Flat stomach's aren't healthy. If you have a round stomach, then you are healthly. It's not wrong to have a round stomach. You are not overweight and in any way fat. You may be slightly underweight for your height group but you are only 13. So just continue your eating habits and do some crutches.

There's nothing wrong with you. To you, it looks like your stomach is fat. But you actually need that bit of 'fat'/ 'meat' there, to hold your organs together. Many girls have eating disorders and have their ribs sticking out.. flat stomach, gross? Do some crutches!

You need to be asking these questions to your doctor. Your weight is under what it should be for your height, and the fact that you don't recognise that is problematic. If you cannot gain weight because you fear you're already fat, you need to talk to someone who can help you reassess your body.

Talk to your doctor some more about your concerns. Be specific about how you feel and ask for more specific tips on what to do. He's the only one who can give you prudent medical attention.

Your doctor is right about you being underweight, but for him to call you overweight is idiotic. You are in no way overweight. If you were overweight, you'd weigh a lot, and 110 lbs isn't that.

Just drink lots of water [8 glasses a day] and do some crunches. You should be fine.

Follow your doctors advice. You run and thats good.
Walking, dancing, riding a bicycle, all good ways to exercise.

I know someone 5'3 should weigh about 120. You may be a little underweight but not a whole lot. Do some crunches or sit ups and that will help your tummy. You are just 13 and your body will do some changing
real soon. It will go away.

You are fine. If there was something wrong with you your doctor would have told you, or ran more tests on you. :)
