well me and my boyfriend had sex and that night i was bleeding really bad and it wouldnt stop. i had to tell my dad i had my period because the blood got all in my sheets. is that normal because i dont think it is because it didnt happen to any of my friends. what happened. why did that happen?

alright, in case you didnt know this but every girl has this layer of skin ok and when a guys thing pokes it then it pops. so thats why the blood went out. your friends might have already poped theres playing sports or something and thats why they didnt get blood all over. but its normal so dont worry.

I apologize in advance because this is going to be pretty long. I'm a sixteen year old girl and I've been single my entire life up until now. I met this great guy at work, and we both liked each other. Our first date was absolutely perfect. It was more of a date to make things official seeing as we already knew a lot about each other. He gave me a red rose, we held hands in the mall, cuddled in the movies, and he kissed me goodnight in the rain. It was perfect. With this being my first relationship ever, I'm freaking out. I know you're not supposed to kiss on the first date, and I wasn't exactly ready for it either. I know that in a relationship, a guy is going to want something "more" than what I'm willing to give. My morals are that I don't want to go past kissing wiht a guy until I'm married. I'm not ready for anything sexual...I'm only 16! Everyone has told me that before you love someone else, you have to love yourself. That could be an issue with me, since I'm full of self-loathing and I have no self-esteem. I can't understand how a guy would pick me in the first place. My internal conflicts are seriously creating a huge dilemma for me and I don't know what to do anymore. This guy made me so happy at first. I could not stop talking about him and I was so happy for once in my life. But now that things are moving faster, I'm freaking out and instead of smiling all the time, I cry. I don't want to give up something like this...what I've longed for my entire life. At the same time, I can't just ignore my issues. I need help. Please tell me what to do. :'( Thank you so much.

wow, that is some problem youve got there. but im here to help you. the next time you look in the mirror i want you to say what you like about yourself. say i am beautiful and my boyfriend loves me. YOU ARE SPECIAL! even if you dont think you are. every person is beautiful in there own way. this may sound really corny to you but its true! listen, i can tell that you really like this guy so just go with the flow. you are strong and you can do anything you put your mind to. just keep telling yourself that. and you dont have to do anything your not ready for. not every guy wants to have sex just like that. if he wants to have sex with you just tell him strait up that your not ready for that yet. if he likes you then he will understand. trust me on this one. its ok to love someone.....and its ok to love yourself. rember that you are beautiful and no madder WHAT happens you will always have yourslef to depend on. i hope i helped and feel free to ask me anything else.

i think that you should. i mean would you rather have her out on the streets or with you? i think you should really let her stay with you. your friend is oviously having trouble with how her life is going. you should talk to her before you let her though. tell her that she should at least THINK about wat she is doing. but if she has made up her mind completly then let her stay with you. i hope things work out with you guys and if you want you can ask me anything else.

i go to a school where sports mean alot..i have tried a bunch of differnet sports..but none of them work for me..i am tring to stay in shape..but i havent as much since i quit my last sport..i really want to try out for a sport this year..any ideas of which one i should pick..i'm not to good at sports ..but i'm detirmned to do this!

its important to brush well when you have braces but you cant floss bc it could brake the wire. so good luck with that.

Ok,well i haven't my period yet [[and im 13..]] My mom got it when she was 13,my sister got it when she was 14. Does this run in the family that i'll get it either this year or when im 14? or would i be different? i really just want to get it over with instead of being afraid it'll happen when im in school or somewhere everyone can see it !!

no one can know exactly when or where there going to have there period. i mean...you could be 15 when you get your period or you could have it next month. you never know so i cant help you there. but what i can tell you is always carry a pad in your purse or your backpack or where ever you want. and if you dont have any pads when you start then wad up a whole bunch of toilet papper and use that...hey its better than nothing right? well, i hope the stuff i could tell you helps and feel free to ask me anything else.

does anyone know how to make really good smokey eyes like how they have it in the magazines and stuff?

get the eye shadow out. first put on a really light color on. then keep working up to the dark colors. once you get to the darks then just start dabbing it on. i hope it helped.

Ok so i'm 5 feet six inches, and about 114lbs, am i heading on the right track? I'm not sure.....Oh yeah i'm also 13 years old. I'm gonna exercise and stuff to get a little more toned. Would it be healthy to lose about 10 lbs? I already know what to do to lose weight.

personally i think your just fine. you dont need to loose weight. at this age you should be having fun and going out. not going on a diet or worring about your weight. just go to www.am-i-fat.com it will tell you if you need to loose weight or not. i really dont think you should loose 10 pounds but i dont think its not healthy. just dont become anerecsic..or how ever you spell it. i hope it helped. ♥ cookierat123
