babiibananax3 answered Wednesday July 27 2005, 7:20 pm: try sustituting that stuff for other things try eating fruit and salad try working out more...when your heart rate is up you usually dont want to eat as much..only eat when you are hungry..and keep yourself busy doing something most of the time..if you find yourself looking for some of that stuff think to yourself exactly why you dont want to eat that stuff and why its better in the long run not to eat it
orphans answered Wednesday July 27 2005, 3:20 pm: if you drink plenty of water you will generally find that you dont feel hungry and you will stay away from the sweets etc. another tip is to keep yourself active - if you do this you wont have time to even think about eating something unhealthy, there are a lot of people that just eat when they have nothing to do or are just plain bored. it could also be that you are tired and you need more sleep, your body will want sugar to keep you awake and active. hope i was some help

Next time you reach for a snack, remind yourself that it's going to go straight to your hips, stomach, whatever.
Try simply removing them. Ask people in the house to put the items where you can't find them if they do buy candy or chips. Replace them with healthy snacks such as fruits and vegetables. [ ncblondie's advice column | Ask ncblondie A Question ]
