It removes the oil in your hair and makes you have dry scalp & dandruff. Here is a good site with tips on hair care. It explains why you shouldn't wash it daily. :)

Yes you can still get pregnant even if you wash yourself off. Sperm are fast travelers.
It only takes one time to get pregnant. So it better not to take the risk.

Put a lock on your bedroom door and use it. There is nothing wrong at all with locking them out of your room for a while. You don't have to keep it locked all night long. Its also a good idea as they get older to teach them to knock and don't enter until you say its ok. :)

I'm sorry but it sounds like he likes you as a friend and nothing more.
When one part of a friendship cares more than the other does, it becomes a real problem for the one who doesn't feel the same.
I think you need to back off and just be his friend. If you can't do that then he is going to stop hanging out with you. He thought he could talk to you as a friend about a girl he liked and you turned possessive. That is not a good thing for him. I don't think he is trying to hurt you, he just doesn't feel the same.
Its not a good idea to believe it is "just a flirting thing", you will push him even further away. :)

im 13 and my sister is 9 and our next door neighbors have 2 sons (one is 6 ryan and one is 9 chris) my sister and chris are best friends and they do everything together and hes always at our house or shes always at his house. they cannot be seperated, ever. but the younger son (the 6 year old) who is the most whiny cry baby annoying kid in the whole world always has to tag along with chris. everytime chris comes to hang out with my sister,ryan has to come to. since hes 6 he has nothing in common with any of us and he always tries to play with my sister and chris. my mom hates ryan and wonders why he cant find a friend his own age to hang out with and she doesnt want to watch another kid because even though ryan is 6 he still cant walk right he always falls and he cries all the time and my mom doesnt want to put up with it. she sends ryan home but he wont leave and my mom tries to be nice and says "i have alot of things to do i cant watch 4 kids including my own so could you please go home" ryan just wont listen and if he does leave he just sits in OUR garage for 3 hours. of course his parents dont care, they just want whatever is easier for them so they send both of there kids to our house all the time. we dont mind chris since hes my sisters age but ryan is 3 years younger then them and 10 years younger then me so we cant entertain him no one has anything in common with him. today ryan rang our doorbell we knew it was him so we didnt answer but he rang our doorbell 9 times in a row so fast so my dad opens the door and says can you please not do that and ryan asks to come in the house my dad says no where leaving soon to do errands but ryan WOULD NOT leave. he kept begging to come in the house for 5 minutes and we kept saying no sorry and closed the door. then 2 seconds later he rang the door bell 20 more times. my mom told his mom and she just thought it was funny. my family has hinted in every way that we dont want ryan over our house because he doesnt leave and hes too young for us to watch and if you look away for a minute hes getting himself into trouble like running into a wall or falling down the stairs. we've even walked him over to the another boys house who was his age but he didnt want to play with him. how can we keep ryan from coming into our house even if the doors are locked he will just knock and ring the doorbell for an hour even in the pouring rain and if no one answers he starts screaming and crying so loud. his parents dont think anything is wrong. i want to say something to ryan to let him know that we dont want him over but i dont want to sound mean. how can i nicely tell him not to come over to play anymore??? its driving us insane (link)

if he has to bring Ryan.
Your sister wants to hang out with him she will have to go to his house. Chris needs to be told "Do not bring your brother to our house, we are not being paid to babysit him."
You have to feel a little sorry for him. He sounds as if he just wants attention from someone. But, you are very right. He is not your responsibility. :)

Puppy Chow
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
8 cups Crispix cereal
2 cups powdered sugar
Melt the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and butter together. Pour over the cereal in a large kettle or bowl and stir well. Pour the powdered sugar into a large brown paper bag and add the cereal. Fold the bag to seal and shake well to coat evenly.

I was wondering what the chances of pregnancy are in the following scenario:
the male uses a condom and the female has been on birth control for at least 3 years. About halfway through intercourse (well before ejaculation), the first condom breaks. After a few seconds, the male pulls out and uses a new condom. The other condom stays intact. The male also pulled out when ejaculation occured later while using the second condom. The only real worry involves the condom that broke for a few seconds in the middle of intercourse (well before ejaculation). It seems like a very small chance (especially due to the female being on birth control), but was wondering about it to help ease worrying a little, since this has never happened before.

If the female is taking her pills as prescribed the chances of pregnancy are practically non existent.
Especially since she has been on the pill for 3 years.
Unless you fear an STD I don't think you have anything to worry about. :)

okay this is going to be long but plz i need the help! okay throughout my whole life i have never known my dad because he has been in jail for like ever! he was in jail because he abused my mom and almost killed her. but i really wanna know him...he is out of jail right now and is not allowed to come around me...but recently my dad seen my aunt and told my aunt to tell me he loved me but im not suppose to know this......i only know because i overheard my aunt on the phone with my mom and my mom doesnt want her to tell me and my mom doesnt want me around my dad. 4 years ago...he was out of jail i think and as i was walking home from school my aunt from my dad's side was in a car parked on the street waiting for me to walk by and as i did she started asking me questions like if i remember my dad and stuff. so like my dad or that aunt on my dads side would have had to been like watching me and to know if i still lived there and to know what time i got out from school. then like a year after that happened we had a court date which i went to and my dad never showed up for the court date so my mom has custody of me. now like a couple of months ago i was with my mom in the store and my mom saw my dad in there and told me that was my dad....my dad saw me and my mom but he like turned around and walked the other way as if he didnt want to see me or he was just shocked or scared that i would hate him.....my mom almost went crazy in that store when she saw him she started cussing and everyhting lol. but my question is now does it seem like he wants to see me....and is it wrong for me to want to know him even though he almost killed my mom.....whenever he was in jail he would always send me stuff but my mom never gave me them things...she would throw them away...except she did let me keep this little purse with my name on it....please help me i am so confeused about all of this....it's really hard not having a dad. but is it wrong for me to want to know him and does it seem like he wants to see me? thank you so much (link)

Is this just because your mom doesn't want him around you or is this something a judge in court has said?
If a court has ordered it this way there are valid reasons for that. You cannot go against a court order, your dad would go back to jail.
I can understand your feelings of wanting to know him. That is perfectly natural. If you have never told your mom your feelings, I think now is the time to talk to her about it. If there are valid reasons he can't see you then you need to know what they are. You just have to make mom realize that you are old enough to know the whole story. I'm sure there are things that you know nothing about.
There are also other ways to have contact with your dad. You can write to him or you could email.
Unless that is part of the no contact if court ordered.
Talk to your mom and see what she has to say about it. She really needs to know your feelings on this. She is the only one who can help you with this one.

I am a 15 year old girl in the 10th grade. i have been under alot of stress. I am pregnant, My parents are getting a divorce, My mom and i are moving out into an apartment, My boyfriend and i have started to argue you alot. Althoug it got better for a couple weeks until this weekend. Also i lost alot of friends because i was pregnant. i had to put up with alot of people saying rude things. or that i better not walk the streets or ill get shot etc. i started cutting to decrease the stress and let my problems just be released i find that it helps but i need to stop. please help me! tell me how to stop. I went through the exact same thing when I was 16.
You really can't be cutting. See a doctor about that.
Remember your boyfriend is probably under stress too. Try not to take it out on him to much. Its a different stress but he has some none the less.
There isn't much you can do about your parents situation. There isn't much you can do about the friends who weren't as true as you thought. Been there. It sucks but if you have any left at all cherish them. They are the real deal.
No one has a right to threaten you and I don't understand why the would. If they continue file a complaint with the police, get a restraining order to keep them away from you...whatever it takes.
You have to think about the baby right now. It is depending on you. It has nobody else in the world but you. You will make it together regardless of what your parents, boyfriend or other people do.
You have to get a handle on the stress and cutting though. If you can't do it on your own then seek medical advice. Others out here have made it and you can too.

I downloaded the free 30 day trial of Coral Paint Shop Prox. And i edited one picture then closed it. came back 5 min later to edit another picture and it said my 30 day trial is over. How is this possible?
I cant download it again because it says this computer already has Coral Pinat Shop Prox on this computer.

In order to add another program you have to go to add/remove and remove all off the things to do with
PSP on your computer. You still won't be able to download a trial version again though.

I have no motorcycle experience and just now I started taking lessons to get my license and after that I am going to buy a bad ass bike. A buell Ulysses 1.2. It is not a street bike,yet it is fast.I am so excited and I cant stop talking about it to pretty much every person I meet. Problem is, that every person tells me that since I dont have no experience I am going to die. I am afraid they are jinxing me, if there is such a word. I am willing to be extra carefull in every way.
Everybody is suggesting that I should take a small scooter or something but I think that they are dangerous since they dont have the power (acceration is safety) nor the the braking performance. I will not buy I small engine displacement bike. (link)

Hi,this is Y.G.'s husband.I just started riding again about two years ago. I started on a small street bike when I was just a pup. I later rode dirt bikes for fun but stopped for ten or fifteen years.
( I broke a collar bone and decided to stop because the family was more important.)I now ride a KLR 650 on the street and back roads about 15 thousand miles a year.
Any bike can kill or mame you, so as long as you remember that and ride defensively you can enjoy riding the rest of your long life.
You already have taken the right steps by taking classes. The next thing is A.G.A.T.T. (all gear all the time). This means to wear your helmet , jacket, boots and gloves. It is not being a wuss to do so and even keeps you comfy on those long rides.
The Ulysses looks like a wonderful bike and I think it will be my next choice. It is a very tall bike and I have to question if you are tall enough to hold it up at stand still. Be honest. there is nothing more embarrassing than dumping your new bike in front of your buddies. ( been there, done that.)
You can tell people any thing that you want but never think that you are an expert rider because when you do, that is when that ol' bike will show you other wise. I actually learn something every time I ride.
Motorcycling is a wonderful hobby if you just use a little caution.
Ride safe and enjoy your bike.

my mom keeps walking into the computer room and just "looking around". its really bugging me. every time she comes in, i have to close everything except itunes because im looking up anorexic stuff and i dont want her to think im anorexic [im not]. i even had to log off for 10 minutes because she told me to do my laundry so that she would get on and see what i was doing, but i logged off. is there nething i can do? Honestly, there is nothing wrong with looking up information. I'm sure your mom won't have a problem with it. So long as you aren't starving yourself she will know you aren't anorexic.
You are lucky your mom is concerned enough to keep an eye on your computer use. I know it doesn't seem like it , but she is only trying to keep you safe. She has every right to see what you are doing on the Internet. It is something every responsible parent would and should do. :)

All the answers you have been given are correct. With the exception of whoever said you aren't banned for it.
Most of us try to warn someone about it before banning them. Most of the time the person just didn't read the FAQ where it explains just some of the reasons a person can be banned on the site. So, if you are warned and you continue to use all caps
you will indeed be banned. You can be banned without warning too because by rights the FAQ should have been read.
The reason is because it is yelling. We try to keep things polite around here so yelling a question just isn't nice. Capitalising a word or two for emphasis is not a problem so long as the whole question isn't in caps.
There is also no need to answer someones question
by yelling at them. Regardless of how stupid a question may seem to you...don't yell at them.
It is basically just a matter of having respect for your fellow users. :)

Believe it or not headbanging has caused some people
some serious brain trauma. Its honestly not a smart thing to do at all. Feeling faint or dizzy after
headbanging is not at all unusual.
My advice is not to do it at all. If you just have to go with the crowd though, at lest stop at the first sign pain or feeling strange. :)

You should be able to email the pictures on your phone to your email address. You can then save them to your computer from there. That's the only way I know of to get them on your computer. :)
