my doctor says im underweight on charts and really overweight. 13/f 5'4 110 . my stomach is just fat. i do not look fat at all with clothes on but in a swimsuit or nothing over my stomach its just fat. he says to cal up and just to exercise. i eat alot well closer to normal. i run. my 2 bffs agree whats wrong so its not just me.
what exercises do i do?

Follow your doctors advice. You run and thats good.
Walking, dancing, riding a bicycle, all good ways to exercise.
I know someone 5'3 should weigh about 120. You may be a little underweight but not a whole lot. Do some crunches or sit ups and that will help your tummy. You are just 13 and your body will do some changing
real soon. It will go away.
You are fine. If there was something wrong with you your doctor would have told you, or ran more tests on you. :)

in november, we had an incident in my family where my dad beat my mom and tried to choke her. ever since then my parents have never acted the same. now i have these dreams that my mom kills my dad and that they stab each other and all of this. what should i do? 6 months later, it wont go away. should i get help? what do i do. That was a pretty traumatic experience for you to have had. If it is still bothering you then you should get some help for it.
Talk to your mom about it, and then go to your doctor. If you need any help beyond what he/she can give you they will refer you to a doctor who can help. :)

You can feel tired if you get to much sleep. Mostly its just that if you do it often your body gets used to going to sleep at a certain time.
I would say if you went to bed by 10 you would get plenty of sleep. :)

31/m - Sorry for the long story, but I need help.
Many years ago when I was in my early teens I did something very bad. Something society truly frowns upons. But since I was underaged, it was my first offense of any kind, and nobody pressed charges I went to group offenders counseling once a week for 3 years and the offense was striken from my record. My mother and I went together, although with separate counselors, because parents were encouraged to go as well. My father worked. Through this counseling I was able to flourish. I discovered much about why I did the horrible things that I did, and I shared all these discoveries with my mother.
About 8 years ago, my mother died. She was the "glue that held together" our family. Without her nobody knew what went on with any of the other very busy people in my family. After her death, we (my father, my sister, and I) found out many secrets about my mother that she had been keeping for many years. Also, I found out my father and sister knew nothing about the basic facts of my life; my career, my relationship, my phone number, nothing. I know I am to blame too but, naively, I always thought that my mother clued them in.
So, that being said, do you think I should worry about what my father and sister think of me? I'm sure my mother did not tell them about how much I grew from counseling nor the explaination that makes sense of it all. As far as I know, they only know about the horrible offense that I committed with no understanding of why.
But on the other hand, is it at all necessary to talk to my father and sister seeing that I did this over 15 years ago and much, much water has passed under all of our bridges.
What does everyone think?

If they know of the offenses, I think it is in your best interest to tell them about your counseling and what good it did for you. They are your family and you want them to think the best of you.
Regardless of what your mom did or didn't share with them, you should tell them about yourself. It will bring you closer together as a family. :)

well when i was alot younger the doctor thought i was depressed which i wasnt but then the medication made me depressed so i had to smoke pot all the time now im all paranoid about everything i was wonderin do you think i could sue this doctor cause if i wasnt put on that stuff in the first place cause nothin was wrong with me i wouldnt be like i am now im to scared to take prescribed drugs i would take morphine or somethin strong like that... but yeah do you recon id win the case?

I suppose you could always try...or your parents could anyway. However if they could prove you used other drugs you probably wouldn't win. Most drugs don't mix very well and can have adverse affects, such as depression.

I HATE my parents and I want to move out SO badly like if I don't I swear to god I'm going to murder my mom thats how bad she is.I have no family in my area that I can stay with but my friend(boyfriend) said I can move in with him for a while to let things cool down...is it legal for me to do that ? You cannot just move in with your boyfriend. You will just get him in trouble and probably not be allowed to see him again once the situation resolves itself.
If the state thinks you are not safe with your parents, or if you runaway from home often, they will put you in the state foster care system. You will probably not be put in a home anywhere near yours. Different school district etc. Which would mean no boyfriend close by.
So unless you're life is endangered at home, stay put and do your best to get along.

ok despite wat is told 2 us in health class i still have the doubt. ok well my bro has been doing EX since october. nothing serious, hes done it 7 times since then so maybe like once a month. cept the problem is hes convinced that the only way EX can kill you is if you get dehydrated or if you drink too much water. im not sure. last friday he took 7 hits of it. and that kinda worries me, he blocked out from 5-8 so he only remembers wat happened to him loosey. he has bruises and stuff like that so he was jumping around or fell down the stairs or something. he was too high to remember wat was going on. so if anyone actually knows the affects of EX or whether or not it can harm u pleaze tell me. and dont tell me to tell my parents becuz i wont. im not like that. he trusts me to keep it a secret. i just wanna help him myself.
if you havent ever done EX or have no experiance on the subject watsoever pleaz dont answer. id rather only those who can give me reliable answers to respond. and none of that whole, its bad for you crap. anyways sorry for being rude to anyone but i need to help him. i dont hate people who do drugs, its just that i have seen good people become mentally damaged because of drugs and i love my brother too much. btw hes 15 in 10th grade and im 14 in 8th grade.

The truth of the matter is you can't help him yourself. I don't want to come off sounding mean
but if you don't say something to your parents, you could very well be living with the fact that you knew he was using and didn't tell, after he is dead. Not something you would want to live with the rest of your life.
Telling an adult is helping him.
Sorry I have no personal experience with the drug. I have worked in emergency medicine for years so I am not unfamiliar with its killing people.

Ah, I did that because I didn't know if you were using Paint shop pro or photo shop. If paint shop pro what number is it? I use paint shop pro 9.
It makes a big difference.
Wish you used incredimail. I am in a lot of groups that make stationary using all these things and could send you some when I came across them.

When filing an abuse report, you must send us a LINK TO THE QUESTION. Without that we cannot help you at all. We will not wade through millions of questions to find the one you are complaining about. We do not have time to do this.
If you give a 2 word answer like "Damn no", you might get a ban for swearing at someone if they complain. That is a rude answer, and not one that
anyone expecting to get good ratings would give.
If someone gives you a bad rating...I mean a 1 or 2 and not a 4...file an abuse report. If you provide a link we may or may not change your rating. DO NOT go back and edit in your own rude feedback. That many times will get you a ban right along with the person you are complaining about.

This morning my grandma passed away. The news pretty much made me cry for hours, and right now I still feel a bit distraught.
But last night, I had a dream about her, where I was visiting her at the nursing home (where she lives) and she was alive, happy, and glad to see me. We were surrounded by a big room filled with lights and it was just white. She was wearing brightly-colored clothing, and all she did was smile at me.
When I woke up this morning from that dream, I found out she passed away.
As a christian, I deeply believe that was God telling me that she is happy where she is right now (in heaven), and smiling down on me, feeling happy she is at peace.
Do you think God was really trying to give me a sign? Or is it coincidence? (link)

I think your grandma gave you the sign. She was saying goodbye and letting you know she was fine.
I had a similar experience with my own grandmother, though it was a week or so after her passing. :)

What you have to do to get over the ex is focus on other things. Start dating other guys and soon you will just be over him. You won't ever get over him if you continue to sit around and mope.

I took an HPT (home pregnancy test), and it read positive. My packet came with another HPT, so I took it two days later, and it was negative. Then a good while later, I looked into the trash can at it just to be sure and it was positive!
I've made an appointment with my doctor, but I wonder if I should bring in the HPTs? How long after using them do they keep? A few hours? Days, maybe? I can't seem to find any information on how long you can keep a used test, so anyone who might know, I'd really love the help! (link)

No, do not take them with you to the doctors office.
They will run their own tests which are much more accurate.
The only thing I could find on how long the results last was that positive results last 24 hrs and negative results don't last. Not much help, but I think we can assume that after 24 hrs. the results
are no longer reliable.
