Hey guys.. I'm super excited because my one year anniversary with my boyfriend is coming up this Saturday. Problem is I don't know what to give him because he is doing well financially and he can basically afford anything he wants.
I only came up with this- puting my favorite picture of us(from a studio photo shoot)into a nice frame.
Or..buying lingerie,candles and wine and having mind blowing sex :-)

Well you got some good ideas.Lingerie is when you are in a relationship a little longer then a year. Having sex you can probably wait another year so that way you can be sure if you want to and if he really cares about you he wouldn't mind waiting until you are really ready. I think that you should have a nice dinner and when the time is right then you guys can exchanger gifts and then spend the rest of the night just enjoying each other and talking about this is your first year together and how many more anniversaries you guys might have. You can do some things to make him notice like change you look hair or something but not too drastic though. You can look for any little excuse to go up to him like just talk about everyday things like your teachers what subjects you like or hate. If you have some classes together you can ask about homework like if he got it and if he can help you. 6 months isn't really long enough to give up something you should wait until marriage to give up cause once you lose it you can't get it back and then you change. I'm not saying you should wait til marriage that would be nice but if not at least wait like a year or so to see if that is what you really want to do. If he really loves you he would be ok with you wanting to wait and if he isnt understanding then that means he just wants sex and doesn't really care about you. As most schools, my school has some nasty tasting food. My mom told me that it's a waste of her money if I don't even like it. She said to look for some ideas of food to put in my lunch bag because I'm very picky and don't really like ham and turkey sandwiches that much(I'll eat it sometimes though). I want a guinea pig, but my parents don't like them. Ive had two before but it's been awhile. It hey said I might be able to get one once we move but they won't touch it or hav anything to do with it. If you really want a pet you are going to have to take responsiblity for your pet completely and do everything you can't rely on anyone. If you are not willing to take all the responsibilty then you should have a pet I'm surprised when you had them before you didn't learn what you had to do to take care of them etc so you don't need help from anyone. Whenever I'm mad, I harm myself. For some reason I just scratch myself really bad. I don't use objects, I just use my nails. What's wrong with me? I do this pretty frequently. I used to cut myself, but I don't really do it anymore. I keep scratching myself and I can't stop :(
I know when you are mad you feel that you just want to hurt yourself and maybe others. What you need to do is find another way to channel your anger into something that won't hurt you or others a safe way like joing a sport or something like that so that way you can take out your anger a way like that kind of I hope that I help you some good luck
I'm a seventeen year old girl and two years ago I began to develop feelings for my step-brother (though in hindsight there were signs before hand). He is nearly nineteen and we used to see each other every weekend (I'll elaborate on that more in a moment). We have known each other for roughly ten years and we've always had a sort of love/hate relationship. We would annoy the hell out of each other and he would insult me/hurt my feelings, but when we hit the eight year mark and my other siblings (the ones I am related to by blood) stopped visiting my dad on weekends, things began to change. Before we would wrestle and be determined to win/injure the other, we wouldn't talk a lot unless we were insulting each other or disagreeing on one thing or another, but then things changed. Things became more, playful. We would still physically fight but there was no intent to hurt the other. We'd straddle each other a lot more often than before and just sit in that position and talk/have banter. Or when we got tired I'd lie on his chest and he'd wrap his arms around me, and we'd just stay that way for ages. We would still insult each other but it was not as intense as when we were younger. When I was fifteen, he got a girlfriend. His first serious girlfriend. That hurt a lot, but it was okay because I knew things would never work out between us anyway. In February 2012 during one of our more serious conversations, I confessed to my step-brother that I had feelings for him. Feelings that were not necessarily sisterly. He took it well and assured me that he would 'still do anything for me', 'nothing would change' and 'he didn't hate me'. And he was right, until my best friend stuck her big nose in and called his girlfriend a 'dog', and warned him that if he didn't leave her he would catch 'rabies'. After this my step-brother and I didn't talk a lot. In fact it wasn't until January 2013 that we really caught up again, and even then it was only a brief conversation at work but it was nice to see him. By this point I had moved on and any romantic feelings I'd previously had for him were long gone, however I did still miss the closeness and companionship we once shared. In February 2013 he and his girlfriend got engaged, but the engagement was incredibly short as they broke up two weeks later. One week after dumping his girlfriend of 18 months, my step-brother and I reconnected via Facebook chat, only things were somewhat different. Whilst the insults and banter were still there, he often commented about how I 'wanted' him, and argued that if he were to kiss me, that I would kiss back. I thought nothing of it and laughed it off. That is until I saw him whilst visiting my Dad on 3/3/13. The two of us soon found our common ground wrestling and hugging in his room like we used to. It was fun and exciting, and made me realise exactly how much I had missed the boy. Things slowed down and flipped between us hugging whilst I played with his hair and he listened to my heartbeat, or the two of us occasionally slapping the other. Whilst sitting in a half hug we somehow ended up back at our previous argument from Facebook about how I 'wanted him'. I went off on a rant about how I clearly didn't want him, and then he kissed me, mid-sentence. It was my first kissed so I was pretty stunned, but I kissed back nonetheless. Then we kissed a lot more after that until it was time for me to leave. My step-brother later told me that he only kissed me to 'prove a point' (that I wanted him) and it was only a one time thing. Worst of all is that he was acting totally weird with me over Facebook two days after we kissed. So now I'm confused, and hoping that someone on this site could offer me some much needed advice since I have no idea what to make of this situation, how to react and what to do. No mateer how you feel you guys are family and you are not suppose to have those kind of feelings that is just wrong even though your not blood it still isn't right. It would be different if you weren't family but since you are you have to treat them like how you would treat your blood siblings. You might not want to hear this but you need to turn yourself in.The first thing you should do is tell tell them that you are soory for what you have done it really wasn't your fault because of what had happened to you,you know I mean about you being raped by that 16 year old.That is what had messed you up so bad that you were angry and you had to take it out on someone so you ended up taking it out on your mom and sis.If you could take it back you would but since you can't your willing to take responsibilty. Your willing to seek professional help and see what happens if they think you need to do time instaed it shouldnt be much cause you are a minor an they take it easy on minors.Just remember the longer your gone from home and not turning yourself in wont hep just make the punishment longer. You can go to a dinner and a movie don't rule movie out that might be a good idea for the first date so that way you guys can get use to being around each other as bf gf. After the movie you guys can park somewhere if you want to talk a little before he takes you home.There are so many things you guys can do movie,dinner,go bowling,miniature golf,drive in,play a sport,get together for ice cream or coffee and then go for a walk and you guys can talk a bit. This was a girl-my age-who was in a car crash with her mom and two other boys, though they are fine and her mom is crying and blaming it on herself, the entire school is feeling it's effects. She died on Tuesday, Tuesday afternoon, I learned Wednesday. Everybody was crying and hugging each other, some even went home of sadness and paranoia, the shock really. Her locker is now covered with cards and heaven wishes, and my locker is next to hers. I cry when I go to my locker now, cry when I see my friends cry. I did avoid my locker today, and yesterday too. The whole week Wednesday forward has been unstable. I cry in my sleep now, and I had a nightmare last night. My parents have tried to cheer me up, but it's not working. I didn't even know the poor sweet girl, yet I feel a sort of connection with her, and she was only in one of my classes (homeroom) and my Gym class. She was an athlete, playing three sports in one year, another to grow on that. But she's gone now ... I wish I had gotten to know her better, have said "bye" to her before we left school Tuesday ... but it's too late.
How about you getting together with her mom and her friends and talk about having some kind of ceremony for the whole school or something like that so that way you all can have some kind of closer and move on with your lives.Do you think she would want you all to be sad over her an not move on. If you don't want to do that I mean get that involved how about just suggesting that to a friend of hers and see what she says but her friends probably would like to do something for her don't know what to do to make it happen though so that's where you can help them with ideas if they ask that is.But if the whole school is affected by it you guys should do something so that way you all will remember her, not forget her, and move on. You should go for Trevor because he has already made the move by kissing you and you can ask Trevor out instead of waiting for him to ask you cause he is shy that way he doesn't feel like he has to be the one to do it it takes the pressure off him and he knows that you like him enough to ask him. Long distance relationships are never easy but it is up to the two of you to make it work. If the two of your really do care about each other and are willing to do anything for each other then you guys should do everything that you can to stay in touch until you see each other again in person. You know talk on the phone and online like Skype etc.Also you should make a promise to each other about only being committed to one another athat way you don't have to worry about him and other girls where he is going to be living. As for prep for when he leaves you should try not to cry because he is still there with you he hasn't left yet you guys can still spend time together you guys should spend as much time as you can together cause you don't know when you guys will see each other in person. I am 22 and have been with my boyfriend for eight years now. He has always hung out with people who are not good for him, but to my knowledge he had never really done anything bad. Last year he showed up at my parents' house high on xanax and then did it again this year. Those are the only two times that I know of he has done it for sure but I have suspected that he has been doing it more. I just can't trust him anymore but I love him more than anything and I don't know what to do. His whole family had been addicted to drugs at some point which scares the hell out of me. That's a tough one you could have the talk with him give him a chance to be honest you if he is still doing it you should tell him you are going to give him a second chance but he has to make a choice either he quits that or you will end it that's a way to see if he really loves you. If you get the feeling that he isn't really telling you the truth you can find out have your friends keep an eye on him for you so they can tell you if they catch him in the act.If they do then you know that you need to find someone else. Been there I think you should invite him to a group event with his friends and yours. Do that a see if goes if he does then you know that he likes you then again he probably might like one of your friends sometimes guys are like that. After you invite him to a group event and he goes and you still want to know if he likes you I mean like likes you then you could have a friend or a few (up to you) have them talk to his friends and have them find out for you if you trust your friends and they are willing to do that for you.
