Do dark black or brown RIGHT above your eyelashes, to bring out the eye liner, the light every where else except the bone thing where the top of your eyelash ends, do that mediumish.

Okay, well first you should go with a sultry eye. This means, you apply the same colors in different shades on your eyes. The darkest color should be near your eyelashes, and get lighter as you go up. I recomment BonneBell, they have colors already picked out in the same shade//tone. Then, add a little but of mascara, and a brown eye liner. Oh yeah, for the eyeshadow try shades of brown, purple, and gold. For your lips, try a dark pink. This will make your lips and eyes pop.

for dark brown eyes you need a golden shade to give your eyes a ladylike impression.....you can also go for a peach color to make your eyes "show" and make their color show....just put concealer the same color as your skin tone on your face or above your eyelids then put on a peach colored eyeshadow on your lower eye lid and on the top put a darker shade of peach or even a light brown color.if you have on a lot of eyeshadow (its like thick) you should make your lip makeup less(not thick) and if you have on too much lip makeup then you shouldnt have a lot of eyeshadow on in order to not look "fake"

Almay (available at drugstores and walmart) sells a really good eye set for brown eyes, it's not expensive but still not cheap, so if you want to find something like it, here are some pictures:

Bring Out Collection
EYELINER: dark violet blue
EYESHADOW: lilac, warm brown, cream
MASCARA: brown

Try mascara & a goldish-brown eyeshadow. And if that's not enough, try applying black eyeliner on top too.
