krh028 answered Tuesday August 9 2005, 1:22 pm: well you could try using a thicker pad or tampon but otherwise theres really nothing to do. just think that your not leaking through your pants. i get it all the time but it never really leaks so dont worry!

Melaur1001 answered Saturday August 6 2005, 5:15 pm: awweee!!! everygirl has that problem. When you know your on your period, wear tampons, they make your period shorter, and wear dark jeans just incase you do leak, its less noticeable. Also, bring a sweatshirt that you can tie around your waise just incase something does happen, NEVER wear white jeans, or skirts, bigggg NO NO! and if somebody happens to see if you leak throug, its not the end of the world. people understand. guys understand too. its natural!!! good luck! XxCutii09xX answered Saturday August 6 2005, 3:02 pm: Dont worry thats prefectly normal...it happens to every girl...they feel like its leaking through...but its not..just make sure that you wear a big enough pad..or tampon whatever u prefer! Usually(lol) i know alot of girls that wear 2 pairs of underwear when they are on their periods so that they feel more confident and dont think it will leak through and show up on ur clothing.! So i wouldnt worry about anything, its normal to feel like its leaking! [ XxCutii09xX's advice column | Ask XxCutii09xX A Question ]
SoNotLegal answered Saturday August 6 2005, 2:08 pm: First of all, not weird at all. I'm assuming you haven't had your period for a very long time, so it's probably a little bit new to you. If you want to be more comfortable, just try to use a great pad or a tampon (not sure which you use). If you want to be sure that no one can tell if you bleed through, wear dark pants and a jacket that covers up that general area. For the most part, though, you can tell if you're actually bleeding through, and so long as you catch it in time, it won't be noticeable -- you'll know it's there, but as long as you don't spread your legs or anything, no one will see it. You could also do what I do: rubber ducky. If you have a close female friend, make up a code word (mine's rubber ducky) and she'll look for you, without making it obvious. It sounds worse than it actually is -- hey, I'd rather my friend be like, "Hey, you have a rubber ducky problem," then have a guy go, "Ewww, you've got blood all over your pants!" If the aforementioned problem does occur, then I really don't know what to tell you, I'm sorry! I've never been in the situation before.
♥ Hope I helped. [ SoNotLegal's advice column | Ask SoNotLegal A Question ]
historygrl4no1 answered Saturday August 6 2005, 12:43 pm: I feel the same way. Try getting extra long pads and wearing long shirts or tying your jacket around your pants. Hope this helped.
GymCutiex27 answered Friday August 5 2005, 2:35 am: Whenever I get my period I feel the same exact way. It won't leak as long as you hange your pad every 4-6 hours. It makes me feel better if I check every once and a while.
x_pink_x109 answered Thursday August 4 2005, 3:18 pm: It always feels like that. Trust me. As long as you have a pad/tampon on, you should be fine. Make sure you change it though because if your pad is full, there is a possibility of it bleeding through. What you're feeling is the trickle of blood coming OUT. It's really nothing. It's normal and it happens to me every time! :-)
hellokitty answered Thursday August 4 2005, 2:28 pm: well its normal to feel wierd on your period. a lot of girls think it goes through their pants. i think just wear thicker pads and go to the bathroom whenever you get the chance.well dont worry about the guy(s) becuase they dont understnad. xcheerbabex108 answered Thursday August 4 2005, 1:40 pm: Omg Im the same way..I think that we're just so worried about it we keep worrying about and having to go to the bathroom alot to check it. I've never has the blood leak through or anything in public at least. The best you can do is know when its really heavy and even when youre light, wear dark colors. I made the mistake one time of wearing like, light blue..and it wasnt good..and especially if you like, wear pads its alot harder. The only things to know are to know when its at its heaviest, and always dark colors no matter how light you are..just in case. Hope I helped!
no12trust answered Thursday August 4 2005, 1:07 pm: yeah i feel like that all the time. Most of the time its just feels like it is but if you really think it is go check in the bathroom. If you don't have time than wear longer shirts or..wear a jacket or sweater around your waste...
~i hope this helps you in anyway!!~
ps if a guy that you liked saw that... you can't really do anything i mean he saw what he saw.. and you can't change that... but he will get over it soon...! [ no12trust's advice column | Ask no12trust A Question ]
