Yes, there is a possability that you could be pregnant. It doesn't matter if it was only a minute, it only takes a second for sperm to get inside you. He doesn't even have to ejaculate, because guys have pre-cum when they get turned on.

Even if your gynocologist can't tell if your sexually active, then I would definately tell him/her. Like everyone else has already said, he/she has a legal obligation to keep everything confidential. But you need to be completely honest with your doctor so they can treat you the best possible way. If you've had unprotected sex, drink, smoke, or anything like that, then don't be afraid or ashamed to tell your doctor. He wont make you feel guilty, he will only help you to make the best decisions with your body.

My friend is a suicidal massicist. She cuts her wrists. She was molested when she was younger. She also does drugs and gets drunk a lot and likes it. Her mom is suicidal and her dad is a pot head. There's no reason for you to change her sexuality. I'm straight and guys have caused an extremely large amount of problems for me, it doesn't mean I'm going to turn gay all of a sudden.
Don't diss her dad for being a pot head, don't listen to all the commercials about how bad marijuana is. I know plently of pot heads who have full time jobs and keep those full time jobs with no problems.

Ok, if person A has an std, but they don't know it. Then it means that person A doesn't have any symptoms of it. The could mean a couple things.
Either this person will never see symptoms of the disease, but can still spread it to other people. This person should still get tested and tell the doctor that someone thinks they caught it from them, and get cured so that person A never spreads the disease to anyone else.
Or, it could mean that this person had symptoms, but they weren't bad enough for person A to notice. Person A should still get cured of the disease for the same reasons as above.
Or, this person could have just gotten the disease and was in the stage where symptoms don't show up yet. This does not mean you can't spread it. HIV/Aids doesn't even show up when you get tested for three months after you get it, so remember to always use a condom and get tested regularly if you think you might have come in contact with something. This is a big subject for me and I'll always lecture people about STD's, because there are too many out there, and there are still too many people who think they're invincible. So Use condoms. People can't always be trusted, so don't listen to anyone who says that they know they're clean.
