family problems

in november, we had an incident in my family where my dad beat my mom and tried to choke her. ever since then my parents have never acted the same. now i have these dreams that my mom kills my dad and that they stab each other and all of this. what should i do? 6 months later, it wont go away. should i get help? what do i do.

Yes. Find someone you trust and talk to them. I'd also talk to your mother.

I think you should talk to somebody because maybe you haven't talked to anyone yet and you still have it inside of you, and you are trying to let it out but you can't. Well I'm going to tell you that you need to let that thig tat happened out of your mind because if you don't it will follow you everywhere.

Thats soo terible. But you should seek help from anyone you can trust, or even someone with more experiance (like any kind of consilor). You will be happier, and glad you did it.

That was a pretty traumatic experience for you to have had. If it is still bothering you then you should get some help for it.

Talk to your mom about it, and then go to your doctor. If you need any help beyond what he/she can give you they will refer you to a doctor who can help. :)
