AshNicole...x3 answered Monday August 1 2005, 9:18 am: It helps loosen your throat but i dont think it helps your voice very much. If you would want to help your voice you would probably have to sign up for vocal lessons or something like that!
rikatree2375 answered Sunday July 31 2005, 11:18 pm: It helps to clear your voice better but to give you more talent as far as singing, no, not really. The water just loosens your throat up, not make your voice necessarily better.
BrokenWings answered Sunday July 31 2005, 6:37 pm: Well it helps if you have a slight cough, but drinking lots and lots of water wont do anything, just make sure you dont dry out your throat, thats what damages the vocal cords. Ive sung ever since i was little so i hope i know what im talking about.... Take care [ BrokenWings's advice column | Ask BrokenWings A Question ]
brunettecutie answered Sunday July 31 2005, 2:50 pm: yes. most of the time it does. it really helps to clear your throat. you see, i am a singer, acter, preformer, and i have to sing alot so each time before a song i would take a glass (or just a sip) or water. it really helps
DeeSireDiOr answered Sunday July 31 2005, 2:35 pm: Hey
yeah. water really helps your voice. expesially vocally. You should drink lots of water so that you dont get Dry vocal cords. Dry vocal cords cannot vibrate very well, and therefore will not produce a good tone. For this reason, many voice teachers have been urging their students for centuries to drink fluids that range from lemon juice to vinegar, to peppermint tea, water and other potions.
