What am i?

Ok so i'm 5 feet six inches, and about 114lbs, am i heading on the right track? I'm not sure.....Oh yeah i'm also 13 years old. I'm gonna exercise and stuff to get a little more toned. Would it be healthy to lose about 10 lbs? I already know what to do to lose weight.

You are actually a few pounds underweight. The healthy weight range for your height is 117-143 pounds. Exercising to tone your body is fine but I wouldn't suggest dieting as it can bring your weight dangerously low.

personally i think your just fine. you dont need to loose weight. at this age you should be having fun and going out. not going on a diet or worring about your weight. just go to www.am-i-fat.com it will tell you if you need to loose weight or not. i really dont think you should loose 10 pounds but i dont think its not healthy. just dont become anerecsic..or how ever you spell it. i hope it helped. &hearts; cookierat123

i dont think you should try losin wieght.. you sound really thin if your 5"6 and 114lbs that is pretty thin..

your weight sounds good for your height.. and if you gain muscle your not going to lose weight cause muscle weights more then fat.. &hearts; Dez

i honestly wouldnt think its healthy at all to shed 10 pounds at all.. im 15 and im exactly where you are and of course like a normal girl i always think i could loose weight ... but i had a friend who thought the way you think and shes in the hospital for anorexia and is dealing with a lot of problems at only the age of 16. she thought she only needed to lose like 8 lbs to be happy but soon she found that sitll wasnt good enough... and ive always been told its not the number on the scale that matters .... its how YOU feel about how you look

NO NO NO no! please girl dont try and lose 10 more pounds...you sound like you are at a perfect weight! i weigh around 110 and im 5'3'' and if i lost 10 pounds my friends would kill me! lol...and also its fine to get more toned but remember muscle weighs more then fat!
