best pill for period pain?
does paprin or midol work as well as they say on commercials? anything else i can do to relieve period cramps and lower back pain? i feel like my spine is going to break in two, ugh.

Honestly, I don't think midol works one bit.

I use Midol and it works. If you want to get rid of icky cramps, take a heating pad or fill up a bottle of hot water and put it against where it hurts. It helps so much. Also, ask somebody to massage your back or when your cramps are.

Midol is the best to relieve pain such as cramps and lower back pain, many common symptoms of PMS and period pains.

I always got the best results from Midol. It works very well. :)
