I sprang my ankle today...the pain is worse now then it was when it first happened....what are some things i can do to make the pain go down..i took some painkillers and put ice on it...and i have one of those wrap things to wear to school tomorrow but what can i do to make the pain go down...because even with the pain killers it still hurts very bad...

All you can do is: Once a day, for 20 minutes, ice it and then put heat on it for 5, then re-ice.
