OH NO!
Do not use Nair unless it says on the bottle that it is for bikini area.
Honestly, I had a friend use the legs kind and she could hardly sit for a week. The area is just to sensitive.
She got a rash big time and said it burnt bad for days after.
Just make sure whatever you use is made for the area and try it out on a small spot before you go nuts with it. :)

THIS IS LONG BUT I NEED SERIOUS ADVICE! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME SO PLEASE HELP!!!!
note: it'd be easier to help me if you're a person who LOVES music or knows a lot about it and bands and touring..
okay so i really LOVE music.. it's my life.. without it i seriously don't know where i'd be right now.. who i'd be friends with.. or anything..
i want to do music in my future.. i recently stumbled across this girls myspace and saw that she works with music and works on the road touring and stuff.. such as being a guitar tech, subsituting for band members if they're sick or cant play, selling merch, etc. for different bands and tours and stuff..
i'm not talking about pop music and all.. i'm talking about from first to last, MCR.. etcetc.
so she does it for those kind of bands.. i'd LOVE to do that but i don't know how to get started.. i play guitar, i can read music, i LOVE music, i've been to TONS of concerts and i know how eveything works.. how do you get these kind of jobs? i'd love to go on tour with bands and sell merch and be a guitar tech and everything like that because music is my life!
can someone give me advice please! this is very important to me! thank you!

first off, you are such a good advice giver..
a while back i told you about my friend whos turning into a goth because of her other best friend and shes not changing, like i sent her a note and everything and she didnt change and now she keeps skipping classes and getting detentions and i think i should just stop being near her because she's a really bad influence but shes my best friend so i dont know what to do.. i might change schools next year but i found out her 'gothy' best friend smokes, cuts, and does all that stuff. my friend promised she would never start that stuff but who knows whats next =/

You can dress like the "goth" crowd without really being like them. Lets hope that's all your friend is doing.
Does she treat you differently? If not then as far as being friends go, it is probably OK for you to stay friends with her. So long as you know not to smoke or cut maybe you will be a GOOD influence on her. If she does start cutting or anything, tell her mom.
I'd almost bet that she likes this other friend mostly because she is so different. HOPEFULLY, she will outgrow the behavior over the summer.
If you honestly feel she is a bad influence on you though, do what you have to do. Maybe if you don't hang around with her for a while she will miss you and decide hanging out with a hooligan isn't what she really wants to do.

I am a restaurant manager and personal licence holder. the restaurant is changing ownership and i have been given no written notice and the new employer wont tell me his plans. I am also working 80 to 90 hours a week as the owner is at his other restaurant and i have to be there to open close and cash up, I am the only first aider and hold a personnal licence for supervising the premises so do it because i have no choice. I have increased turnover by £100,000 am praised by all the customers but the owner tells people he is selling because the trade is not good because of me yet and he has given the new employer a kind of apraisal on each member of staff and in mine it does not give a good opinion. No one has seen these only me and i found by mistake. The owner has also given the new employer a list of holiday owing and my says i have none when i have only had 9 days in 15 months and have just done 9 weeks without a day off working 10 AM to 1 AM sometimes later with no extra money. I have records of every working day since i started. Please someone tell me where i stand. Many thanks Richard Hudson. (link)

I think I would type up (if you can find time!),
all your qualifications and all you think you have done for the restaurant. Maybe in the form of a resume and sort of apply for the job you have.
That way the new owner has that info in addition to what the old owners opinion. I would think your obvious loyalty to the restaurant would carry some weight with the new owner. :)

In non-union jobs its pretty much up to the owner
to hire and fire however they want to. Seniority
really doesn't count for anything unless they want it to.
Don't get me wrong, most smaller businesses are good about taking care of loyal employees. But should they want to be jerks and hire their buddies, you usually haven't a legal leg to stand on. :)

i have the worst sun burn ive ever had before. its on my back..ive had bad sunburns before where they have the deep itch..this one looks so much worse than those ever did. i saw it in the mirror earlier and cried a little because i know how bad its going to hurt and how miserable im going to be. i cant handle it physically or emotionally. i just cant deal with sunburns, id honestly rather just die. its that bad for me. please tell me something..ANYTHING..i could do to make it feel a little better, or something to take my mind off of it. just anything.. Sorry this is long, but I'm in tears. I need to talk.
Today, I had to give a presentation on migrant farmers in California who were thrown off of their land because they couldn't pay the rent where they originally came from (the Middle Region of the US---Oklahoma, Kansas, etc) using a central primary document. I showed three 5-minute clips from "The Grapes of Wrath." I gave a 2-minute intro, showed the clips, and in between each clip, I talked about why the clip best represented the main points of my lecture.
I guess I was pretty boring. I'm very, very bad at giving lectures. I don't want any of the columnists to give me an answer detailing how to make lectures more interesting. I had my speech written out on an AlphaSmart and I read in a monotone, but that's just the way I talk. That's not an excuse for not paying attention.
I told my classmates to write down a question and I'd answer it at the end of the clip. For each clip, the same 4 people out of an audience of 11 asked questions, and they were mostly practical questions that didn't have to do with the Depression, like "Where did the Joads get gasoline?" Throughout the whole lecture, only one person asked a relevant question. Everyone else was bored out of their skulls. People yawned and gazed out the window. One girl was even reading behind her backpack.
And then came the discussion at the end. I had 3 discussion questions:
1. Do you think the migrant workers lived the promised California Dream? Why or why not?
2. In what ways were the migrant workers exploited by land owners?
3. Do you think that the workers were better off in California or their homeland?
We were supposed to have more, but my teacher said that if they are questions that can generate rich discussions, it would be fine. But there was no discussion. My classmates had been so bored out of their skulls that they hadn't payed attention the whole time. The same two people had anything to say.
The presentation was a disaster. And I'm going to be graded down because there was no discussion. I was supposed to have a lot of questions, but if I only had a few questions that were open-ended and debatable, then it would be acceptable. My questions were open-ended and debatable, but since there was no discussion, it doesn't count. I feel awful. I had hoped to get an A in History, and I had a B+ coming. This is a huge assignment. I'm going to get a B or B-, and I won't achieve my quarter goal. I wanted to get 2 A's on my report card for the first time, but now my chances are gone.
Anyone who at least tries to make me feel better gets a 5

It is always possible if your teacher thought you did a good job. Just because your classmates
didn't want to learn anything from your report did not mean it was bad. Sounds to me like you did a pretty good job of it.
So don't give up on it yet. Talk to your teacher and ask her what she thought of your report. Maybe ask what you could have done to generate more interest from your classmates. She may give extra points because of your effort. :)

ok, 1st this is going to be very long and for that i am very sorry! but here goes nothing:
Ok my friend (who is a guy, and i am a girl)Always follows me. Right after lunch we have 4th and 5th together.
So in my 4th hour we are doing a lab amd he ask me if i wanted to be his "lab buddy." I said i was sorry and that i already had one. Then we had to dign up for a lab table, me and partern signed upfor table 6, then my "stalker" went from table 4, to table 6. When i say i am so sick of school, he says "don't drop out." Im not dumb, and im not going to. He has to know what is going on inmy life or he gets so mad at me.
In 5th hour me and my friend Shelby and me are always talking together, and he has to but in. He is always trying to get my attention. If im talking to someone else, he'll say my name and i'll tell him one min, but if i take to long then he pokes me. It is so annoying. My friends say he has a crush one me. And i am starting to think that it is more then that. For my end of the year solo I sang unfaithful, and he told me that he would never do that to me, as if we were going out. And we are not. I do not want to be mean to him but what do I do? Any help I would really be greatful.

I agree with your friends. He has a crush on you.
A stalker isn't a nice person. They follow you home and watch you everywhere you go. They are really sick individuals. He follows you like a puppy because he likes you.
Now if he should start following you home. And anywhere else you go outside of school, tell a parent. Otherwise, hes just a pain in the butt.
I'm afraid if you want to be rid of him it is going to hurt his feelings. It may just have to be done though if he is that big a pest. Just tell him you really wish he would stop talking to you...or whatever he is doing that bugs you. :)

You know, there is nothing wrong with it if you are. Since you aren't sure though I don't think you should say anything.
Lots of girls your age are very close to their girlfriend. That's normal. If you say something to her you do run a very great risk of her turning on you. Not only that but telling everyone she comes across. I don't know if you are mature enough to handle what that info in the hands of a bunch of teens might lead to.

hey, this is kind of a gross question, but does anyone know how to treat a blister? Mine is from a burn. Its all filled with liquid. It doesn't hurt, I was just wondering. Some people have told me to pop it and bandage it, some people have told me to just leave it. I need to know how to treat it properly. Thanks. I will rate high for helpful answers. (link)

Do NOT pop it. The water in the blister is what is keeping the burnt skin cool. If you pop it..its gonna hurt.
The skin underneath the blister is actually healing while the blister protects it from further damage and infection.
Use sterile petroleum jelly and a light gauze wrap to protect it until it bursts on its own (this can take days).
Once burst, remove the collapsed skin from the blister with gentle washing and sterile tweezers.
Put more petroleum jelly and gauze over it until it heals up.

No. Its not at all weird. Don't worry about what people say. There will always be a few who will talk about you no matter who it is you date.

Try not to let it bother you. The more you argue with them the more they are going to try and get you mad. They are stupid...they don't know any better.
I might be tempted next time to say "Why? you interested honey?" But, probably you should just ignore them. :)
