friend seems like more than a friend?

16/f ok well i used to date this guy (who i'll call gilbert) gilbert. and we dated for like 2 weeks and (this was a year and a half ago) he broke it off b/c we "we're more like siblings". and just recently i've come to remember why i liked him in the first place and we flirt alot but i don't think he realized that we do. and i have no idea if i should say something or if i shouldn't, b/c i think i'm starting to fall for him again and i don't know what to do

I'd say that instead of coming right out and saying "Hey, I LIKE like you again, so what do you think?....." that you should ask HIM first. Ask him what he thinks of the two of you, and whether he still wants to be just friends. That way it's like an "I asked you first" type of thing and you can respond to what he says, allowing you to not have to prepare what you're going to say as much and just go with it.
