Well, no. But you DO crave a lot more things & feel like you need to eat more. But I wouldn't eat any differently than you normally would. Just avoid anything that might cause you to bloat, because that's no fun. ]
You SHOULDN'T be, no. But if you are, fair enough. Nothing to worry about. Everyone's different. Some people get cravings. :) ]

What!? Where did that come from? That is the silliest thing I've never heard! I just eat normally and everything is fine. That doesn't make any sense to eat more, because it would just make you look even more bloated, and you surely don't want that.

i'm pretty sure because whenever i'm on my period, and i feel hungry, i'll eat something, and then still feel hungry after it! so yeah. and yes you would also get cravings. ]
You dont have to eat more. Girls just think they have to lol. iget cravings for icecream when im on mine. So every gurl will geta craving but you dont have to eat more its not like its the rules tto. Its all cravings and bloating..

When I am on my period, I sometimes eat a little more than I normally do. This is because I get cravings for certain foods throughout the day. It is not because you are SUPPOSED to eat more food than usual. Overall, your eating habits should stay the same during that time of the month. Hope I helped =) ]
actually you can because when your on that time of the month you get cravings as well as bloat. so it cant hurt. ]
