does paprin or midol work as well as they say on commercials? anything else i can do to relieve period cramps and lower back pain? i feel like my spine is going to break in two, ugh.
leLovely answered Sunday March 18 2007, 2:51 pm: I use Midol and it works. If you want to get rid of icky cramps, take a heating pad or fill up a bottle of hot water and put it against where it hurts. It helps so much. Also, ask somebody to massage your back or when your cramps are. [ leLovely's advice column | Ask leLovely A Question ]
