Hi
I'm 15 years old and i've had my period for a little bit over a year now. I have always used pads, but i'd really like to start using tampons. But there's only one problem, im so scared of them. I've tried using the before, but im just scared to leave something up there...please help me. Are there small tiny tampons for teens to use? im sooo freaked out.

yes there are smaller tampons for teens who are just starting using tampons. i PROMISE their not as bad as you think, you cant feel them, you dont even know they are there! you just have to keep trying and trying! good luck with that!!!

i'm a guy and was wondering something. as the question implys, i would like to know whether most people put feelings or morality first, and why. my example is pre-marital sex. there must be at least 20 questions on that topic before this one...some say 'do it if you feel ready' while others say 'no because you'll regret it and it's not meant to be that way'. both seem good reasons for or against it. is it both? should you really put your feelings and that of another first, or should you stick to your moral values, reguardless of what others or society has to say about pre-marital sex. thanks, will rate. I think feelings and morality connect in a way. Everybody has to decide what they think is MORAL. I don't think pre-marital sex is immoral. Why? It is sex. If you believe there is nothing more to it then a dick and a pussy, why would it be immoral? If you believe that religion ties into it and peoples feelings, then some would believe it IS immoral. A person who is strongly aginst this wouldn't put their feelings first, they would do what they believe is moral. A person who doesn't believe that strongly that " pre-marital sex is wrong" would for sure put their feelings first because they don't believe it is wrong in anyway. So pretty much what I'm saying is that it completely depends on what the persons belief of moral is. :o) good question!

Depends on whos chest your staring at. Some girls take it as a compliment. Girls who have any dignity find it offensive. I don't advise you to look to be completely honest, it's sketchy. I get really stupid little things stuck in my head and they end up worrying me for ages. E.g. something I hear about a persons past can really bother me to the point where I can't talk to them without thinking about it. Is there something wrong with me? What can I do about this? You have to choose whats important to you. A persons past usually does have to do alot with their future. If a person lied to somebody, chances are that they will again. I don't know exactly what you think is stupid that you dwell on? not trusting people because you know something that they have done before? I do that too! I think it's a good thing, keeps you from getting into shit that they have gotten themselves into. If it is a big deal to you and not others, fuck them, that's the way you were wired, you can't change that, I don't think you have anything to worry about sweetie!

Ever since eighth grade, my mom has been impossible at times. I remember the summer that I was going into eighth grade. It was the first time that I ever really started to communicate with guys because i go to an all girls school. so, i was about twelve or thirteen when I first started meeting guys, going to parties, and all that stuff. well, i really really liked this guy named JC. I was like in love with him. And he liked me too. But, my mother was so overprotective, that that whenever I was talking to him, she would sit next to me on AIM and told me everything I had to tell him. And she would sit next to me while I was on the phone and she had to hear everything that was going on. She never let me tell him that I liked him. And guess what? the boy lost interest and to this day I cry myself to sleep because that was my first love and my mother never let me even talk to him. Therefore, him and his best friend say that I talk like an old lady all thanks to her.
Time passed by and my heart was healed my new love, Rafael. Rafael healed me and I healed him. He has been like a blessing to me. I love him so much. but, now i am in high school. my mother should be giving me more priveledges and space and privacy. But, she sits by me even when I talk to Rafael. So, Rafael sends me a music video and he told me just to listen to the words of the song. So, I did. and the words were very sweet. But, the video had some material in it that my mother did not like. It had like contrivercial things in our society. and it wasnt evey like sex or anything like that. It was like weird people. so, anyways, she took it very personally and made me tell Rafael that I did not want to have anything to do with that. And now, when I told her that she should let me make my own decisions and that I want to be with Rafael and she should just let me do what I want, she says that I am crazy and that I have no dignity and self respect. I told Rafael that I didn't like the video and he said that he was sorry for it, but my mom is so overprotective of me!
And another thing that she does is that whenever I tell her something, she always has to tell like the entire world. She tells my grandmother, my aunt, and she even tells the hairdresser! and then she tells me not to tell my best friend since like 8 years anything about whatever.

Don't tell her whats going on with your life. Be very very short. When she asks you a question, say "yes" or "no". Honestly, this will work, do what you want! Don't say ANYTHING to her, complete silence treatment, she will get agrivated and yell at you about it, then say " I'll start talking to you if you stop getting in my social life and stop telling people my problems, until then I have the right not to talk to you." continue on that way until you get what you want!

That's SOOO hard to do, I scream at my parents too, it's hard not to when your THAT angry. What I do, bite your tongue, close your eyes and remember how it is NOT worth it to yell back. pinch your hand, make yourself hurt somewhere and your attention will be focused on that rather then your anger towards your parents. Just keep telling yourself ITS NOT WORTH IT, theyll hit you or ground you and that SUCKS.. good lucck!!!

It could very much so be that he popped your cherry. You can get your cherry popped very easily as long as something tears the skin inside of you (yeah, I totally forgot what it's called). I'm betting that's what happened.
