popping

ok, like 2 years ago i sprained my ankle from cheerleading and ever since then it always pop when i walk up the stairs or get finished working out. is that normal? and my wrists pop everytime i bend it back and forth, but i think it's from tumbling, but is that normal too? i was just wondering cause some of my friends have the same problem. thanx!

p.s. my knee pops whenever i bend it too. lol ya i have problems haha.

yes, that's normal. it happends to anything that uses their hands, lol. cheerleaders have that alot. u move alot, and tumbling and putting weight on your hands causes it to happen alot. everyone has it.

If it buggs u so much try wearing wrist and ankle guards, they really help! I do gymnastics, so i know how you feel! I hope i helped!

lol you don't have problems and its normal for cheerleaders or tumblers b/c they stretch there bones and muscles and it makes them pop out of our sockets it should stop if you don't stretch your leg ankle or wrist muscles for awhile. hope i helped

Yes its normal. Sports and injuries can cause cracking and popping. Its normal so dont worry. I hasve it too. But if you are very concerned you can ask a skool nurse or your docter if you arent in skool. Hope i helped

It may be because you are superflexible but I would get your parents/guardians to take you to the doctors to get it checked out just in case.

Well, if its been popping since 2 years ago then there might be something wrong. Probably nothin serious. But just in case go to the doctor and get your ankle, wrist, and knee checked out as soon as possible.

yea, that happens to my knee and i told my doctor and he sed its fine.. but if it starts to hurt bad, then tell ur doctor

well i sprained my ankle when i was really little, then about 4 years ago i broke my ankle, then afterwards, i sprained it again. so i know what you mean about your ankle. mine pops all the time too. i dont know if that is normal or not, but i do know that it is normal for your wrists to pop, every ones wrist pops. sorry i know this wasnt much help, but if you find out, let me know. (<--- about the ankle popping).
