my boyfriend and i had been going out since febuary 17, 2004 so a little over 2 years, everything was perfect we were madly inlove and it was so nice and great he helped me when i needed him and he would help me everything he was my prince charming!!! but anyway one night we were at a big party my good friend had this summer it was in june like june 10th around then, but anyway and there is this girl who loves my old bf i mean she would do anything in her power to try to break us up. she pulled out a bottle and demanded we play spin the bottle! i didnt want to because i figured she mad it so it would land on him and of course it did he told her he would only kiss me and thats it! and she jumped on him and started making out with him the worst part was he started making out with her back and i know because i saw his tongue involved. after my friend pulled the girl off of my bf he stared at me and i just started crying i usually dont cry but something made me want to cry!!! he came by me and hugged me and i pushed him to the ground he tried to apologize but i didnt want to hear it my best guy friend came over and hugged me and told me that he was a jerk and that everything was going to be ok. i didnt talk to my bf the rest of the night then next day i checked my email and there was 10 emails all with the same subject i dont like her is what they all said, so i told him i finally forgave him and things were good for about a week then he invited me over and i decided to go biiig mistake when he came to the door i noticed his friends b. and j. were there with there girlfriends who i knew and we were friends it was all good and everything was going great until his neighbor (who is the girl i hate who loves him) came over she and him flirted the whole time in front of me and then if it didnt get anyworse she started kissing him and touchin his tush again he just let her do it but this time i threw this soccerball on the ground at them while they were kissing and slammed the door on my way out. he chased after me and grabbed me \"babe i\'m sorry she just kisses so well i cant stop!\" i smacked him across the face and tried to get him to let go of me but he wouldnt \"im not cheating on you i love you and you know that\" he said \"do i\" i snapped back and kicked him in the nuts and walked off he told me he was sorry but i told him that we couldnt go out anymore and its been 3 days since i told him we couldnt go out now he wont stop calling me sending me emails practically stalking me telling me hes so sorry and loves me and wont do it anymore but i dont know i have to admitt i still love him but i dont want to be hurt anymore i really miss him but i dont like being treated like this please tell me what you think (link)

That's...woah. Honey, you did the right thing. Answer it the phone and tell him you don't want to hear from him anymore and if he calls again you going to get your parents into this. I really don't have anything else to say, this is a difficult thing. If you really think he will do it again, stay away from him and be mean. But if he truly IS sorry, maybe ya'll could talk it out. sometimes guys cant like...stop themselves. i think you should forgive him but keep an eye on him. talk to him about how you felt and ask him to resist the temptaion.

well do you know the language to the other country you want to go to? do you know the customs and the way people act over there? and the thing is some countries can be right next to each other but things will be totally different between them. italy, germany, france, spain, and portugal are good examples. they're all right next to each other but the cultures, languages, and way of living in all of them is completely different. to go to another country is one thing. to go to another country to stay for a few years is a completely other thing. you will learn a lot, and probably be very scared of things at first. and other than preparing what little you can by trying to learn the language or assimilate into the natives by learning how they act. nothing can prepare you for the real thing. good luck though, if you wanna do it, then do it, but be careful. and stay safe

I recently bought a 77 Firebird Trans-Am. The restoration on it is going great but i am stuck finding a certain part for the a/c. Does anyone know where i can find a Receiver/Drier for a 1971-1981 Trans-Am? Preferrable an original used one, I've tried a couple of the current ones they come out with and they dont fit properly. well after some searching around i've found that the drier is hard to find. i've found several condensers. and several other AC parts but no drier especially for a 77. and the main difference between the 77 and the 78 is the step up from the 5.7 liter engine to the 6.6 liter. i'll keep lookin man but it's gonna be a hard find.

Sounds to me like she's jelous of you..if you had bad style she wouldn't ask you for all these clothes. She obviously wants to be the one on top, the friend with the best style. She wants to be the one having people beg her for her lipgloss or her clothes. What you should do is check out some great fashion magazine's, find a store with the clothes you LOVE and just buy some more. Also, get the kind of lip gloss she has OR get an awesome new kind. That way you don't have to ask her anymore. When she asks you for clothes or make up, tell her that your not willing to give her anything if she's not going to return the favor. She might try to trick you with "Okay i'll let you borrow stuff"..but then when you ask she might say no..so be carefull. You might just want to keep your stuff to yourself.

Its okay if you have never had a boyfriend or a first kiss before! I know some people that never had a boyfriend and they are 18! I'm sure you've heard someone say like "you just have to put yourself out there" which means just make yourself noticable. I'm sure there have been guys that like you..but you made it seem like you didn't like them back. And i know people say this a lot but def. be yourself and be outgoing. the only reason they're high is because companies are allowed to charge whatever they want and because we're at war with iraq right now (a leading producer of oil). five years ago gas was about $1.09 a gallon here in austin texas. now it is $2.65. five years ago we weren't at war with iraq now were we? and let's face it we got it easy. in england gasoline costs about $9.00 a gallon. and it's not cause they're at war it's cause it's just always been expensive there for some reason. here it's because of war, price gouging oil companies, and people claiming we're running out. gasoline isn't running out. we have plenty to last us the next few generations. hell porsche just released a new twin turbo carerra. don't let gas prices stop you from driving when awesome cars keep coming along.
just remember in the city of dubai gas prices are $1.20 a gallon. the US is just in a bad situation with gas right now is all.

You don't need a therapist. Everyone feels like that sometimes. Your dog will start barking or something when they hear the slightest noise. I would know, i have 4 dogs and when i'm home alone they ALWAYS bark and i think someones in the house. Its normal. Even me and my friends freak out. Just make sure all the doors are locked and bring your dog with you into your room. What i do is i bring all my dogs..or one into my room and lock my door..then i just listen to music..read..go on the computer..watch tv..read a magazine. Stuff to occupy me.

i want to get my hair permanently straightened, but my parents both said no. because: my mom said it would damage my hair because of the chemicals. my dad said that its not really permanent and it doesnt last a long time. and i don't have to worry about it being too expensive because my uncle works at a hair salon and he can do it for me for free. is what my mom and dad said true? what are some good things and bad things about getting it permanently straightened? thankss soooo much. Well, I guess I should first say that I'm african american. Anyhoo...getting your hair straightened can damage your hair because of the chemicals. The best thing to keep your hair healthy, despite the straightening, is to regularly see a stylist. In your case, that isn't a problem. It's free. Also, your dad was refering to the fact that the "new growth" is your natural texture. You'll have to get the "new growth" straightened as it grows in. If you choose to not touch up the new growth, your perm won't last long as you'll grow out of it.

My dad is mad at me because I bought a bathing suit that cost $35. It was really good quality and material, and it's the one I've been wanting for a month now! It's really pretty and I don't have ANY other bathing suits that fit me. I think $35 for both pieces is cheap considering at American Eagle they are much more then that. Do you think it's a good price? My dad flipped out on me! He said to go to Walmart and get $10 ones, but personally I think all the clothes at Walmart are crap and they arn't even worth $15 ! How do I explain that $35 is a good price for a bathing suit, and even though Walmart's is cheaper, it's not good quality. He said if I can think of 3 good reasons to why the bathing suit is worth $35 I can keep it. Help? (link)

I am looking into buying an almost mint condition 1949 Chevrolet 3100 Pickup. I'd like to have it painted white with white pearlescent ghost flames. I want to make it look awesome. Does anybody have an idea of how much this might cost (just to get it painted, not the cost of the truck)? (link)

man on a truck like that there's no such thing as mint. there are going to be a lot of problems with something that old first off. and unless you're prepared to deal with everything from reringing such an old engine, to replacing every inch of hose i'd forget about it. painting something like that would prolly cost you a bundle too. especially with the fancy paint job you want. the paint and detailing will cost you at least $4000 if not more. you'll need to strip off all paint, replace any rust points, paint it primer gray, then paint with a basecoat, top coat, and clearcoat all the white parts, then the flames will have to be done on there in the same process and finally some line edging. you'll be spending a ton to do it. i say just paint it an old factory color and keep it original.

pack in a copy of your favorite CD, put in some candy (everyone loves candy) a poster from a popular tv show in america. Things that you can't just find in a history book but things that you like and things that you think represent the U.S.A.
You can also put in a poster of your favorite actor and/or actress and kinda tell her why you packed each thing. that way they learn stuff about you and also see how we live in america. you could also pack in like a roster of your classes to show how different the school systmes are. you can even include some of the letters they send home for dances and fundraisers because the schools there are SO different.
If you're into theater you can also put in a poster of a musical or play that you really like, or one that is really popular right now.

Tell him exactly how you feel.
Tell him that you love spending time with him and he's great and you would still love to hang out and stuff, but that there are just no sparks and you want to end it before he gets really hurt. Don;t rehearse it, just let it be natural so he knows that you really mean what you're saying and you're not just breaking up with him.

Since it's your first date, I would say you should either go on a group date to the movies or the mall, or just invite her over to your house to have pizza and watch movies. These options are very low pressure and you'll both feel comfortable.

I wouldn't say you are slutty because that's a very offensive term, and usually the people being described by it have no problem with what they are doing. But I don't think that you should be going that far with a guy, especially if you haven't even gone out with him. In my opinion you are way too young to go that far.
First of all, the spread of STD's is steadily in creasing, and also you have no idea what this guy will tell people. Your reputation could be ruined. If you feel guilty and think he's using you, then obviously you know you shouldn't have gone that far.
I really don't mean this to lecture you because you've probably heard this thousands of time. I just hope that you decide to take it slower in the future. If you do all of that on the first date, how can any guy respect you? and how can you be in a relationship where you aren't respected? even worse, how can you live if you lose respect for yourself.
