Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. These are naturally antioxidants which will help keep your skin clear and healthy.
Avoid fatty or fried foods at all costs. These have a tendency to bring on and even prolong breakouts.
Avoid makeup if you can since this clogs pores and causes more breakouts.

babygirl17 answered Wednesday July 27 2005, 1:55 pm: I use to have that problem... well I didnt have alot of them.. but just the fact of having pimples on my face or anywhere else was gross... So what you can do.. Is go to your doctor... and they can prescribe something for it.. That's what I did.... Ive tried a number of things from the doctor.... Differin Gel works... I'm using right now Rosaderm Cleanser to wash my face at night.. and after that you put on a medication called Erythromycin Topical.. These also work very well..
