I just got my homecoming pictures back from wallgreens and the ones other people took of me and my friends are really dark because i 4got to remind people to use the flash. Can any place add light to pictures? Or no? If so where can i get it done. How much $? (link)

If you have a program like Microsoft Picture it or Photoshop, you can scan your pictures and try to brighten them on your computer. That way you can do it for free. Other than that, I don't really know. :/

this morning i burnt my leg with my hair crimper. and it left a scar on my leg. there is like 2 dark lines on my legg, and im not sure how to get rid of it?!...is there any way i can?!...please help! (link)

Owwie. Okay, well, that sounds like... a first degree burn. There is obviously pain and redness, and there has also been damage done to the outer layers of the epidermis, which is the outer, thinner layer of skin, as opposed to the dermis which gets damaged or destroyed due to second and third degree burns, respectively. Skin, luckily, is made of tissue that quickly repairs itself through mitosis (cell division, ie the forming of new cells). So... it's sorta like when you get a cut and it scabs over but then eventually heals to be new skin. It takes a couple of weeks, but you should be just fine. You can put some ice on it and if you're really concerned, go see a doctor.

I don't think so. There's a saying that goes something like "If you leave a cold alone, it will go away in a week. If you treat the cold, it will go away in a week anyway". But you can probably allieviate some of the symptoms by drinking lots of juice. And more juice. And even more juice. On top of some cough syrup.
I hope you feel better. Sore throats suck.

Lol, well, I don't go to fancy restaurants often, but when I do (and if I get chicken legs) I definitely eat them with my hands. I consider myself to be of high class (my entire family is a bunch of rednecks and it kills me to no end) but chicken legs are made for the picking up and eating. Either that, or I am more barbaric than I think.

I am 16 years old and a female. I am 5'2 1/2 and 93 lbs. I am very thin but not sick looking. I don't really eat like I'd call normal. I eat like once or twice a day normally but sometimes three. I am just never hungry most of the time and I am typically a light eater. The odd thing is last year I was like 115-120 lbs and then a few months ago I was 98 and now I'm 93 lbs. Is there something wrong? (link)

Alas, I am not a doctor, but I think you should schedule an appointment with someone who is more skilled in medicine than people on Advincenators. Maybe it's nothing serious, but I'm really not the one to diagnose that.

okay i've had glasses for about..10/11 years and im 13 so yeah i've basically had glasses my whole entire life and im sick of it the problem is i have some thing called well idk wut its called lazy eye i believe. Yes, thats it. Anyways when i was about 4 i got surgery because my eye had slid vertically and horizontilly and now its only horizontilly and i called my eye doctor to get an app. today and they gave me an app. for January 10th @ 9:45am and i know i have to get surgery which i'm really glad and then i can get contacts which after i get contacts i'll be soo happy... lots of people think i'm pretty and i guess i am and if i get contacts with make-up and all they say i'll look prettier but most people are going to think im just gettin contacts to look prettier not everyone knows abut my disease and suggestions? or does any have a lazy eye? cuz i've always felt like im the only one (link)

The bassist of my favorite band, Dir en grey, has lazy eye, or so I've heard. He's really, really gorgeous and sexy looking. But from what I can tell from most of his pictures, he covers it up with his hair. lol. I got contacts when I was fourteen, but decided I looked better in glasses. Don't worry that people will think that you're only getting contacts to make yourself more attractive. That's why most people get them anyway, right? It's a personal thing, so you shouldn't worry about outside opinions.

Yes! I went to a different high school than mostly all my middle school friends were zoned for. I had a miserable time in my freshman biology class because I didn't know anyone in the entire class. There was however, a girl who had just moved into my town and after doing a project on cells together, we became pretty good friends. Also, I had a lot of classes where there was a friend of a friend in there, and I only sorta knew her and she sorta only knew me and we became friends really fast. In the second semester of my freshmen year, I attached myself to a senior who is now my best friend. We still hang out a lot, even though she's off in another city for college, and she is definitely teh awesomez0r. My ninth grade year has so far been my favorite. I made a ton of new friends, got my first kiss (woohoo) and really enjoyed all my classes (except math :D) It's really not so bad as you think.

Ok well I go to a school where there is over 3,000 people. I'm a girl and I am 15 years old. I guess I am ok looking too. And whenever there is a hot guy who likes me i talk and flirt with them. So it's like no big deal. But after a week or so, sometimes not even a week, i start to get REALLY sick of the guy! To where if i even think about him i just want to throw up! I've never been in a serious relationship and everyone thinks of me as a hoe because i move from one guy to another! Is there something wrong with me?! I start out liking the person but after a while he just gets so old! And it is like this with EVERY guy! No matter how hard i try to be commited to someone it just does not work! So do you think you can give me advice on why i can not stick with one guy and be happy for once? Thanks a lot! (link)

Lol! Well, I really have no advice for that, but I can let you know that you are not alone. I get that way too around guys, though it's usually not to the point where I get ill at the mere mention of the guy's name.
It seems to me that after I think I like a guy, for whatever reason, maybe after I get to know him, he didn't quite measure up to my standards. I'm still friends with a lot of guys that I used to sort of like, and no one thinks I'm a whore or anything. I have only had one serious beoyfriend, and that lasted for about a month until, as you said, I got sick of him. The things I once found endearing bugged the hell out of me.
You can only keep searching and hope for the best, so I wish you luck.

Hey, I have this friend and well shes obsessed with Ireland. And she also looks Irish, which adds to the obsession. Well she met this guy on an irish-penpal thing and they email and write to eachother. I read one of his letters and he calls her like "Princes Jenny" and all that good stuff. Well, shes going to Ireland and its not just because of the guy. Shes always wanted to go but shes gonna meet him there. Shes 16, hes 21..and I'm kinda worried..I joke around saying "If you get raped, I'll kill you" But I really dont think meeting this guy is a good idea. Well, your friends are obviously losers. You should never let a guy come between your other friendships. If you're not sure if you like him, then just be friends with him. It's your life and you can do whatever the hell you please with it, regardless of what other people feel you should do.

ok, well i was on vacation for 9 days, i came back to find my hamster, decaying alive! It's so gross and nasty, i feel so bad for him, idk what to do! He has part of his skin missing, and fur, he can't walk or anything, i feel so bad. My parents won't let me take him to the vet, i think he has been alive for about 2 yrs or 1 1/2.....what should i do? PLEASE I NEED HELP :( HE IS MY BABY, I'LL DIE WITHOUT HIM! (link)

Oh my god, what the hell is wrong with your parents? Call the vet anyway, while your parents are out and talk to someone about it. Then again, hampsters don't live that long. However, that's gross (really) and you shouldn't have to put up with that.

hey i have a 4 month old beagle and he bits on EVERYTHING..especially people! i mean i know he's a puppy and he's teething but we bought him like 1000000 toys and he only chews on them when he wants to play? we give him frozen vegetables but that doesn't work either? Is it gonna go away..cuz I dont want an agressive dog! Also are there any tips to help him not bite as much? (link)

Carry around a spray bottle full of water. When he bites you or anything he's not supposed to, spray him with it. It'll startle him a bit, and keep him from doing such things. My cats used to climb up on the table and try and eat our bacon, and that cured their curiosity fairly quickly. Also, when he decides he wants to play rough, look away and ignore him for a few moments. I have a friend who has a dog that this worked really well on.

Hey all, just looking for some different opinions on my hair. I'm getting it cut, dyed and tipped (im a guy by the way). Im going to have it so its medium length, and im going to get it dyed black, but im not sure what colour i should get the tips. I was thinking of like a copper colour, but i need help. Well, it sounds like your hair is going to be teh awesomez0r, but to do a cut that's going to look really nice, go to a really well reputed hair dresser. Black with some other unnatural color like blue would look nice, but copper sounds just as good. Hair salons usually carry a lot of magazines with pictures of hair, so you could flip through one and decide on a cut you feel would look good on you. Lemme know how it turns out.

You don't. You just have to let it grow, and get it trimmed every once and a while to kill split ends. Whatever you do, DO NOT believe people who say "If you cut your hair, it will grow faster." No, sorry. If you cut your hair, it makes it shorter!

ok a few weeks ago i got a hair cut and i got my bangs cut but they look horrible cuz my hair cutter did them all wrong does anybody no of a type of shampoo or a way to make them grow faster or simply just a way to make them look good

There is a myth that goes something like "when you get your hair cut, it grows faster". Not at all. It just makes it shorter. There is no way to get your hair to grow any faster than it normally does. Buy some hair clips, or a head band, or just gel it back. If it's that bad, go to a different hair stylist and get him or her to fix it. To look on the bright side, you could have Alopecia, which is a disorder where your body rejects the hair cells in your body and you lose all your hair. Forever. And when I say all, I mean on your arms, your legs, your eye lashes. I'm sure you get the gist. There's a girl in my town who has it and she ended up homeschooling because the ass holes in her school wouldn't stop picking on her.

Well, it's good that you want to share your beliefs, but when on the subject of religion, you need to be open minded. You can't force people to see God the way you do. You can discuss your beliefs with other people, but you can't try and make them see things your way without making an ass of yourself. Let the conversation come naturally, and if people begin to show an interest in what you tell them, invite them to something fun your church does, like youth group or something. Be sure to be willing to go to their church functions though, because you'll only seem hypocritical if you take people to your church but refuse to look into others'.
