Walk. A LOT. Or you could go to the doctor and they could suck all that fat outta you with a big hose.

PUT DOWN THAT PIE,

RoS.

crunches and leg lifts. Search online for different ways to exercise your butt and stomach.
But I think you should know that everyone is sopposed to have a slight belly after you eat... it's because you have food in it...

Dear INF,
1st of all, i'm glad you dont think your fat! A lot of people make themselves starve to death because they think their fat, and even when they are skinny as a twig they think their fat. NEways, back to your question...I work out alot in dance classes, I'm not saying i'm The Hulk but i'm not saying i'm the pillberry dough boy either, but I do exercize and keep my body in shape. What I do, is lay down on my back, put my fingers in my shoe (like where the heel is) and lift my butt 8 times, then hold for 8 secs., then i lift my heels 8 times and hold it up for 8 secs. it should hurt after a while, but then your butt goes numb. LoL. For your legs, you can walk around your neighbor hood, or on your bike, or you can run. If you have anymore questions on exercises and getting into shape, I'm your girl! Hope that helps, and if you rate me, that would help me a ton! THX! ((^v^)/)

I have a few suggestions for ya. For your tummy, I recommend doing as many crunches or situps as you can. That's been helping me! Also, for the legs/thighs I recommend doing leg lifts. Basically, you lay on one side and bring your legs up and down. I would start out with 30 on each leg but if that's too easy for you then step it up. I hope this helps and good luck!
