HELP PLEASE!
Ok... There is this big ordeal in my family. My mom is incarirated and my dad is dead because of her. I live with my Uncle now. i used to live with my aunt till my uncle b died and my mother said my aunt couldnt handle me. Well I have been living here and I hate it. My mother wont listen to me about where i want to live or what i want to do she is only thinking of herself. How can i talk to her with out her getting all pissed??

tell her how living where you are is affecting you adn how you are most unhappy and try to find a compermise. when you talk to her start out with i really love you or something...

Of course your mom will not listen..i mean if she was concerned about YOu..she would not be in jail...jeez..plus she took your dad away from you.
You need to get appointed a guardian ad ligten..as your Mom is in jail and cannot be an adult to you.
But if no other realtive will accept you...you might have a problem. See if there is a free leagal clinic that you can get advice or type in quaradian ad ligthen to see what steps you ahve to do to get one.

the only way to talk to her that i can think of is maybe just writing down all of your thoughts into a letter and giving it to her - that way she won't cut you off in the middle of a sentence if you're explaining yourself and also, you'll have down everything you want to say. you also might want to talk to a friend, teacher, or guidance counselor to help you through this, and maybe they could come with you to talk to your mom to keep her from getting pissed. i hope my advice made sense - i'll be praying for you :D

That must be hard. It sounds like a friend of mines situation. Almost the same. The only advice i can give you is just pray about it. All things can be done through Christ.

Honestly if u hate it that much there u can always call somebody you know u can trust. and go live with them, but if u do not want to live there tell her and if she gets violent RUN, seriously that may have sounded funny but u need to gget out of there. You can find a friend that u r really close to and live with he/she. It is something I have dealt with myself.
