You just ruptured your hymen which causes it to bleed a little, but if it's gushing and oozing blood constantly and gets everywhere, then that's a little too much. Apply pressure to the area to make the bleeding stop and make sure you wash it thoroughly to avoid infection, because once you get an infection you'll have to go to the doctor and explain! :( be careful, just make sure you stop the bleeding. And yes it is normal.

I'm assuming you lost your virginity and that's where the blood came from. It's is normal to bleed some but if the flow is heavy and doesn't stop within an hour or so, I would go to the doctor to get checked out.

Virgins have a small piece of tissue in their vaginas that protects it. When this tissue is broken when you have sex, it sometimes bleeds or causes a little pain.

Some people DO tend to bleed after their first go at sexual intercourse. You have no reason to worrie about that - it's perfectly common. Unless this was a few weeks ago, and the bleeding is STILL continuing, I wouldn't worrie, Hun. :)

I'm not 100% on this but I'm pretty sure it is normal. And that maybe instead of just breaking your hyman (which only causes you to bleed a little) he might have been a little rough and torn the opening of the hole. If thats the case then it should just heal on its own as long as you don't have sex again for awhile.

alright, in case you didnt know this but every girl has this layer of skin ok and when a guys thing pokes it then it pops. so thats why the blood went out. your friends might have already poped theres playing sports or something and thats why they didnt get blood all over. but its normal so dont worry.

I think, but I'm not too sure, but I think your cherry popped and that is normal for your first time, but some people it doesn't happen! Hope I helped

Duckie answered Friday July 22 2005, 11:31 pm:
Hey, well the first couple of times you have sex you will bleed. (Or at least some people do) It's no big deal, and it's completely normal, your friends are just a few who didn't bleed. It depends really how your body reacts to the sex, once your cherry is popped it's normal to bleed. And sometimes people will bleed a lot, and others won't. It's okay thoughh.
