believe it or not you can loose up to 7 pounds a week if you REALLY try. eat super healthy, do a lot of exersising, walking, biking, ect. all people are different though so don't be upset it you do everything and only loose 1-6 pounds, or even more then 7! so it pretty much all depends on how you work on it.

It really depends on you and other factors.
How well are you going to eat? What exercises? Are they vigorous or not? Are you doing them correctly? How often? Are you going to be dedicate?
