1. Advice is given when asked and no time else, unless your friend is about to irritate a black bear, then you should definitely advice your friend to back away and run for his or her life.
2. Advice is not critical, not judgmental, and definitely not biased. Advice is advice and should remain neutral.
3. Advice is to help, not to get 5s on every answer. As a result, my advice ends up being quite blunt and frank with a hint of rambling mixed in.

Well, first of all you cannot get pregnant from masturbating. You need a male's sperms and a females eggs in order for a person to be pregnant and I'm sure all people don't have sperms and eggs in their bodies simultaneously from birth. So you can NOT get pregnant from masturbating.

Second, nothing really happens if your masturbate on your period. Except it's pretty disgusting and unsanitary. Your periods are ways for your body to get rid of excess waste...

Hi i'm 5'3 (iunno if i did that right, 5 feet, 3 inches) and I weigh 137 lbs.

I want to healthily lose atleast 17 to 22 lbs by either the end of July or summer.

I walk/jog 30 minutes atleast 3 times a week, and am planning to take dance during the summer.

So is it possible? including if i exclude dance.

You might want to take that walk/jog up to a run sometimes. Do yoga, pilates, aerobics, etc at least 2 times a week and switch it up.

Also, you MUST eat healthily. Limit junk food, mayo, peanut butter, and sodas [even if they're diet]. Stick to low fat milk and water as your source of drink. Eat lots of veggies and water to keep you filled up too.

I had unprotected sex (I know, I know..stupid me) about 1 day after my period...Well I did it twice, the day after my period, and the day after that. My boyfriend didn't actually ejaculate inside me, we pulled out long before hand, but I know the risks of precum. However, since it was so close AFTER my period, was it possible really that I was ovulating? Some insight is needed!!

Unprotected sex = chance of pregnancy.

Pull ups
Use barbells and dumbells and lift weight.
Move furniture around [ask your parents first]
Carry around your txtbooks at school instead of puting them in the bag.

And you can also do wall push ups. It's like push ups except you're standing and your palms are on the wall =)

Well as you notice the summer is so close
I got a new boyfriend at the end of June last year
We are still together
Last summer i wansnt really comfortable with him
Until maybe November 2006
So we've never seen each other in bathing suits
But we've seen each other naked
Now im super self conscious about my tummy
Its not huge!
But its not super tiny either

And people always tell me im not

If you're not going to run, you have a problem there. If you want to flatten your stomach, you must do something other than specific/target work outs. You need to run, ride bikes, aerobics, and do work outs that are targeting various parts of your body at once. Running is the best thing and if you're not going to do it, you're not going to see much results. Running burns fat from various parts of your body so it will help you lose the excess fat. Then you should work on target workouts such as crunches and curl ups to start and get the belly in shape and tone it.

Also, you need to eat healthy. Limit junk food and fatty foods. Drink water and low fat milk and avoid sodas and energy drinks. Pick healthy foods, eat moderately, and exercise.

i recently switched school, because of my group of friends. i came home every single day crying. it was horrible. they were known as the 'mean/plastic girls in school' i liked them, intill, they would start fighting with me. because i was hanging out with other people then the other 5 girls in our group. they then would stop inviting me places, like they didnt invite me anywhere. and i was friends with these girls since 2nd grade!!!

anyways, once i switched schools it was great, i made tons of new ones, i only stayed friends with one from my old school, and we were like BEST friends. but then all of a sudden, shes turning into one of them. her and all of them keep calling me. and saying i said things that i didnt!! and they usually always have done that since i switched, but i didnt care, i just didnt answer.

im so confused! what should i do?

Well, you should definitely ignore these girls. If they call, hang up on them or block their numbers. Block their screen names/make a new one. etc. Just disassociate yourself form them completely. As for your bff, try and keep a good connection with her. tell her that you're the best friend that you're thankful for and that you don't want to lose her to them.

If she turns on you too, don't give her any second chances and move on because she's not your bff if she does turn on you

Not sure if this is in the right category but whatever. I'm getting my bellybutton pierced in a couple of weeks and I need to know the risks involved. Please only answer if you've actually gotten it pierced. Also what's the pain like compared to getting your ear pierced. Thanks.

I haven't gotten it pierced and I will not until I'm 18 and can get it pierced professionally. But I know one too many things about piercings so here goes:

If you get it professionally pierced, you're going to have to find a renown place with very sanitary conditions involved.

If you're going to pierce it yourself or by a friend who isn't licensed...do NOT use a safety pin, sewing needle, earring back, etc. You MUST use a hollow needle, known as the piercing stud. Safety pins and sewing needles and such are not hollow needles. While they may get the job done, here are few things:
They are not the best quality metals/not the best sort of metals to use to pierce/on new piercings.
They will only PUSH the skin around and NOT cut through the skin and WILL result in terrible scarring.

Also, if you're getting it pierced unprofessionally, you must, must, must make sure everything is uber sanitary. Do not burn the stud. It doesn't get rid of many germs. Get alcohol from CVS or Food Lion and dunk it in there. Make sure you've cleaned your belly area and clean the area with the alcohol. Wash your hands very thoroghly and rub it with alcohol also.

Anyways, my point is that everything has to be VERY sterile because in addition to belly button piercings 95% of the time getting infected, if the equipment used is not sanitary, you're gonna have some major problems there.

Some risks are:
Painful and potentially serious infection of the abdomen and blood poisoning, improperly sterilised equipment can spread infections.
An amateur body piercer can also cause nerve damage or scarring, infection can still occur even when properly sterilised equipment is used. Infections occur very often with belly piercings so make sure you treat it when it becomes infected.

An infected piercing hurts, looks red and swollen, can weep and may feel hot to the touch. If your piercing looks infected, see a medical professional or body piercer for treatment.

Also, you need to keep it clean as if it was an infection bomb ready to explode. You should definitely take some Iboprufen ahead of time to minimize pain and swelling. To speed up the healing process, soak the piercing in salt/water solution--mix it up in a cup and flip it upside down and hold it on your piercing for a while. Wearing loose clothing and stay as least active as possible to reduce chances of injury there.

The pain--hmm, according to my friend who has gotten her belly pierced--it hurts more than a ear piercing. The actual process should hurt moderately but after that [and a week later] the pain should be gone along with the swelling.

As of Today, I'm becoming a vegetarian. So far its been good. The only problem I will probably is the fact that I've been so used to eating chicken and turkey. Everyday at Lunch, I would normally eat a wrap with Turkey in it. and then sometimes I would get a healthy choice or lean cousine, and that would ALWAYS have some sort of meat in it. wither its meat sauce, chicken, etc.
What kind of foods can I eat instead of what i normally eat? What foods have enough protein? I'm also trying to loose weight, if that helps. but its not the reason i'm becoming vegetarian.

Milk, yogurt, whole grain, soy products, protein bars--they have a pretty good amount of protein in there. And the good thing is that most, you can get at school.

The hard thing about becoming a vegetarian is that since you'r so used to eating meat, your body gets hungry easily without the meat in there all of a sudden. Then it causes you to choose the wrong food and over indulge. So watch out and stay alert so you don't eat unhealthy food. So eat hardy things like whole wheat, 7 grain breads, lots of veggies, etc.

Packing your own lunch will help the most. Ask your mom to buy you whole grain/wheat bread and make a little egg salad sandwhich, jam of some sort, etc. But watch out for peanut butter--if you're going to use it, get low fat ones, because otherwise, it would be like slapping fat on the bread. Get some veggies in there too like carrots, broccoli, etc. Eggs--boiled--have good source of protein, too. Just make sure that you take out the yolk because that's where all the cholesterol is.

Things that I enjoy eating that is absolutly meat free:

Lima beans
Boiled eggs [without the yolk]
Fat free yogurt
Fruits and veggies
Veggie Bites [it's like chicken nuggest except there's no chicken in there. My mom buys them from Food Lion so check in your area]
Cheese ravioli
Mushroom soup
Veggie brugers [Although this isn't that healthy, they are delicious. I get mine from Burger King. Ask for a veggie burger without mayo unless you prefer mayo]
Veggie patties! [Costco will have a variety of them =)]
etc.

Some things you might want to know, though:
Watch out for foods with gelatin in it! It's made from fat from animal elbows. Pop tarts frostings has gelatin and so does Jello and a lot of other foods.

READ THE INGREDIENTS! Even if you don't think any meat or some sort will be in there, there will always be foods with chicken broth and things like that mixed in.

Eat healthy foods and stay away from junk/unhealthy foods. Eat healthy foods that you know will fill you up.

Get enough protein from milk, soy products, eggs, beans, and tofu.

Allrecipes.com has millions of recipes you can get for free and many recipes are dedicated to vegetarians =)

i eat healthy so that is covered. but how can i get a really flat stomach? i do atleast 75-100 crunches a day and sometimes more. i know thats probably not enough but what else can i do? and i have this roll under my bell button that WONT go away. is it because (i heard) when woman have kids its for extra skin and stuff. is that true? what can i do to get a flat tummy, soon?

It would help if you told us your age but I'm guessing you're a teenager.

You CAN have a completely flat stomach but it depends on what exercises you do. You can't expect to do just crunches and get a flat stomach. You need to run often and do crunches with a combination of other exercises to LOSE the little fat there. THEN whne you start to do crunches, you will start to tone your stomach.

You should be around 130lbs actually.

It really depends on you and other factors.
How well are you going to eat? What exercises? Are they vigorous or not? Are you doing them correctly? How often? Are you going to be dedicate?

If you stick to a healthy eating plan and exercise regularly with the right type of exercise AND do it correctly, you should lose 10 pounds in 2-4 months?

Ok, so I'm going on my first date ever this Saturday night. Exciting!! Well, I'm not assuming that on the first date I'm going to kiss this guy, but it doesn't hurt to be prepared, right?

I have never been told I have bad breath, but that's something I'm COMPLETELY paranoid about, all the time. I brush my teeth every day, of course, and I chew gum constantly, but I'm always worried about it.

Haha, first of all, brush your teeth really well. Use a tongue scraper is you have one and mouthwash. Do NOT chew gum. Believe it or not, it will amke your breath smell weird because you're producing all that saliva. Mint and those listerine strips should work fine. Erm, don't order food that has strong ssmell. You should be fine =)

Well, I'm Asian too
Use a good brand mascara designed especially to make eyelashes appear fuller and longer. Then there's the fake lashes you can put on but those are weird and annoying.

I use blue eyeliner pencil on the bottom and dark eyeliner on the top. Use some unique color to bring your eyes out =)

so this is a kinda weird question ... but i'm dieting and watermelon seems to fill me up really quickly. i don't think it can have too much sugar since it's a fruit, but why does it make me so full? i know it's mainly water, but how much water can it have... because drinking water doesn't flil me up that much

You're actually wrong. Fruits contain a lot of natural sugar in them so even though fruits may be healthy food, they're not good to overeat on.

And watermelons actually do contain a pretty nifty amount of water. Add to that the watermelon part and you're going to be full pretty quickly but that fullness will disappear pretty soon.

First of all, learn the English and its grammar components.

Just talk to her. Ask her if she's comfortable moving to the next step. But don't force her to do anything she doesn't want to. Give her time. And in the meanwhile, do something out of the ordinary...instead of the boring dinner and movie, go ice-skating, amusment parks, food fights, swimming, etc.
