Um...i'm pretty sure the idea of "karma" is that you selflessly do good things for other people and good things come back around(not cuz you were expecting them to, but like becuase the universe like thinks you deserve them). and the same w/ bad things. but you can't be all vollunteering at a homeless shelter or something thinking oh yeah i'll bet he'll ask me out now. just do good things cuz you want to do good things.
Another thing is if you want something good to happen i would go out and make it happen. don't wait for "karma" to catch up with you.

well it is more of an idea or superstition but if you do good deeds and works and are a good person then it will come back to you someday.

Karma is an idea, it's not a fact. So there is no way to receive good karma unless you base it on your opinion of what YOU consider good karma.

Well Karma is basically when you treat others nicely or do something good, you'll be treated the same way back. & if you're ever bad in anyway, it'll get back to you. So by doing any good deeds would be counted as good karma. Examples: community service, helping others in anyway, being nice to others even if they are mean to you, keeping your morals, & not getting into trouble. Basically going out of your way & being a kind person in everyway that you can be.

I believe that EVERYONE has already heard of the saying "Do not do unto others what you don't want others to do unto you." This simply means that if you want to receive good karma, then be good. If you keep on doing bad things, be ready for bad karma.
Another way to attract good karma is to THINK POSSITIVE. This way, you'll attract possitive energy and block all the negative energy around you. If you keep thinking possitive, you'll get better and better everyday.

Any good deed will build up Karma. Karma is smiling at someone when they're looking down in the dumps. Karma is waiting an extra thirty seconds at a restuarant door, to hold it open for an eldery couple that will enter before yourself. What goes around comes around. If you do something like cheat on someone you are sending bad energies out into the universe and the equivalent of these energies will come back to haunt you. so if you want better Karma do more nice things for people pe polite not rude etc...opposed to being rude and mean.
