Wal-Mart and Target have low prices. Aeropostale isn't that high and have really nice clothes and stuff.

If you go to rave/G+G they have really cheap shirts for the most part and Rainbow almost always has sweaters for liek 5$ and some of the Areopostales have REALLY cheap clothes (jeans, t-shirts-hoodies) if you look on the clearance racks and you can get them sooo cheap.Hope ih helped and good luck with finding clothes.

Hi Sweetie,
Do you mind thrift stores? Everything is seriously cheap. If you DO mind thrift stores (meaning oyu don't want 2nd-hand clothing) then go to Ross. Everything is sooo bloody cheap. In the downtown they also seem to have cheap stores....
For knee high socks and acecorties that y'll probably be purchasing in packets of many you should go to wholesale stores where they'll sell them to you cheaper by the dozen or half a dozen or in a wholesale prize.
Hope I helped. Best wishes! ~Blessed Be...

Yes. Goodwill. They have kick ass stuff (often brand new) for less than $5. Either that or just go to WalMart.
