flat tummy

i eat healthy so that is covered. but how can i get a really flat stomach? i do atleast 75-100 crunches a day and sometimes more. i know thats probably not enough but what else can i do? and i have this roll under my bell button that WONT go away. is it because (i heard) when woman have kids its for extra skin and stuff. is that true? what can i do to get a flat tummy, soon?

It would help if you told us your age but I'm guessing you're a teenager.

You CAN have a completely flat stomach but it depends on what exercises you do. You can't expect to do just crunches and get a flat stomach. You need to run often and do crunches with a combination of other exercises to LOSE the little fat there. THEN whne you start to do crunches, you will start to tone your stomach.
