ok, like 2 years ago i sprained my ankle from cheerleading and ever since then it always pop when i walk up the stairs or get finished working out. is that normal? and my wrists pop everytime i bend it back and forth, but i think it's from tumbling, but is that normal too? i was just wondering cause some of my friends have the same problem. thanx!
yes, that's normal. it happends to anything that uses their hands, lol. cheerleaders have that alot. u move alot, and tumbling and putting weight on your hands causes it to happen alot. everyone has it.

I want to try out for my highschools cheerleading squad.. Ive cheered b4 but i heard that high school tryout are harder. if u tried out for you high schools cheerleading squad, what did you have to do?
it really varies alot. you'd have 2 ask your school, or the coach. but in our requirements, we have 2 be able 2 do a back hand spring and get our jumps pretty high. good luck!!

Me and My boyfriend have been going out for awhile but we haven't seen eachother sence we started going out because I had cheerleading and he had football..we talk on the phone all the time but I wanna do something together with him..should I just ask him one day on the phone to do something or wait till he asks me?

When I started high school, my mom gave me the whole "You'll be starting college soon, so grades and extracurricular activities are important" speach, and she said that any extracurricular activity I wanted to sign up for was fine. She had no problem with me joining the school newspaper, art club, or drama club, but when I asked if I could join cheerleading, she said no because "cheerleading is for bimboes". I don't get why she would say that, it's a sport and it's an extracurricular activity, what's wrong with that? I think she's being unreasonable, but she won't even listen to me. What should I say to her that will make her change her mind?
Just have a serious talk with her. Sit her down & explain to her that cheerleading shouldn't be a steriotype, it's just something you would like 2 try for fun. If she doesnt listen then, im not sure. That's a hard one.

I'm doing Varsity Cheerleading, and I was just wondering if anyone has any good ideas for hair styles besides the regular pony tail, or bun..for games, and for competitions..I'd like to do something really different for the games this year to draw more attention to myself..Maybe some cute new makeup ideas would be good too..thanks alot cuties*
well. hm.. Hot rollers are always a good idea. & glitter spray on your uniform is so cute. the hair ideas..hm..im gonna look into that. But if you go 2 americancheerleader.com im SURE theyll have something in there. the magazine is great, it has tons of hair & makeup idea. & for some makeup, example: if yalls mascot are the stars, draw a star with eye liner in the corner of your eye & put glitter to color it in. its so cute!;)

I need help getting my toe touch. I just can't get it high enough. I stretch everyday and still not progress. People tell me to "roll my hips" but I dont know what they mean. Help!

I like this guy Max and i think its weird that I have never met him, but I catch him looking at me. I try to not believe it and think its my imagination. Like today i was working on something at school and and he was in the classroom next to mine and so as I was working I looked up and caught him looking at me and we locked eyes for a split second and then he looked down...was this my imagination? I HAVE NEVER MET THE DUDE! How can he look @ me?! I mean, i dont think i'm that attractive...HELP!

30 minutes is so not long distance. Make sure you know him well enough before you do this. Tell your parents that they should get 2 know him before they judge him. If that doesnt work, if it's worth it, just be with him. you cant ALWAYS listen 2 your parents.;)

Wow, that's very hard. sometimes, theres something u can do, & sometimes theres not. Have you tried talking 2 her & SHOWING u love her? Instead of using words, sometimes u shuld use actions. I dont mean go beat up the guy. But, hm..maybe if talking doesnt work, write her a note or something. Being a girl, i would appriciate that.;)

Ok... There is this big ordeal in my family. My mom is incarirated and my dad is dead because of her. I live with my Uncle now. i used to live with my aunt till my uncle b died and my mother said my aunt couldnt handle me. Well I have been living here and I hate it. My mother wont listen to me about where i want to live or what i want to do she is only thinking of herself. How can i talk to her with out her getting all pissed??
That must be hard. It sounds like a friend of mines situation. Almost the same. The only advice i can give you is just pray about it. All things can be done through Christ.
