okay..i want to get a puppy but ive never had any animal before except a fish and i hated it so i let it die, anyways i have no idea how to take care of a puppy cuz i wanna get it when its little but i dont want it going to the bathroom all in the house but what do i do in the winter? but the real ? here is what type of dog should i get, i want a really cute one, i did want a little weiner dog but i dont know, i know that i want a really little dog but chiwawas are mean and yappers so what should i get? and also what would be some really cute names with that dog? i would get a girl one of whatever help! (and dont tell me ugly dogs and no poodles)

you should make sure you are fully commited. If you don't think you can handle the peeing, chewing, and everything else that comes w/ a puppy you could get an adult dog from a shelter. They are good tempered, potty trained, nuetered. All you have to do is get them used to you which takes a lot of time and effort. If you dont have the money, time, and patience getting an adult dog may be a better solution!

i love the name Lady Belle but that the name of the doggis up to you Yorkys p to much inside and out i have a big dog and she is really good with doing her job outside but it is my yorky that is having truble and she is 3 years old in human years she got kicked out of puppy boot camp and had to stay a extra week at this other place but they are really cute and joyfull

ok i suggest u to get a maltese.go under google and type the perfect dog or puppie there it will help you and in one of those things it tells you a lot of names so u can name ur dog.

Yorkshire terriers are adorable! My friend has one and named it Dolly.
If it goes to the bathroom in the house you have to get the puppy, hold its nose to where it went, and scold it. Don't feel bad, its the only way they learn. They forget about you scolding them anyway but they learn to go to the bathroom. Take it outside every hour or something so it goes to the bathroom out there. In the winter take it outside also. Dogs are fine outside in the winter, my dogs love playing in the snow! I hope this helps!

Puppies are A LOT of work. Sorry to say, but if you get a puppy in the winter, you will have to stay outside and wait for it to use the bathroom. If you have siblings, you can alternate. We have 3 dogs all as puppies and one still 3 months old. You'll also have to potty train it. Yes, its annoying, but you have to do it. If you don't, you could go to an animal shelter and adopt one. You could get a pug, beagle, boston terrier, or a jack russell terrier. Search small dogs on google and it will gice you some small dogs. A girl, you want to get her spade because they get periods like girls do, and i my neighbor said its just a mess!!!

I wouldn't rush into something you might not be ready for. Pets have feelings, too and I imagine letting something die was incredibly painful for your fish. Though this may sound extreme, it is most certainly true. I would suggest you to adapt a new attitude towards animals. All living creatures are beautiful and should be most definitly treated that way. Try doing some heavy research on how to take care of dogs. Maybe someday, you will be able to start your healthy relationship with a new friend.

papillon!!!!!! they r so cute!!! hehe they look like mini lions almost!! :P haha...u wanna get them right after school ends so that u have the whole summer to train them and stuff..then u wont have to worry about them going to the br in winter...they will already b trained...and DONT GET THEM A CRATE THATS TOO BIG FOR THEM!!! I saw a daschhound puppy and I feel in love with it a couple of days ago. I tried looking them up online and I guess they come in 3 different sizes ones called a toy thats all I remember but it ended up being the size of a chichuwa. They are really good behaving dogs too. If you get a dog as a puppy you will be able to teach it the tricks that you want and plus they are cuter. But you oculd also get a dog at a pound...they need homes too and they are already trained. I can't really help you out with any names for the dogs you kind of have to go with how the dog acts and how its personality is. I personally like people names for pets because they are part of the family. Hope I helped!

Well if you want to get a dog and ur worried about house training it you shouldn't have a big problem. All you have to do is take them outside like every 2-3 hours or so and tell them its the outside. And yes they will have little accidents in your house but make sure they know that thats wrong. The way i did that was get a newspaper and everytime they peed or pooped in my house i tapped them on the but and said no and everytime they do it bring out the newspaper.Works like a charm.Until you get them fully trained you might want to keep them in a cage until your sure they wont potty in ur house.
A dog? Well I love chiwawas. To tell you the truth they only get meaner when there older like 10 years older but if you raise them right you wont have a problem and the only time i ever hear any noises out of my chiwawa is when someone knocks on the door.Oh I named my dog Frankie and Babie Girl.

Well..I have three chocolate labs, two are the parents and one is the son from the litter we had two years back. If your not so sure how to take care of them go to PETCO and other pet stores, or you can get books at Barnes and Noble most likely, or just research it on the internet. If you get it when its a puppy ((six weeks is the earliest you can get it))get ready for potty-training! What my parents did was crate-trained our dogs until they were potty-trained. You get a kennel, and when your gone durin the day you leave them in there..then when you get home you let them go out to the bathroom. IF you get a small dog I'm warnin ya..I heard it takes longer to train them! Depending on the type of dog..but I love Maggie, thats my girl dog. Riley is a cute name, Zoe, Bear if its a big dog..it usually depends on the dog. I love Labs, Golden Retrievers, Shitzu's, Scotty Dogs, and Huskies are soo cute when they are puppies..they still kind of are when they are older..theyre just soo big and hairy..and its hot where i live!

If you do decide to get a dog, then you have to realize that they take a whole lot of care. You can't just get a puppy and get rid of it when it grows up and isn't cute anymore, and hasn't been taught to be house trained.
When you get it home you are going to have to take it outside about every two hours to ensure that it learns that that is the place to go to the bathroom. If it does make a mistake and goes in the house, do not rub his nose in it, but show it to him and say no and maybe tap him on the nose a little. And then bring him outside immediately. When he goes to the bathroom outside, then praise him a lot and give him a treat. Do this ALL the time and he will learn pretty quickly.
A lot of small breed dogs are pretty mean little yappers, so you need to research the breed to decide if they're the right one for you. Don't get a dog JUST because it is cute, my roommate did that and got a very mean and stubborn breed. If she had researched the particular breed before hand then she never would have gotten her dog.
Getting a dog requires a lot of time and care. You can't just get annoyed with it and let it die, or you, or your parents could be fined, or jailed big time. Plus that would be pretty darn cruel. You deserve it to yourself to research the breeds that are known for good temperments and good trainability before you make your decision.
