Use barbells and dumbells and lift weight.
Move furniture around [ask your parents first]
Carry around your txtbooks at school instead of puting them in the bag.

have you tried weights? a few of those a day can really build up those muscles :] like, 200 with a certain amount of weight. but don't overdo it. weights can stump your growth.
to make push-ups more challenging, try doing them leaning on a chair, or with one arm. those are more specific types of push-ups if you're getting sick of the originals. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
