When you're dyeing your hair, you could dye the top layer blonde, next layer black, next blonde, etc.

so i've been going out w/ this guy for a couple weeks. i love being w/ him.. we always have so much fun. we talk on the phone a lot but it's usually about what we did that day or how much we like each other. i want to get to know him better w/o being like.. This is going to sound really daft to most people so I apologise but I don't know how to properly apply eyeliner, so I was hoping someone might be good enough as to explain it to me?
I also need to know whether liquid or pencil eyeliner is better and what colours are best for me if I have brown hair and wide brown eyes?

If I had brown eyes, I would still use black eyeliner. It really depends on if you like thick eyeliner or thin... liquid eyeliner is typically for the eyelid only, and it's usually thin. I like thick, dark eyeliner, so I use a black pencil. And if you want to learn how to use it, just experiment a lot. I used to experiment before I took a shower so I just could wash it off.

That's kind of a hard question to answer. I know bands like Brand New and The Yeah Yeah Yeah's are indie, Rise Against and Dropkick Murphys are punk, Matchbook Romance and My Chemical Romance are emo, and HIM and Slipknot are goth. That's just how I see it though, I'm sure a lot of people disagree.

My brother and sister are constantly mean to me and are always calling me names. My mom is always picking at me, and screaming at me for the littlest things i do wrong or don't do like she wanted me to. I have no way to vent out my anger other than taking it out on my friends. I recognize that i do that, and i apologize to my friends, but im afraid one day my friends will leave me. They don't understand what i have been through. My parents don't abuse me, but they are constantly yelling. I have thought about suicide, but i know that if i did it, my family would be devastated. i haven't attempted it yet. I can't tell my mom and dad what my brother and sister do to me, because they always make up an excuse or say "I didn't do that, why would i do that" and mty mom always believes them. I don't know who i can talk to.

Sounds familiar. I've always been sort of the outcast in my family. Anyway, instead of taking it out on your friends, when you're feeling bad, remember that you have friends out there that like you and like to be around you. That always got me through the day. Simply submit to your parents and ignore your brother and sister, for a couple more years, and eventually your brother and sister will mature and your parents will yell at them.

If I were in this situation, and I'm really pensive and indecisive about things like this, I would first ask him if he was meaning to flirt with me. If he says yes, I'd go all out. Not really all out, remember, lean in like 70% of the way and let him cover the rest, giving him the choice to refuse if he wants to.

In response to your feedback-- I think it might depend on his age and personality. I don't know how old you are but I had a 16 year old boyfriend a couple of months ago and he sometimes just wouldn't want to touch or anything, and now I have an 18-year old boyfriend who is always horny. So don't be worried, if he gets in the mood at least occasionally, you probably have nothing to worry about.

I had the same problem. Tell her to get her shit together and stop being a little bitch when your other friend is around cause she's not impressed. If you want to take the friendly course of action, tell her to stop being rude to you, in front of your friend. But she'll deny it so you have to be hardcore about it.

Do dark black or brown RIGHT above your eyelashes, to bring out the eye liner, the light every where else except the bone thing where the top of your eyelash ends, do that mediumish.

Okay, so I'm best friends with this named Alex. We've been best friends for like 3 years. The problem is, ever since school ended we haven't been as close..it's not that I don't see her over the summer because I do, alot. We just have other people with us and we don't talk and be like ourselfs like we were in school. Yes, me and my best friend were slipping away last year. We had already been best friends since 3rd grade. So one night, I was moving to a different house (in the same city, just a block away) and there was hardley anything in my room. So instead of staying in my room, we went into the kitchen and sat on the floor and talked for almost the whole night. We shared secrets, things we thought about other people, what she REALLY thought when something happened between us, and things like that. We probably wouldn't be best friends if it wasn't for that night. So, point is, talk to her and share some things that you would never think about sharing.
