I have extreme anxiety that comes every single day. I'm only 15 years old but its so intense. Does anyone know of anything that could help me?

i have enxietys too but probably not extreme. But depending on what kind you have, meditation helps. Or trying to face what gives you the enxietys. Like with me i dono what really causes it but i get nervus about something and then i get all dry in the mouth. So i need to breath in warm air to calm my self down. But what ever you have you need to clam your self down and try whatever you think will help with the one you have. But meditation helps.

ok .. this might be a little confusing but im sorry! lets say im lydia and my sister is brittany. There are 3 guys involved in this. Lets say their names are billy, mitch, and john. Well i used to go out wiht john but we broke up like 5 months ago. Long story about us but to make it short, my dad didnt like him adn told him to never talk to me again. So of course he hasnt. Well now my dad said i can talk to john again, and i really want to because i still like him! billy and mitch are both of his friends. Well over last summer, mitch liked my sister, then when me and john broke up, mitch started liking me. Now mitch likes me and my sister. i like mitch, but not as a boyfriend, yet im jealous when he likes other girls. About billy, Billy likes me, but he doesnt know that i like him. The other day one of billy friends called me and said billy liked me and asked if i liked him. I said no even tho i do. Now billy thinks i dont like him, so he said he doesnt want to go out with me. He now says im hott and he likes me but doesnt want to go out with me. (because i said i didnt like him). Its all really confusing but i dont know what to do. Wednesday i am going to try to talk to billy and john but should i tell both of them i like them? I like john way more but i think john has a girlfriend. Please help the best you can. i think you should tell them both that you like them. Tell Billy that you didnt say you like him becuase you didn't want his friends to know.
And even if John does have a girlfriend i think you should still tell him that you like him just so he knows, and if he ever breaks up you can have him back.

So yea i would tell them honestly.

Just curious. I've always noticed in the shower, that my penis is slightly darker, lighter. Darker (more tan I suppose) on the lower half, a bit lighter on the upper. Could this simply be because I was cirumcised at birth, or is there just a larger need for a prolonged shower?

um... well since im a girl i dont really know... but i think that its just the shade of light in the shower.. cuz when i look at my legs they look darker in the shower but then when i get out their lighter...

maybe you're depressed that she died and you don't really know how to handle it so you get mad at her for dieing.
It happens alot when a friend dies. Usually the people who new them really well dont know how to react and so they get mad at them. But all i can say is dont blame her because it probably wasnt her fault and dont be mad at her.

it means the picture your trying to upload is bigger than 15k. So you have to make is smaller r pic a differen photo.

if your are really athletic, are you less likely to get you period? or is it the exact opposite?

well ususally like the tennis players and the track runners ect, they somtimes lose their period because the excersize so much so yea you could lose it if your really athletic and excersize like crazy doing a sport or something.

One of my best friends (Lizzie) has been totally ditching me for this other chick (Amanda).. And it's starting to worry me, because Amanda is kind of bossy, and a bit of a whore.. Lizzie has always had self esteem issues and stuff, and i think Amanda is gonna end up hurting Lizzie.. And I'm also kind of hurt because Lizzie won't talk to me (Amanda and I hate eachother), and I really miss being friends. Any thoughts on what I should do?

Well that is right that you shouldn't care what your friends think. If you know he likes you and you know you like him then yea! ask him out! It will make him feel happy that a girl liked him for who he was but because he wasnt the hottest guy in skool.

when i get cramps i usually take a nice hot bath or a get a rag and run it under hot water to make it go away.
You cant really make your period go away faster but what usually helps is to excersize and then i guess it will stop sooner.

Ok, so on my computer I am trying to get a background on my home screen of a picture of Tyler HIlton. I copy a picture from the web, save it, then go onto Paint. When I get to paint and try to set it as a background, it tells me to save the file. I try saving it, (again) but it wont let me save it so I cant get the picture as a background. Any help would be awesome, because its kinda confusing. Thank alot

with out taking it into paint you should be able to right click and then select 'set as background'.
With paint you need to save it somewhere where it will let you save it and then go to 'set as background'and if both of those dont work then i dono..

I'm on my peroid, and it's suddenly (within the last two days) become very, very painful to pee.

It's fine until I have to stop peeing, at which it feels like everything is pinched down there. I thought it might just be something because I'm using regular flow tampons right now, instead of just light, however when I try to pee even without a tampon it's still painful.

I know I don't have an STD--I'm a total virgin, and I don't have any other symptoms of any other common infections, such as a yeast or bacterial infection.

Does anyone know why I could suddenly be having so much pain? I'd appericate it.

You dont need the symptoms to not have the infections. maybe its a bladder infection. You could even be alergic to the new tampon your using. See the doctor so that you can get it treated and maybe try switching tampons.
