It is neccesary if you think you have problems with your period or if you think you have some kind of infection, yes, it is neccesary.

The only thing they do is have you take off your panties and spread your legs. (This may seem embarassing... it was for me when I had it done and yes, I had it done twice!) and they take a cutip or something and swab at it. Then, they look at it under a microscope and they can tell it you have a disease/infection. It's not that bad. It's a lot less bad than it seems! You'll be surprised. P.S. If it helps any, ALL gynocologists are girls so you shouldn't be TOO embarassed. They do that EVERY day, even really big ladies and just imagine having to do that! She's not going to think anything of you. Don't be nervous.

I think you should ask the first guy out because he's hot (you say) and you KNOW he likes you. You don't need to JUST look at looks. You shouldn't just look at an ugly person and assume he/she must be weird. But good looks are good and hey, you don't want an ugly boyfriend, right?You also want someone with a sense of humor and who is funny and always makes you laugh and cheers you up when you're sad. He seems caring AND hot and that is a REALLY rare combination.

Usually, hot guys think their too good for everyone because they know they can get any girl they want and for him to be hot AND funny, that's really rare... BUT GOOD!

The second choice would be the sweet one. Again, you KNOW he likes you because he asked you out. You want one who cares a lot about you. You want one who knows what's wrong, just by looking in your eyes and he seems like that guy. I think he should be your second choice.

Your third choice is (of course) your friend who is less hot and annoying. You DO NOT want an annoying boyfriend, one who is weird, one who makes people stare, you don't want that. It's embarassing.
Also, there is a chance of him saying "No." because he has not shown any sign of really liking you, except flirting a little but hey, GUYS LOVE TO FLIRT. You have to know that JUST because a guy flirts with you doesn't mean he really likes you. Sometimes, guys flirt just you to THINK that, ask him out, and then he gets in your pants. That has happened to people. All I'm saying be careful. Your friend would probably never do that but still... he's the least out of the two.

That's MY oppinion, meaning you don't HAVE to choose the guy I would. Do what you think your heart would follow. Actually, you should let your heart lead.

I think you should explain to your boyfriend that you love him but you need to spend a day with your friends. Alternate days like that and that will be equal time between them. Spend one day with your friends, and the next day with your boyfriend. This may seem weird but it works. Nobody feels jealous and everyone is happy.

I know it's tough to be in the middle like this but there are easy solutions to this. Like I said, take turns with them. And there may be some days where you can't do anything with EITHER of them or you may want to just spend a few days with your family or relatives. This is PERFECTLY O.K. Just take it where you left off. For example, if you spend Monday with your friends and you want to spend Tueday, Wednesday, and Thursday with your family, just spend time with your boyfriend on Friday.

Another easy solution is to spend time with BOTH of them at the same time. There may be some times where you want to spend time with your boyfriend alone and talk or whatever. There may ALSO be days where you would like to chill with your friends and just have a girls night out or something. Do the same thing.

Work it out to where you can spend equal time with your friends and your boyfriend. It'll work out great. I know it seems like it won't but it will. Trust me on this. I used to be in the middle of these two girls who DID NOT like each other at all and if I hung out with one, the other got jealous and when I hung out with the other one, SHE got jealous! I really hated it but I spent some days with one of them and some days with the other and it all worked out. Then, I started telling them that I can't keep doing this. I told them that I wanted to spend time with BOTH of them because I felt bad for spending time with one and not the other, even though I was spending equal days. I started hanging out with BOTH of them at the same time and guess what? They became friends, so we all three hang out now. My point is that works. if your dad hits you, that's wrong AND against the law. You should tell someone like your mom, an aunt, an uncle, or someone REALLY close to you, an adult. They may be able to do something like seperate you from them for a while. Life at home should be calm and you should WANT to go there. It should be a place where you don't even want to be around! You have to change all that.

Sweetie, the BEST thing I can tell you to do right now is to stay in your room. Stay away from them and wait until their fight is over. Don't come out whatever you do. You could get hurt. If your room is away from where they are fighting, sneak out and grab the phone, unless you already have a phone in your room. Call someone's cell phone to come pick you up, that way they can stay on the phone with you the entire time to make you feel. Pack a bag or something to take with you. Don't worry... stay calm and don't get scared. Let them fight because if you get in the middle of it, you could get seriously hurt.

I'm really sorry this is happening to someone like you, and I hope you can find a way to get away for a while. This is the BEST thing you can do.

I did this a long time ago when I was 7 or 8. My parents were ALWAYS fighting... they got down to hitting each other AND throwing dishes. I was SO scared, I called my grandma to come pick me up because she only lived about 10 minutes away. She came to pick me up and me and my little sister spent the night over there. It helped me be more calm and relax. I was worried about my parents and that they might hit and hurt each other really bad but you have to get THAT off your mind. Let them have their argument/fight. It's the best thing to just NOT get involved in something this serious. They could throw something and it could hit you in the head or something. That kind of thing can cause a concussion or knock you out for 30 minutes. Just avoid them. Email me when you feel like talking to someone and you want to express your feelings to. The best thing you can do right now is to talk to him. I'm assuming you are close to him so this should go well.

Make sure you state that you TRUST him because what is love without trust, right? Tell him that you trust him but you would really like to know what is going on and what he is doing so late at night. You have a RIGHT to know what he's doing and who he's talking to, hanging out with, calling, or seeing, possibly. There IS (I'll be honest with you) a chance that he could be cheating. OR... he could be working late (if he has a job) OR... he could've run into his best buddy at the store and his buddy invited him to a bar because he's only in town for a couple of weeks. There are a lot of possibilites and reasons he could be out so late. To find this out, you should TALK to him, himself. You should believe him. He obviously seems like a nice guy and he probably cares a lot about you but there are possibilities and one of them could be that he's cheating... you'll never know until you talk to him. Try to catch him in the act, if you think he is doing something he's not supposed to do. He could be doing drugs, drinking and driving, or ANYTHING dangerous like that. Or it could be an innocent little get-together with some of his best buddies from years back! Don't always expect the bad... look on the bright side of things! :-)

Tell her that people come and go and her boyfriend will MOST LIKELY ask for her back, unless he's a senseless, rude, annoying, emotionless jerk! Good boyfriends always go back to his exgirlfriend and say, "I love you, I miss you, and I want you back... please!" and they BEG you and BEG you. If he cheated on her and she broke up with him because of it, tell her that SHE WILL find a perfect guy, everyone does. If he cheated on her, he's not even worth stressing over and he's not even worth crying over and he doesn't even deserve to live! He should PAY for his actions...
He shouldn't get the satisfaction of her saying sorry for something he did.

If what he did was very minor, I think you should tell her that she should tell him that she still loves him and wants him back but he has to love her and want her back too.

DON'T call and apoligize if SHE did something to YOU. If you did something first, you may want to do that or if you did something really bad back, you can also. But if you apoligize to her for something SHE did, she's going to start fighting with you even more because she knows you'll come back to her, no matter what. I really think you should CALL her, but DO NOT apoligize.

This was not your fault so you shouldn't have to take the blame. She should call you if she haas any conscience at all. Call her and say that what she did was wrong but you, finding a place in your heart for her, want to be her friend again! Tell her that you WILL not apoligize for something SHE did and if she chooses, she may apoligize. Tell her sorry but ONLY if YOU did something to her too like yell at her or say something really mean that may have hurt her feelings. Tell her how much you care about her and how much you miss her and you hate living every day without your best friend calling every second. :-) Tell her that you want to be her friend but if she does anything like this again, SHE'LL have to call if you wants YOU back... There is an old saying (you've probably heard it) that goes like "Burn me once, shame on you. Burn me twice, shame on me." What this means is that if someone stabs you in the back ONCE, you weren't expecting it so you don't know. But if you accept that person and basically forgive him/her and trust him/her again, and they do it again, it's YOUR fault because you didn't see it coming when you should have. Don't let her burn you twice. This is the last straw and if she does it again, you may forgive her but you will NOT call her. You have to be straight with her. You have to tell her these things, only if she agrees to be your friend.

I really hope this advice helps. I HAVE been in your shoes, except MY best friend stabbed me in the back countless times and I kept going to HER BEGGING for forgiveness. Me and her are currently not speaking and will never talk to each other again. Don't let that happen to you. Hey...

When a guy wants to kiss you, you kind of... lock eyes, like you said. You look each other straight in the eyes. Then, he starts to get closer and when he does, so do you. Get closer to him and tilt your head a little so you can kiss him. Then, when yours and his lips touch, he usually takes it from there. He leads and you follow what he does. Sometimes, later in the kiss, he'll slip his tongue in. Don't be scared by this! Slip yours in too! Then, what he does, you do, all over again. Don't worry. It's normal to be scared for the first time. The reason why you're scared is because you have never done it before and you really like him!

You can practice in front of a mirror (with a door locked :-)) Or, if you have a really close best friend, some girls practice on their best friends... girls or boys! It's really fun to kiss someone and you'll never forget your first time. You may forget your second or third time, but your first time stays with you forever. It's a very special moment in everyones lives. Trust me, he'll enjoy it and once you do it, you will too. You'll get used to it and feel less nervous around him and you'll also feel more confident about yourself and more confortable to kiss him. It's a great feeling!

The best thing I can tell you to do is for YOU to talk to her mom. Tell her that Rachel is your best friend and you would like to see her more than you do already... Tell her that some of the times or days that she suggests for you to SEE Rachel are inconvient to you and you would like to see her more on weekends and hang out and stuff. I'm sorry but in a situation like this, I don't know what you could do, but that! If Rachel has already talked to her mom and she won't listen, then maybe if YOU tell her, she'll listen more and understand that what she is doing is affecting not only her DAUGHTER'S social life but yours as well. Sure, you have other friends but Rachel is the one you REALLY want to hang out with. Tell her that. You and Rachel both. Next time you see her, sit her mom down at a table or on the couch or on a bed or somwhere! and explain to her the things that are on yours and Rachel's minds.

I hate to say this but...
long distance relationships really don't work out that well because of this reason. They are cheating on each other and the other one doesn't know it and will never know.

To answer your question,
usually it does. Either that, or he's just struggling with the rumors that went around. You said his friend was a "She", correct? SHE'S the one who TOLD him you told her to hack into his MSN and read his emails. That could be a sign of jealousy or resent towards you. She may like this boy and be trying to break you guys up. Don't let that happen because SHE may be satisfied and move in for him. Try to stay together aslong as you can. Talk to your boyfriend about it. Tell him you would never do that to him. You love him and have the respect for him that he should be grateful for, if anything. He needs to appreciate YOU because you are not cheating. The possibility of this "long distance relationship" is that he COULD be cheating. You could never know... The thing that I would do is just talk to him... and HER. Ask her WHY she did this and WHAT you did to react in a manner such as this one. Ask her what you did to her, and what the reason of her causeing a fight between you and your boyfriend is. That is the number one thing right now. Just do that, and things will pretty much go from there. It'll all work out... don't give up hope... :-) :-) ;-)

I think you should confront him face to face. Tell him what's on your mind. Ask him why he is acting the way that he is acting.

Tell him that you want to be his friend but if he is just finding reasons to gight with you, you guys HAVE to talk about this. Tell him that you want him to be your friend and as a friend, you're asking him to tell you what is bothering him.

At times, kids your age go through some things that devastate them. Like parents divorcing, relative/family member passing away, or fights with their parents or siblings. These things can possibly cause them to take their anger out on people that they aren't even angry AT! This COULD be a possibility.

Most of the time, kids are going through a lot at your age and need someone to be there for them. That's where YOU come in. Ask him what's bothering him. Ask him if it's you that's bothering him. If it is, ask him what you did wrong to make him so angry.

This should get you through to him.

I am in the same situation with MY best friend. She thinks she's fat when she has a body that all the guys LOVE!

I "pepped" her up by giving her the old fashioned "Pep talk". Bring up all the times that guy has hit on her because of her looks. Bring up times when people have said she is pretty. Tell her that she is beautiful to you, no matter what. Beauty is within and looks don't really matter. Sometimes, they do but in her case, they don't. I'm sure she IS physically beautiful. Just because ONE guy says, "Ew. You're ugly," doesn't mean that she has to be depressed. That's his oppinion and you know what? He should go to Hell because he is both physically and mentally ugly!

If he is telling beautiful girls with good self esteems and high heads that their not pretty, he doesn't even deserve to live because he is RUINING the way people think of themselves. Now, whenever your friend looks in the mirror, she's not going to see anything but ugly. But she is pretty and you have to let her know that. I'm not all that pretty either... I have people tell me I'm ugly all the time. My own GRNDMOTHER tells me I'm ugly. I don't care because I have friends that love me and know me and respect me for ME. Not for my looks. As long as she has you, nothing can go wrong. She needs to know that. She has you and you will be with her 100% of the way. All my friends think their fat but I know they're not even CLOSE.

She has to know that physical beauty is important but not as much as the beauty inside of each and every individual.

As long as you let her know this, she will think better and cheer up. Try to make her laugh and take her somewhere fun like the movies, to get her mind off of wht she looks like!

It always feels like that. Trust me. As long as you have a pad/tampon on, you should be fine. Make sure you change it though because if your pad is full, there is a possibility of it bleeding through. What you're feeling is the trickle of blood coming OUT. It's really nothing. It's normal and it happens to me every time! :-)

Sometimes but what REALLY helps your voice is lemon juice. If you squeeze lemon juice in your mouth and let it run through your throat, the strong acids kill the mucus and stuff that may be blocking your singing. I sing and that's the trick!
