I use a cetaphil lotion too. And it works with blush and SOME foundations, but with the foundation I use it ends up looking kind of spotty & dry, but I love Cetaphil so I just dont wear foundation as much :)

yes you can just besure to rub the lotion is so that when you put your make-up on your foundation pad won't be all effed up. and it's better to put the lotion and thne the foudation on because it holds it on longer because it is still wet. rate a 5 please!!
