SHOPAHOLICxx951 answered Saturday July 22 2006, 11:41 pm: well, my moms a hair dresser and she does my hair. you should get a hair cut, just like a trim. a half inch off or something. then get this stuff called repair and shine.. when you get outta the shower, put only a half size of it, rub it all in your hands and smoothly rub it through your hair, but remember not tooo much! good luck ;] [ SHOPAHOLICxx951's advice column | Ask SHOPAHOLICxx951 A Question ]
hannahd answered Saturday July 22 2006, 10:33 pm: First you'll need a good moisterizing shampoo & conditioner. Try anything by John Frieda or Bedhead. (Both wonderful products.) Before you blowdry (or let it dry naturally) apply a moisterizing balm by Matrix. This should help get rid of the frizz. After your hair is done drying, drop some S-Factor Dream Drops in her hand(about the size of a nickel) & run it through your hair, especially near the ends. This product will help with the smoothness & any other frizz. (If you straighten or curl your hair, be sure to apply the S-Factor Dream Drops in before.) Hope I helped :) [ hannahd's advice column | Ask hannahd A Question ]
wretchedmelody answered Saturday July 22 2006, 10:28 pm: If you straighten and blowdry your hair in the morning, try taking a shower at night and letting your hair dry naturally. It's bad for your hair to blow-dry it and to straigten it with a flat iron.
If you don't straighten it, you just blowdry it, try to reduce how much you blow dry it.
This sounds gross.. but don't wash your hair every day.
Be sure to wash your hair a BUNCH. Brushing your hair will help spread your hair's natural oil throughout all of your hair which will help restore some of the shine.
Use a heavy moisturizing conditioner.
Wash your hair in cold water. I mean as cold as you can stand it. Then right before you get out of the shower, rinse your hair really well with freezing water.
Keosha answered Saturday July 22 2006, 10:27 pm: Whe u wash your hair dont wash out the conditioner completely. It keeps the frizzies down.
Hope I helped!

Christine1993 answered Saturday July 22 2006, 10:26 pm: try fructice sleek and shine shampoo, spray, leave in treatment.. that helps... also try frizz ease, sometimes those commercial items dont help so much, so try isoplus "hair and scalp treament" it comes in a blue and white jar.. its jelly that you can put on your fingers and rub through your hair.. my hair wasnt "poofy" like some people say but i had kind of firzzy hair that when it gets humid or dries so if you have my kind of hair one application and its like medicine u wont have to apply it for days though i suggest if you have POOFY hair you can apply it everyday [ Christine1993's advice column | Ask Christine1993 A Question ]
