then it's all in the dressing. :)

ok this mite be a lil confusing. Nope. You should learn right now that there are no guarantees in this life as far as love goes! If he wants you without committing to only you, then he will be using you. It is never a good idea to just go do it without a committed partner. Boys will tell you anything to get what they want, please don't learn that the hard way. If he really likes you, he will break up with the current girlfriend, he will take you on proper dates, and then if the relationship holds up for awhile and you are truly ready for it to happen, it will. This is one time when you have to use your head and not your heart...hard as that may be. :)

Alright here is my story.. My friends and my family do not like this kid i am going out with.. my little brother and some of my friends do like him.. but for the people who dont like him they dont have a good reason not to like him... they are racist and they cant see on how much i really like this kid...and i cant have him over for partys because my parents dont allow it and if my friends are having partys they can bring there boyfriends but im not allowed.. my boyfriend teachs my little brother to play football but just for him to do that i have to lie i have to tell my parents im going over lets say allisons house just for him to help my brother i dont no what to do PLEASE HELP ME (link)

Try walking by his house when you know he's going to be outside. Wave and smile, maybe even stop and say hi. Maybe walk your dog past there (if you have one) dogs are real conversation starters. Go ahead and be obvious, he may ask you out if you do. :)
