Ok here u goes. I'm 17/male. And there's our neighbor sta**/Female who's 30. The problems that I think she sexually desires me. It all starts when she began to smile to me 2 month ago just after we moved to this new neighborhood. Anyway I was surprised last morning when she called me while passing her house. She told me that she wants 4rom me to have sex with her. Then I removed my hand quickly saying that I am late for school and I run away.
I am confused….should I refused or agreed?? Because she really success to seduce me and SHE'S REALLY HOT and SEXY and I am physically attracted to her. I know that she's older… What should I do????

I'd have to tell you to do what you feel is right. However, you must remember you're 17 & she's 30. So if anyone ever finds out she could get arrested, because you are not considered an adult. But if you really want to become with her & you can have sex with her when you're 18. Hope I helped!

She could get arrested and in a lot of trouble if you have sex with her. You have to be 18 to do anything with sexual with an adult. If you really want to have sex with her, I say go for it. Make sure this is something you really want to do though. She probablly won't get in any kind of trouble if no one sees this or hears about it.

I don't really know what your going through but my advice would be to just ask yourself if you just like her because you know that she likes you and besides that there's a huge difference between 17 and 30 i think you should just find someone your own age and let her find someone her own age because 17 and 30 isn't right together i'm not saying it can't work out between you too because obviously a lot of relationships have worked out with a big age difference but i definatly think you should hold back on that one and find someone else.

I'm sure to a 17 yr old guy it's very hot to be desired by an older woman. However, you need to remember that the years of experience you don't yet have DO make a big deal. I think you should walk away! When I was 30 the idea of having sex with a 17 yr old would seem like being with a child. (Not that you aren't mature, handsome, etc.) but there is something definitely wrong with her and she should be considered a child molester. If anyone pushed the issue she will be arrested, charged and live the rest of her life as a registered sex offender. Obviously there is something So wrong with her that she's not even considering those factors.
One more thing - put yourself 25 years in the future.... do you want your 17 yr old being seduced by the 30 yr old loser neighbor???

Sounds like you are in a bit of a dilemma to me!
You have 2 options, say yes and sleep with her. Or turn hurt down.
What you need to do is weigh up the pro's and con's. What bad things could happen if you do sleep with her/what good things could happen if you do sleep with her, and decide from their.
It sounds to me though that she is preying on the fact that you are young and she is hot just to use you for sex.
Do you have any other feelings for this woman, does she have any for you?
If I were personally in your situation I would say politely but firmly that you don't want to have sex with her. (you don't have to give a reason)
Think how it could affect your family life - I mean what if it all went wrong and it started to affect the rest of your family.
You don't say whther she is married or has kids or not.

Well i have a split opinion on that. 1 part says your only 17 and she could technically go to jail for that since she is 30. Yet there is always the double standard when females never really go to jail for that where males ALWAYS do. So apart says that shes 30 and she should stay away from a 17 yr old but then if you are that attracted to her that you can't resist go for it. There is always a possibility that shes just a manipulator, and just wants you to do things for soemthing in return. If you don't know her will then i'd stay away.
