uisforukelele answered Sunday May 13 2007, 6:49 pm: i normally use like 1 banana, a handful of strawberries, milk, and ice or sometimes ice cream, depending on what you feel like. i'd use milk instead of water, unless you're lactose intolerant. foodtv.com should have some recipes for stuff like that. Sabine answered Sunday May 13 2007, 4:13 pm: Usually you need to add some plain yogurt (or strawberry or some other flavor would do) and possibly milk and sugar. There are recipes for smoothies on the internet if you just google it. What exactly you add depends on whether you're looking for low-fat, high protein, etc., and whether your strawberries are fresh or frozen.
pacsunnnx3 answered Sunday May 13 2007, 4:13 pm: Half of a banana
1 c. strawberries
Milk (as much as you want for the smoothie)
1 ice cube
1 tsp. sugar (or no sugar, or more sugar)
You'll need: a blender - get out blender and put in half of banana, strawberries, ice cube, and milk. Also optional sugar. Blend for a few minutes until smooth. Instead of using the milk you could use water if you prefer. Enjoy! [ pacsunnnx3's advice column | Ask pacsunnnx3 A Question ]
