LagunaBabe answered Saturday March 17 2007, 2:19 pm: I'm going to say 10 is a good time to go to sleep, maybe even eleven. Either way, you should get plenty of sleep by 6:30. And yes, you can get tired from too much sleep, but just as YG said -- it's most generally that way until you get used to that particular time you're going to sleep. You basically just have to get in a habit and routine, of going to bed at that time. [ LagunaBabe's advice column | Ask LagunaBabe A Question ]

phatdopelove answered Friday March 16 2007, 6:14 pm: I wake-up at 6:30 am too but I go to bed at 10, but it's healthier for you to have a full 9 hrs. sleep, don't oversleep, it can cause your body to be too tired to move or even get up, and you'll have trouble trying going to sleep later, and it can mess up your sleeping cycle. So I think that is pretty good, between 9 and 10 are best. Hope this helps. [ phatdopelove's advice column | Ask phatdopelove A Question ]
ohxthexdrama answered Friday March 16 2007, 6:10 pm: actually at your age, you should probably be getting at least 8.5-9 hours each night. your body is growing a lot during the day and needs time to rejuvinate and reamp during the night when you are asleep. 10 at the latest.
varsity_prep_xo answered Friday March 16 2007, 5:40 pm: you should probably be getting 7-8 hours of sleep at least, 9 if you want to feel especially good. this would put you to bed at around 9:30-11:30 pm. if you sleep more than around 9.5-10 hours, your body takes longer to wake up and yes, you will feel tired for longer. hope this helps. karenR answered Friday March 16 2007, 5:35 pm: You can feel tired if you get to much sleep. Mostly its just that if you do it often your body gets used to going to sleep at a certain time.
