headbanging/gonna faint?
today i was headbanging with my friends as a joke, but it was really like vigorous and for a couple minutes. afterwards i kind of felt like i was gonna faint and kinda light headed. whats wrong with me?

Nothing is wrong with you. All the blood rushed to your head and you got dizzy when you stopped suddenly, your head had to adjust. Try taking breaks between head banging sessions.

I passed out at this concert from doing that, joking around.

Believe it or not headbanging has caused some people
some serious brain trauma. Its honestly not a smart thing to do at all. Feeling faint or dizzy after
headbanging is not at all unusual.
My advice is not to do it at all. If you just have to go with the crowd though, at lest stop at the first sign pain or feeling strange. :)

because more blood went into your head, and if you were done youd probably have a redish face because of the blood going to your head. what you should just do is stand straight up and let the blood go bck down
