thanks (Rating: 3)
I asked this question because I wanted advice on potty training her, from people who have had experience doing it, or at least know something about it. This is something I wanted to do regardless, and I took her cue. I wasn't asking if my cat was all right, because I know she is. As I stated, "Nothing has changed." I'm very aware of the appropriate care and raising of cats. If I wasn't, I wouldn't have adopted her in the first place.
I suggest you answer the question next time.
Rating changed by L2 mod. Question wasn't answered but answer was not abusive. It was actually good advice. (Rating: 5)
Excellent idea. I hadn't really given that much thought. I'm in such a difficult place now...maybe that's where I should turn to since everything seems to be crumbling in my life now. Thank you for your help. It was really great advice and I'm glad you said it. (Rating: 3)
to be honest, he gets VERY LITTLE amounts of all of this stuff OCCASIONALLY. and he eats healthy dog food everyday. we take him to the vet regularly and get him check ups and shots. so thanks for telling me that all my dog eats consists of sugar...because thats not at all what i wanted to know. and...are you guessing? you did help me a little, though so i gave you a point up. (Rating: 5)
thanks a bunch, I didn't know about the ink paw print but that sounds like a really nice thing. (Rating: 5)
Thank you very much :)
She is doing a little better now I think. Her ears are fine, her teeth are fine, her eyes are fine. Maybe it is fleas then...I'm just hoping she hasn't developed a skin allergy. ><
Thanks again for your input. The other answer was basically useless to me considering I already checked online extensively. (Rating: 5)
Thanks... i thought every other day would be fine but my mom and sister "smelled something near the cage" (Rating: 5)
thanks!!! (Rating: 5)
thanks (Rating: 5)
Thanks... but this problem was already solved a LONGGGG time ago... They're fine. Why do people keep thinking they're unhealthy and everything?? They were fine, content, fully healthy all along... the only problem were the fleas. Sheesh.
Rating changed from a 3 by L2 mod (Rating: 5)
Thanks so much (Rating: 5)
Thanks! (Rating: 4)
Thanks for the advice, although almost everything you mentioned had already been stated by others. I will take him to the vet but his appetite appears to have gone back to normal now and there's nothing wrong with his faeces so it seems maybe he just had a hungry few days. Thanks. (Rating: 4)
thanks = ] (Rating: 4)
hey no im not frm the us but a VT in the states is the same as a VN in the uk but iv found out what i need to do now but thanxs anyway :-) (Rating: 5)
Thank you so much for responding to my question. I've been going back and forth w/someone (Level 3) trying to explain what I was thinking was going on and he totally can't understand what I was driving at. You got it right of the bat!!!! Thank you!!!!! (Rating: 5)

Thank you so much. (Rating: 5)

I agree I should have her spayed, however, I am having financial difficulties right now, that's why I'm looking for an alternative until I have the funds for the medical procedure. (Rating: 5)
thanks (Rating: 5)
haha awesome, thanks :D (Rating: 5)
Thankx and by the way, I know all about PETA. (Rating: 5)
Your right about the lashing out part. I just needed to vent. I did file an abuse report as well, but understand that nothing will be done about it. I thank you for your answer. (Rating: 5)
Thanks for your explanation, in particular the personal example -- it makes things clearer. =) The liberal arts does sound a bit strange in practice. (Rating: 5)
thanks.i switched him to a new brand of food, but before i switched his poop was normal, like you described.but after i switched his food he goes to the bathroom a lot more than usual and about the fifth time, its mostly water. (Rating: 5)
oo ok thankss♥ (Rating: 5)
thanks (Rating: 5)
It's pretty obvious that I have to stop keeping track of what he's doing and instead of taking him off of my list, I got a new screen name and I'm starting over. Thank you. (Rating: 5)
Thanks, I'm glad it's not for extreme reasons. (Rating: 5)
Thanks. He was very reassuring about the type of medication that would be used, but more details are always better -- I'll call him. =) (Rating: 5)
Thank You for the advice! =] (Rating: 5)
thanks<3 (Rating: 5)
thanks, the breathing idea was good - i never thought of it (Rating: 5)
thanks :) the medicine i gave him was from the vet. (Rating: 5)
She isn't from that party. So far, the only friends I've met of hers are guys she almost claims to dislike. Lately she seems to be doing better though (Rating: 5)
I use positive reinforcement & treats. I am currently training a pet therapy retriever. I also own a basset hound and have trained her that way too. I don't have a column, but maybe I should start one. Thanks for the feedback and I agree. (Rating: 5)
lol I love the homework idea, thanks :] (Rating: 5)
thx good advice (Rating: 5)
I've actually found one private all fish store that is willing to take the fish and I'm pretty sure they'll be given a good home there since the guy that owns it is a big fish lover. I've approached him with the idea of my platies and he's willing to take fish but I don't know if he's going to want 75 platies hanging out there. As for petco, I wasn't even considering it, I've heard some awful stories as well. Thanks for your help! :) (Rating: 5)
thx!! u give great advice!! (Rating: 5)
thanks for your advice i do my best to stay away from him but when we have family partys he is there and he cuddles me and every thing but i dont want to be horrable to him and tell him to get of me (Rating: 5)
Indeed. Thank you for the insights. This post was one of the major reasons I decided to take on this site. Hearing you say nothing could be done, save ignoring them, made my blood boil. Not because you said it, but because with the tools at the time it was true. Things are still changing, but I hope you will agree, looking back on this post that they are progressing for the better. (Rating: 4)
thanks but nobody is home during the day because we work and she has a doggy door and we can not watch her all day and fyi we do keep are yard clean she just recycles it (Rating: 5)

Best advice I've gotten. Thanks :) (Rating: 5)
Thank you. ♥
BTW: i'm going to the vet tomorrow =) (Rating: 5)
Good explianation. It does seem that people don't want to try to make relationships last. It would be very nice if someone were to stay with their highschool sweetheart. Those old couples... that's what I call "true, romantic love"! (Rating: 4)
It wasn't his decision to put the dog down, it's his parents. He has no say in it. And he wants another dog. And he's lost pets before as well as me, so yes I have a clue what it's like to lose an animal. It IS hard. When my old dog died, about a month later we bought a new dog. It made me happy. Of course I missed my other dog, but having a new dog brough something into my life. So I hoped to do the same for him. The dog is SUFFERING. He can't walk around without bumping into things and ending up with bruises and scratches all over his body. You really want an animal that's suffering like that to keep living? (Rating: 5)
Tyvvm hun. you've been a great help. (Rating: 5)
thanks (Rating: 5)
Thanks (Rating: 1)

Thank you soo soooo sooooooo much! you really helped me out alot!! (Rating: 5)
thanks...i've already did half of what you said but thanks for the tips. :) (Rating: 5)
Thanks. Took her to the vet and he said it's probably sarcoptic mange, but I'm waiting for tests. She also has a few other problems. I'm gonna get her fixed up and find her a nice home.
You were right. I figured it was mange because I've driven by mangy dogs before, but the vet said essentially the same thing about her being pregnant.
(Rating: 1)
bite me! (Rating: 5)
Thanks. (Rating: 5)
thanks a lot!!!!!!!!!! (Rating: 5)
yep... I think it's kinda weird that it's only affecting the mare and her foal, too.. but I'm calling the vet ASAP. (Rating: 5)
Thanks. And no, your advice for this question didn't suck. I always liked your advice. Thanks again! (Rating: 5)

(Rating: 5)
Thats probably the perfect answer..Thanks much :) (Rating: 5)
what I meant was that in my school 8th graders have been known to have sex alot. thanks for the advice =] (Rating: 5)
thank you soo much :) (Rating: 5)
I can totally understand where you're coming from, however, it's not that they flirt with me. All my friends, especially my girlfriends are really touchy-feely, and I'm the same way. I like hugs. That's not a crime. I have actually told the guys to back off when I started dating my guy, and they did. He still apparently has a problem with them, though. I don't consider hugging flirting. I don't care if they flirt with me or not, I'm not begging for attention. I get too much of it to begin with. Your point makes sense, but I disagree with it. They all know they have no chance with me. I'm engaged - they're not about to try to come between my guy and me. Thanks for your help, though. =) (Rating: 5)
Okay. To prevent you from being offended I'll allow you to bear my children (Rating: 5)
Great advice! Thank you!! I'm not actually sure what kind of cat he is: I got him at the pet shelter. He's mostly white with grey spots on his back. I don't know if that helps identify what kind of cat he is..Haha, but really, thank you for the advice! (Rating: 5)
Thank You >SOOOOO< MUCH!!!!!!!!! You ROCK! :) (Rating: 5)
Thank you for being so nice! It really made me feel a lot better! (Rating: 5)
Thanks, I am going to try cutting her nails shorter. I usually just trim the tip. Softcaws are the biggest pain to put on, I gave up! (Rating: 5)
so, now what?! (EDITED)
I know, it never showed up, so I didnt know if it regestered. This is confusing! and when i went into the search thing, it wasnt there, or on the "view questions" area, or in the advice topic" advicenators" wich is what i put it under! I didnt think that the question regestered!!! (Rating: 5)
Thank u (Rating: 5)
Thank you so much! (Rating: 4)
It's not just that we have differing opinions. It feels like I've changed a LOT, and I'm not the same person I was when I was with them. (Rating: 1)
how about you don't lecture me on labels and focus more on my question.. (Rating: 4)
thank you, you're right the justice system often is inneffective. I really appreciate your feedback. Thanks so much.

chicitatoxalot :) (Rating: 5)
Yeah, I won't bring it up anymore. (Rating: 5)

ah! silly me... 28 days of February. Thank you! (Rating: 5)
thanx. i guess it would be quite insane if i try to take 6 classes and also work part time... i'll try taking 5 classes instead, and then see if it's not too much and decide how many classes i want to take next semester. but i'm pretty used to a heavy workload. (Rating: 5)
Yes, I'm fully aware that Admin has a detector in place, fully operational and all, but, I might just send a list of words.. it's hard to read sometimes. Oh, I figured I was one of the only people who couldn't stand Kr4z3y_Ch3lly. (Rating: 5)
Ok Thanks!! :) (Rating: 5)
Thanks. xx (Rating: 5)
Thanks, I had to read it through twice before I worked out you were saying but I got there in the end. Hehe.
(Rating: 5)
thanks for the advice. yea usually i do take notes, but the majority of my classes are lecture periods of 1.5 hours straight, that's what makes me fall asleep is because they force us to sit for a long period of time with no interaction! i listen and i'm a pretty avid student, only i doze off for a good few minutes every class (ranging from 5-10 mins) which isn't bad, but i miss out on info. that's what drives me nuts lol. thanks again (Rating: 5)
Well, yeah getting in the trash is normal, she's done that about a million times. But usually she doesn't go off and hide when you try to touch her. It's like me touching her causes her pain. Thanks, though, I just wanted to tell someone about it, really because it's upsetting. (Rating: 5)
yeah whatever. i didnt mean to rate u a five because ur deff. like a point 00001. it post it because it keeps deleting it.
