i need a good idea of what to say in my speech for running for middle school president. i also need a couple of ideas of what i should pass out. cany, stickers, ect. thanks for the help!
I'd say make funny posters - ones that will stand out. Also, try to say "hi, soandso" to everyone you pass in the hall, addressing them by name. That way they will see that you care about all of them, since you've taken the time to learn their names. If that doesn't work, you can always resort to handing out lollipops with "Vote for [yournamehere]!" papers attached to them, hehe. Good luck!
i don't know why, but i get SO pissed off at my mom for just above anything. if she changes something on my computer i slam the door in her face and go to the bathroom and start crying. if she puts perfume on me and i didn't want to wear that perfume, i start crying and i feel like throwing and the perfume across the room and screaming to the top of my lungs. i don't know why. it's so incredibly stupid, but it gets me SO incredibly pissed off, it's not even funny. does anyone have anything to say that may be able to help me with this situation. i appreciate it and thank you
I actually kind of know how you feel. I went through that at one point. If you're around age 13, then I would assume it is just your hormones acting up (fun, eh?) However, it could also be that maybe you have deeper issues with your mother than you realize, and this is a subconscious way of taking it out on her. Also, possibly you're simply really stressed (with school, for example). It's difficult to say without knowing more of the situation, but I wish you luck.

Hmm, let me think. You could go to one of those pottery shops that allows you to paint pottery/other ceramic things. I did that at a party once and it was quite fun. If you don't have one near you, you can always go to Six Flags, the park, have a dance held somewhere, or have a movie marathon. In any case, have a good birthday!

I'm 16/M... i never had sex before (im waiting til im married) but i get erections WAY too much...like 6 times an hour and its really annoying, i get them when im not even thinking about anything close to sexual. i dunno what my problem is but i was wondering if its normal or not? please resond.
I think it is quite normal, considering the massive amount of hormones that must be rushing through your body at this age. Also, I just wanted to let you know that I think it's fantastic that you are waiting until marriage :)
I plan on waiting till i get married to have sex. But why is it so hard to find a guy that feels the same? Like on TV, all the guys seem like pigs, and that they only love women to get sex out of them. I want a guy who feels the same why i do, but why r they so hard to find?
I definitely feel your pain, for I am in the same situation. I wish I could give you an answer, but I'm not sure why guys (and even girls) are so opposed to waiting nowadays. I just wish you luck in finding a guy who respects your decision.

Boy do I feel your pain, haha. Hmmm... I'd suggest the following: catch27.com (like MySpace except WAY cooler), gaiaonline.com, and any journaling site (such as greatestjournal.com). They're all great ways to keep ones self occupied.

mmmkay this august im starting highschool. i went to a catholic school all my life, and i was there for 9 years. It was really small, so everyone was my friend, and i loved just talking and laughing with them. I also really liked the school, the teachers were awesome. Im going to an all girls catholic highschool with some of my girl friends, and most of my guy friends r going to the all boys school that we have like dances w/ nd stuff. Im really sad that the 9 years is over. Wat if we dont stay friends? And what if i dont make new friends? How will i get a boyfriend wen im in an all girls school? I mean, im not very pretty, and i dont wear makeup. Im big and muscular, and a major tomboy. I know its a lot of questions, but i need help!
Oh, I know how you feel. I freaked out when I was starting highschool as well. It can be really sad moving on, but also quite exciting!
You can always stay in touch with your friends via phone, e-mail, or hanging in person. Just because you're going to a separate school now doesn't mean they'll disappear from your life :) Also, you'll have plenty of new friends to hang out with - don't worry about that! Just be yourself and join some clubs about things that interest you. Finding a common interest is a fast way to make new friendships.
As for the boyfriend aspect of this, I wouldn't worry too much about it yet. If I was you, I would just focus on adjusting to highschool and let things with boys progress naturally. I'm sure your school will have plenty of dances in which you can meet some guys ;)

Rent a lot of movies (that's what I usually do), get a bunch of junk food, and have a sleepover with a few close friends. My most successful birthday parties ever were like that, hehe.

So I need my teeth to get whitened. What's better - Oral-B/Rembrandt Whitening Strips or Crest Whitestrips? Does it cause sensitivity? And, can I split the box with another person, with still enough strips for each person?
I've only tried Crest Whitestrips, but I found them to work superbly well! However, it did cause mild discomfort/sensitivity (though maybe that is just in my case). Thankfully, though, the discomfort didn't last long at all and the results did.
I just got the Sims 2 for Mac. It says it requires 1 MB of free space, where can I go on my computer to see how much free space I have.

I Have the sims 2 and whenever i go to the sims website or the sims 2 website there are stories. i ♥ the stories but i really want to know how to make my own. do they just take pictures and write stuff? and how do the people get all of the cool furniture & people and stuff? thanks!
To create a story, you simply take pictures of your Sims and add captions to each photo. I think there is a way to upload your story to the official site, though I don't remember what it is.
As for the cool furniture/people, go to google.com and do a search for "The Sims 2 downloads" and I'm sure you'll find plenty of websites to download furniture and people from :)
my friend and i are going to cheer camp next week and we have this thing where we decorate the room we're in and u can get prizes. well for our room we choose the theme "an evening under the stars", like its gonna be a kinda whimsical romantic theme like with glow in the dark stars on the cieling and white christmas lights, but we dont know what else to have in our room that fits but isnt too expensive
Maybe you could set up a fake picnic in the middle of the room. Include candles and some sort of flowers since they both add to the romantic feel you're going for. :)

If you truly love him, as you say you do, then you will respect his decision to wait. Above all else: DO NOT PRESSURE HIM INTO IT. I've been in his shoes before and I'm sure he won't take that well. However, remember that there is always foreplay and the like, if he's willing to engage in that with you.

I say you should tell your best friend about your ex-friend who took advantage of you. Explain why you said, "no" when she asked to be friends again. Tell her that it was simply because of a bad past experience and not because you truly don't wish to be her friend anymore. After that, I guess you could say something like: "So, yeah... That's why I said no :\ But I really do want to be friends again, if you're still willing to give it another go?"

Well, if everything is going well already, I suppose you don't need to change/improve much, eh? You should continue doing what you're doing because apparently it's working. If you find yourself getting bored after a while, however, then you should arrange dates in new and interesting places. Think of fun things to do that BOTH of you will enjoy.
All my friends are so much prettier and skinnier than me, and it lowers my self esteem. They are always the ones that get all the guys attention, and I hardly get any. I know it shouldnt matter at all, but it still bothers me. My friends dont treat me badly or anything, but im always worried that they are secretly thinking lower of me. Any suggestions on how to quit becoming so jealous and to stop thinking Im not good enough for my friends?
I know what you mean. However, keep in mind that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Guys have a variety of tastes in ladies and I'm sure that you'll find one (if not more!) who prefer your looks over that of your friends. You may even have some secret admirers ;)
