1 and a half bananas
20 good-sized strawberries
1/2 cup orange juice
ice (optional)
2 tablespoons sugar (optional)

you can also replace the orange juice with milk, but personally I like the juice better, especially if its fresh-squeezed or homemade.

Let me know how you like it!!

i normally use like 1 banana, a handful of strawberries, milk, and ice or sometimes ice cream, depending on what you feel like. i'd use milk instead of water, unless you're lactose intolerant. foodtv.com should have some recipes for stuff like that.

Usually you need to add some plain yogurt (or strawberry or some other flavor would do) and possibly milk and sugar. There are recipes for smoothies on the internet if you just google it. What exactly you add depends on whether you're looking for low-fat, high protein, etc., and whether your strawberries are fresh or frozen.

Half of a banana
1 c. strawberries
Milk (as much as you want for the smoothie)
1 ice cube
1 tsp. sugar (or no sugar, or more sugar)

You'll need: a blender - get out blender and put in half of banana, strawberries, ice cube, and milk. Also optional sugar. Blend for a few minutes until smooth. Instead of using the milk you could use water if you prefer. Enjoy!

this is a question i can surely answer, i make them all the time :]

first put in all the liquids/creamy/soft stuff in the blender:
strawberry/vanilla yogurt
ice cream
strawberries
bananas
milk
then put the ice in one at a time

P.S. don't put water in the smoothie, just ice, it tastes better :]
