ok last week i had a test coming up in math but i thought it was a quiz so i didn't study very much 9cause i got all the homework questions right) but during the test i didn't understand a lot of questions. i got my test back today and i got 25 out of 40! my parents are really spaztic and i know they will get really mad at me. i know u will say not to tell them but my homework is to get it signed by a parent! i dont know how i should tell them! please help me! i rate really well! tell them the truth. they'll find out one way or another. if you explain to them (that you thought it was a quiz), they should understand. also explain to them that 25/40 points isn't really that big of a deal, because you have so many other grades in the quarter that you can still get a good grade if you work hard.

you might want to try flipping your mattress over...that usually works for me when my back hurts. maybe try adding or taking away a pillow from your bed and see if that helps. whenever you walk or sit, try not to slouch because that most likely makes it worse. if it keeps hurting, you might want to use a heating pad or just take a hot bath to try and relax your muscles.

Ok... There is this big ordeal in my family. My mom is incarirated and my dad is dead because of her. I live with my Uncle now. i used to live with my aunt till my uncle b died and my mother said my aunt couldnt handle me. Well I have been living here and I hate it. My mother wont listen to me about where i want to live or what i want to do she is only thinking of herself. How can i talk to her with out her getting all pissed?? (link)

the only way to talk to her that i can think of is maybe just writing down all of your thoughts into a letter and giving it to her - that way she won't cut you off in the middle of a sentence if you're explaining yourself and also, you'll have down everything you want to say. you also might want to talk to a friend, teacher, or guidance counselor to help you through this, and maybe they could come with you to talk to your mom to keep her from getting pissed. i hope my advice made sense - i'll be praying for you :D

A little over a year ago I started dating Alex. She was everything I ever wanted in a girl...and then some. For 9 months I enjoyed the best relationship I had ever shared with anyone. I loved her more than anything...
Over last summer she had to go to South Carolina for a month. We talked a few times on the phone while she was there. She wished me a happy birthday when it came, and during the last week she was there she told me how excited she would be to see me again.
When she finally came home early August, she told me she was too tired to see me when she had just gotten back. I understood; she had been on a couple of planes since 5 in the morning and in a car as well.
And we didn't see each other for a whole week.
And at the end of that week, she broke up with me.
During those next three months we spent a bit of time together anyway. There were times when we would snuggle up, and we even kissed a few times. For a while, it had felt like nothing had changed. But for the last couple of weeks, we had both been too busy and I did not have the option to go see her. I decided that it was pathetic to refuse to date other people just because of the slim opportunity she might take me back. I decided to get over it and just stop trying.
She had asked me a while back to look for a couple games for her, and I had found and bought one. I just wanted the chance to take it to her. A couple nights ago I went over there and gave it to her, and hung around for a while. I really wasn't very happy while I was there...being at her house made me feel too nostalgic and brought back too many memories. I told her "just being here makes me depressed...I'm going to go." She called my name as I walked out the door, and I turned back and said weakly, "I love you."
I went to my car and sat in the seat for a minute. And then I started to cry. It's all I could do. After I realized that I would not be able to drive since I could not see, I went back inside and cried on her shoulder. She comforted me as she always does.
3 months after the breakup and it's still obvious I am not over her. No matter where I am or what I am doing, I think about her. I have never loved anyone like I have her. Forgetting about her is not an option. I haven't been able to date other people yet. I have told her how I feel. What else is left? (link)

U seem really sweet. I think that if she doesn't like u back then u should try and move on. But i also kno that millions of ppl can say that but it's not going to change ur feelings. See if she wants to give it another shot. if she does that's great if she doesn't therare plenty of other people who would LOVE to go out with u.

ok my boyfrend broke up wit my like 1 month ago, nd we were goin out for like 4 or 5 months... and i got lik really attached to him nd i think im in lov with him... i cut myself (once) over him... and i cry soo god damn muich im soo sick of all of it... and then just a few nights ago i told him i still lov him nd how i feel and everything.. and he sayd if i want him back i g2 earn him back... but he likes one of my best frends too... and then i talk to him yesterday nd i asked if we got a chance to go out again and he sayd no cuz he aint lik me no more... and then today he just totally lik destroyed my heart again.. and say I WILL NOT GO OUT WITH U and im lik ok sorry and he sayd i dont care.. shut up and now i dont kno what to do... some people say i shudent go out wiht him again.. bcuz hes had sex with like 16 year olds nd were only 13... nd he drinks nd smokes sometimes... but then some of my other frends say we shud go out again... and for me to just keep trying bcuz i was soo happy wit him... but i dont kno (link)

OK I've been going out with my boyfriend for almost two months now and I'd do anything for him, I love him so much. Well , I go to a technical high school so I'm in a shop -- Auto repair -- with a bunch of boys and we have a field trip coming up. My boyfriend doesnt want me to go and I completely see why (the boys in my shop are a little perverted sometimes). But my entire shop wants me to go and I'll be the only person not going. There is a possibility that something would happen that my boyfriend wouldnt like. I'd never do anything to hurt him but stuff just happens sometimes. I just wanted some opinions on what I should do. I think that if u want to go u should. I mean no matter where u go u could do something u would regret. just explain to ur bf that u r not going to let them o anything and it means alot to u. (if u really want to go on this trip AND IT DOES MEAN A LOT TO U) if it doesn't mean anything to u and u don't want to go then don't go. In the end it's really up to u. but that's my advice.

Mary Kate has (had?) an eating disorder (well, that could be Ashley, but I don't keep up with them). It's not healthy to just not eat. Your body, looking for a source of nourishment will begin withdrawing it from carbohydates in your body, and once those are gone, lipids and then muscles. Not a good idea. Eat what you like, in moderation, and do cardiovascular workouts.

ok, my really good friend cuts herself and she takes pills that she don't know what are. She only does it for attention...but EVERYBODY tells her to stop. ok, is it better to be a tattletale or to let your friend get hurt? you need to talk to your parents, her parents, and even teachers/counselors at your school IMMEDIATELY to get her to stop! even though she may not be happy at first, she will thank you in the end.

i've been getting my period since april 04 and i got it on the 24th for april may june july and august. i didnt get it september but octor 2nd. now its november 5th and i still didnt get it. this is really messed up! what do i do because i dont know when to expect it and i'm sick of wearing dark jeans all the time. thx-very self conscious (link)

don't worry! when you first get your period, it tends to be irregular. also, if you're not sure when it's going to start, i suggest wearing panty liners because they will catch the beginning and not get on your jeans.

for products, garnier fructice works like a charm! some straighteners (if you have/want straight hair) also have a "shiney plate" that also works really well.

join a club or a team - this will help you to make new friends with the same interests...believe me. the same thing happened to me my freshman year and i joined the cross country team and made so many new friends.

so this one guy ((who is sumwhat popular)) asked me if i wanted to give him head and i said no.. and the next day he spread sooo many rumers about me its crazy. ((he doesnt go to my school)) so alot people at 3 different Jr highs believe the rumers he is spreading ((like ive had buttsex and im not a virgin)) and what hurts is people believe it. over the past few months ive been crying myself to sleep, depressed, suicidal, and have lost about 10 friends. ive been known to take chances and be very outgoing so when i tell people it is rumers they wont believe me! people ive never herd of hate me. is there ANYTHING i can do to stop them!?! Probably not. The damage has already been done, but you know what you've done, and your friends (if they ARE your friends) should believe you. Highschool hell ends. And then you go onto life where people still suck, but not so much.

Well, if you don't think you're ready, then wait a bit before you get it. It is supposed to hurt, but I've talked to a couple of people and they've all varied in telling me by how much. It is also very easily infected.
