I'm not judgemental. Your life is yours to live it as you choose. I believe asking for advice is good, but ultimately the choice is yours. You WILL NOT find a hurtful or smartass answer here.
If you have a question that you would like to keep private, you can email me and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

wat do you do, wen a friend tells you she cant talk 2 you about certain things anymore, and rather call someone else? we are like sisters, tell each other everything, and i mean everything, and the reason i smile is b/c she makes it happen b/c she helps me so much. please help!
It seems to me that either she doesn't trust you on these issues or she's simply embarassed to talk to you about them. Also, she may feel that you don't have experience with the issue and is needing someone that does.
hey im looking for like some cool accesories for my room ..its a medium sized room and the walls are a lightblue color [which i cannot change because we just painted them a year ago] i have a white comforter and my furniture is like a dark oak color ..my mom and i went looking around for accesories at bed, bath, and beyond and also at target and we couldnt really find anything good ..does anybody know any websites or stores where i can find cool accesories for my room? thanks ..i rate high [=
Have you tried JC Penney? They have some cute stuff that you might like. They are having a sale on home furnishings right now so you may be able to find you something for fairly cheap.
http://www.jcpenney.com.
Pier 1 also offers decorative items. They are also having a sale right now that goes through this weekend.
http://www.pier1.com
Sears is another option to try. I don't believe they're having a sale right but they do offer a rebate for free shipping on certain orders.

Delia's is a company my 16 year old sister gets a lot of stuff from. They mostly offer clothing but do offer some decorating items. Right now they're having a 15% sale on bedding and offering free shipping on orders over $75.

I get a lot of my throw pillows from Walmart or the dollar store. They're fairly inexpensive and many times have cute items. Flea markets and yard sales are also options to find decorating objects at fairly low prices.
okay, so my soccer team is having a pool party and the boys team will be there too (varsity, jv, and freshman teams for both the girls and guys) and its on the 7th. i'd like to get in the pool, or atleast in my bathing suit, but i shaved everywhere down there one time and i got really bad razor burn and it itched and was so irritating for ever! my mom and i dont have that kid of relationship where i can just be like "hey i'd like a bikin wax take me to get one please" and i dont know of anyone who could take me to get one, so how i could i "clean up" down there and get rid of some hair on the edges so it wont stick out when i'm swimming? thanks for any help you're able to give. 14/f
Just tell your mom that you need to go the store for some personal hygiene products. I'm sure she will understand and not have a problem with taking you then. You don't have to explain exactly which products unless she asks.
You can buy an at-home waxing kit for under $15 and they're fairly simple to use. Just take into consideration your pain tolerance as these can hurt sometimes.
Another option is to buy a hair-removing like Nair. Just make sure it says on the bottle or box that it's for the bikini area.
You could try shaving again but remember these tips. They will help reduce razor burn and itching.
1) Trim the hairs close to the skin so your razor has less work to remove the hair. It will save you from going over the area too much and prevent irritation.
2) Soak in a warm bath for 10-15 minutes before shaving. This will help soften the hairs and plump up the skin so it's easier to get to.
3) Always use a sharp razor, preferably one with more than one blade. This will make it easier to get the hairs off in as few strokes as possible, preventing irritation. I recommend Schick Quattro for Women. The four blades cut down on your shaving time and keep irritation down by cutting more with fewer strokes.
4) Use a shave gel/foam that's formulated for sensitive skin. Your skin "down there" is more sensitive than it is on other parts of your body.
5) Shave in the same direction and try not to go over the same spot more than twice. Repeated shaving over a spot will irritate the area.
6) When finished, rinse the area well and pat dry with a soft towel. Do not rub.
7) Follow up with a soothing, non-greasy sensitive skin lotion that has hair inhibitors. Jergens Naturally smooth is a good one. It's fairly inexpensive, keeps the area soft, and slows down regrowth.
hey... i have heard that there was MAJOR problems with the Pontiac Azteks.... does anybody know any kind of car that kind of looks like them. Rate high!
Personally I would not recommend a SUV for your first car. They're extremely top heavy, making them easy to lose control of and roll. Not to mention they're about impossible to keep gas in if you drive a lot. I speak from experience since my first car was an SUV.
With that said, the Chevrolet Equinox looks similar to the Pontiac Aztek. You can find at picture as well as details at the following site.

i need help. how can i make my face look nicer, clearer by saturday ? ... its wednesday today. oh HOME REMEDIES ONLY PLEASE!!! i dont have time to go to the store
Some of these I'm sure will sound crazy so I'm including the links I got these from at the bottom.
Fresh apple juice (not from the store) applied to the skin will help any inflammation. Just cut an apple in half and rub the cut side on your face.
Grated cucumber mixed with tomato juice will help clear up any skin eruptions.
Fresh lime juice mixed with a glass of boiled milk is a great natural face wash for pimples, blackheads, etc.
Grated potatoes applied to the skin will help clear up blackheads, pimples, etc.

Soak a tea bag in warm water then apply to blemishes for about 5 minutes to help clear up blemishes.
To shrink enlarged pores, mix 1 egg white with a few drops of lemon juice and apply to face. Leave on for 5 minutes then rinse with warm water.
A soothing eye mask can be made by grating 1/4 of an apple and a small raw potato and combining them. Apply mixture to eyes for 15 minutes and cover with a warm washcloth.
You can make a homemade toner by blending 1 peeled kiwi, 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice, and equal amount of water. Apply to face with a cottonball. Refrigerate any left-over toner in an air-tight container.
For a homemade lip toner, saturate a black tea bag with warm water and press over lips for 5 minutes.
For flaky skin, mix 1/4 cup honey and 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves (check the spice rack) and apply to face. Leave on for 15 minutes then rinse well.
To remove redness from a pimple, put a few drops of red-removing eye drops (Visine, etc) on a cotton drop and hold on area for 15 seconds or until redness disappears.
A natural astringent can be made by mixing 10 drops of lemon juice with 1/2 cup cold water.

I have also heard that mixing some oatmeal with warm water and applying to face will help gently exfoliate your skin as well as draw out excess oils.
A cool cucumber slice placed over your eyes for 10 minutes will reduce puffiness.
Alright, so me and my boyfriend have been into it last night and pretty much all of today. The thing is, I think I really get jealous too easy when he talks to other girls. Heres the thing. It may be long, but I need help. Alright he kinda cheated (what I consider cheating) on me with some girl at his church and I asked him last night if he had talked to her since we had gotten into it about that. He said that last SUnday she asked him a question in front of the sunday school class, and he didnt want to seem like an asshole to everyone, so he just answered her and carried on a conversation. The thing is, I just wanna know if I have a reason to be mad about that. Part of me just wants to think he was just being nice, but then again, why wouldnt he just ignore her or say "why do you care?" I really need help... and I rate 5s! Thanx
Since it would have looked foolish for him not to respond to a direct question from this girl, especially in church, I think you may be overreacting just a bit. He was probably just trying to avoid a potential embarassing situation for him.
Since it seems to me that you do not trust him, you need to work on that or find someone else to be with that you can trust. I know from experience that a relationship with no trust will go nowhere.
I MISSED the laguna beach season premiere!! what happen detail please an r thye gona show it agian?

A lot depends on your tolerance for pain. If you want to try shaving, here a few tips to keep the experience pretty much pain free:
1) Trim the hairs close to the skin so your razor has less work to remove the hair. It will save you from going over the area too much and prevent irritation.
2) Soak in a warm bath for 10-15 minutes before shaving. This will help soften the hairs and plump up the skin so it's easier to get to.

iim tryinq to eat healthiier ..i eat alot of fruit cause i feel like its not really eatinq at all.. is it fatteninq wen it addz up?
Fruit is good for a diet as long as you remember that a lot of fruits are high in sugar. I would try adding vegetables to round out your diet.
ok well my friend told me this:if your around alot of poeple who are on there periods, then your body reacts and thinks that its supose to be to and you have your period, even if its not the right time. is that true or what?
This is true. When I lived at home with my mom and two sisters, we all had our periods around the same time. When I went to college, the entire hall I was on in the dorm pretty much had periods around the same time also.
Hi, I'm trying to get rid of my my unsociable, indifferent, freshman reputation, and hopefully make some close friends this upcoming year. I would like to know some ways I might be able to change people's perception of me. I guess I come off as withdrawn and slightly angry, so this may come off as a difficult question for those of you "popular people", who are able to make friends easily. My main purpose is to make friends in order actually look forward to going to school in the morning... For your information, I am 15 and male.
I would suggest smiling more and showing a sincere interest in what other people are saying. Find a common interest with someone so you'll have something to talk about.
I had my period since I was 11 (5th grade) and now I'm 15 (10th grade) and my period STILL isn't regular. However I get it usually every 21 days/3 weeks instead of the normal woman's cycle - 28 days/4 weeks. But this time my period never came and it's been OVER 28 days which is unusual for me and probably other women too. Is it normal to get a period like over 28 days cause it's been 30 days since my last period. There's no way I'm pregnant, I did't change my diet and exercise, and I'm not stressed out. And say I go to the doctor/gyno. What can they do for me?
Women's cycles can vary. Some women have 21 day cycles and some have cycles as long as 45 days, and that's just the ones the are regular.
I would suggest going to your gyno. They can check to see if there's something causing the irregular periods and possibly prescribe birth control pills to regulate your period.
I heard that doctors put you on birth control to make your period regular. Other people said they just give you regular medicine to regulate your period. But if I get put on birth control, is that the same one that prevents pregnancy (so I can kinda kill 2 birds with 1 stone haha) and does ALL birth control make you gain weight cause that's a turn off. Thanks.
Most of the time the doctor will give you birth control to regulate your period. Yes it is the same kind that prevents pregnancy. I would suggest telling your doctor if you are sexually active though so they can take that into consideration when prescribing the type of birth control pill as well as keep an eye out for other problems sexual activity may bring.
Not all birth control will make you gain weight. It varies from woman to woman. If you're eating a healthy diet when you go on the pill, you should most likely have no weight gain. I was dieting when I went on the pill so I didn't gain any weight at all.
ok i need some good advice here. every day i put on deorderant(soft&dri) and i still sweat perfusely and get large sweat rings. also i might add that i am allergic to the powder/white deorderant cause it gives me large rashes. Any advice on what i could do so that i dont sweat as much? -thanks
Have you tried a sensitive skin formula of antiperspirant? Dove is great for sensitive skin. If regular antiperspirants are not working, you might consider talking to your family doctor or a dermatologist. Some people have overactive sweat glands which can often be helped with medication or specially formulated prescription antiperspirants.
I'm always looking around the house for candy, and chips and all that unhealthy stuff...so how do i stop myself from wanting it???
This is a will power issue.
Next time you reach for a snack, remind yourself that it's going to go straight to your hips, stomach, whatever.
Try simply removing them. Ask people in the house to put the items where you can't find them if they do buy candy or chips. Replace them with healthy snacks such as fruits and vegetables.
Ok, I usually melt butter in a pan and then put the eggs (scrambled) in. Well, we have no butter. Is it safe to use margarine? I don't want to burn anything or something like that.
Thanks.
Margarine will work fine. Another option is to use a little (very little) cooking oil or a cooking spray.
hey everyone. im sorry if this will be long, im not sure what all to say yet. anyway, first of all i am a 14 female. there is this girl, yes a girl, and she is 17 female. she is gay. i have liked her ever since LAST august (2004). then, over christmas break i found out she was gay. hang on, let me go back. at the beginning of july(2004) is when i first met her. we started becoming friends around the end of august. so i would say i started liking her at the beginning of august. i play softball from july-the end of september with her. that is the only time i talk to her.. once softball was over last year, we werent friends anymore. well, we were but we never talked and i think she forgot about me. well, ever since softball has been over since last year, she is all i have thought about, including EVERY day this summer. i dont think this is a crush either. i would do anything for this girl. i mean i would even take a bullet for her. but, now since softball has started, its gonna take a while for us to be friends again. meaning, she hasnt talked to me since softball has started this year. and i no once games start we will become friends. and, she is the only girl i feel like this for, i have never felt this way about any boy either. but, she also has other friends on our softball team that im sure she hooks up with. i mean when i see her, i dont no its just shes soo pretty and i cant help but stare. so, my question is, do you think this a crush, love, or obsession? one more question, does this mean i am straight, bisexual, or lesbian?
It's natural to be curious about your sexuality at your age. Straight means you only like guys. Bisexual means you like both girls and guys. Lesbian means you like only girls. I think right now you're bi-curious, meaning you're curious about it but haven't tried yet.
Since your relationship is only a friendship right now I think you're just crushing hard. I would suggest talking to her before the end of the softball season and letting her know that you would like to continue being friends after the season is over.
I wouldn't go overboard on the friendship and be too clingy, etc because it may drive her away. Just be patient and see where things go.
okay. so i like this guy. he just happens to be my best friend. the other night, my friend ( ally ) got on my screen name ( i was there too ) and told him that i thought he was hott. and then she was like do you think im hott? *remember, she was pretending to be me and wouldnt let me say anything to him...* he responded by saying, i would go out with you. it was kind of a shocker. no, it was a shocker. because 01-hes my best friend. and 02-no guys ever want to go out with me. or even consider it. and so i was kind of dazed for a little while. and then, i told him that ally said all of it. but he seemed like dissapointed that it wasnt me. today i was going to tell him that i actually do like him & all, but i never got the chance. its just akward. but i dont want our friendship to be ruined by it if we date. so i just want to know other peoples points of view. please!!
I think he's just disappointed that you weren't the one asking the questions and showing the interest personally. I would talk to him in person and let him know that while you weren't the one typing, you still feel the same and would be interested in giving it a try.
ok i have heard that if you put lemon juice in your hair and then go outside tha the sun makes the lemon juice make your hair lighter. is it true, and if not, what are some things that really do work. i dont want to color my hair, just make it lighter
Lemon juice does work but I wouldn't expect dramatic results in a short time. It tends to be a gradual lightening. Also if you're going to use lemon juice, fresh lemon juice (just squeezed) will work much better.
Chamomile (Look at your local health food store or the natural health section of your local store) steeped in hot water then poured on your hair and left in to soak for 15-20 minutes will also help lighten your hair.
A product such as Sun-In will also help to lighten your hair. It costs about $5 at CVS.
A shampoo such as John Frieda Sheer Blonde has ingredients that help bring out the highlights. I'm a faithful user and I can tell you that you will get results. It costs a little higher than regular shampoos but I love the results. I pay around $5 for it at WalMart although it does run a little higher at some other stores.
I hope this helps. Good luck.
