Ok, I usually melt butter in a pan and then put the eggs (scrambled) in. Well, we have no butter. Is it safe to use margarine? I don't want to burn anything or something like that.
DangerWench answered Wednesday July 27 2005, 4:25 pm: Yes, you can use margarine... But you may want to go back to butter when you can. Butter is a natural product and margarine contains "trans fats" which many people believe to be worse for you than the natural fats found in butter.
Off topic: A good rule of "what's good for you" is to look at a product and see if it's man made, or heavily processed, or has natural ingredients. In general, the more natural and unprocessed something is, the better it is for you. :-) [ DangerWench's advice column | Ask DangerWench A Question ]
