Okay, so I'm 18/f and I've been friends with this woman on the internet for five years, since I was 13. She's 38, and we're both actresses. I met her in a theatre chatboard and we've become quite close over the last 5 years. Granted, I've never talked to her in person; I've seen photos and Youtube videos of her performances.

Recently, she proposed that we finally meet up in real life sometime. She said that I could come and hang out at her home and we could roast oysters. She told me to give her a phone call whenever I'm ready.

Now, I'm very wary of Internet security. I like this person a lot but I know that there are loads of predators out there on the Internet. Granted, she's never done anything even remotely suspicious or asked for my personal information. In fact, when I was younger she told me that I shouldn't tell anyone about my personal info and gave me tips on Internet security.


However, she very well might be just who she says she is, and I could possibly make a friend in her. If I give her a call, and it is actually her speaking on the phone, am I safe? Are there female predators out there? Is it possible that she could hand me over to a rapist or something?

Well, definitely there are female predators out there, but this doesn't sound completely suspicious. Just think of it this way- If she was truly someone who wanted to harm you when you met her, she would have moved in a lot quicker. Not five years- predators can get 50 girls in five years, so there's no need to waste that much time on one girl, who isn't really willing to give out any of her personal information.

I truly see- meeting people in real life is a completely different connection, and maybe she sees that too. That you two have been friends for quite some time, but never met? That can be quite trailing.

So, I'm just thinking she's just taking a step forward in the relationship and just wants to meet and hang out.

Sigh...ive been reviewing the answers to other peoples questions about what to get for their boyfriends....and i just cant find anything that clicks. ive also been researching alot...but im hoping just one of you can help me out! :-)

So my boyfriend and i have been dating for a year now...and hes given me the most romantic presents and like presented them in the cutest ways...and i just dont feel like i can compare.
Does anyone have ANY really romantic thing to give him that will finally even us up? (if it helps...hes a 16 year old basketball/soccer player..dresses preppy..board game player...romantic...uhm...idk what else)

Well, I don't know if this will help any, but this is what I did last year.

It involved about a month proior, but that's because I'm a slow worker :]

Alright, so I made my boyfriend this little scrapbook of well, "The 100 Reasons Why I Love You", but I did it in a pretty clever way.
On the left sides of the pages I told the story of the day we first met.

and on the right sides of the pages I put a picture of us, and put the "100 Reasons Why I Love You" on top of the pictures [using photoshop or Microsoft Paint]

Well...im babysitting tomorrow...and i usually babysit a little boy and girl...but i found out that its just gonna be the girl this time.
Shes in 1st grade and is a normal little girl who likes her barbies but still has that boyish edge bc she plays with her older brother a lot.
I was just wandering if any of you had some games that youve played with your "babysit-ees"..or anything crafty to do. The only thing is..her mom is a neat freak so i CANNOT make a mess. We've already played the normal hide-and-seek..tag...kickball games a billion times though..so im looking for maybe a creative edge to the answers..

Alright, so I babsit 4 boys almost on a daily basis-- so this is what we usually do.

They LOVE crafty things
-Paper Airplanes
-Paints [water paints are best-- like on the table with newspaper under it]
-Coloring books, or just plain sheets of paper-- suggest things for them to draw. IE: Trees, animals
-Make necklaces and braclets with beads
-Puzzles
Or do some Outdoors stuff
-Since she has a brother, I'm sure he has a baseball bat. Try teaching her how to swing and hit it. It has a lot of gratification involved with it once they finally get it right!
-Go on a bike or rollerblade ride around the block
-The normal, kickball and hide and go seek
-CHALK.
Or go at a different approach
-Baking is a big plus-- I know you said no messes, but those premade squares of cookies by Philsberry is really really fun to make with them.
-Make some like juice popsickles [Get a papercup and fill it with some juice, stick a tooth pick or a spooin in it and wrap the top with saranwarp. Stick it in the freezer until it looks froze [probably a couple of hours] come back, and eat it! they're great.
-If you ever have to serve them lunch, ask them if they want to help make it.

With some guys, yes acting as if you're not interested AT FIRST will want to chase you more. It's instint- we want what we can't have, & if he can't you, he'll want you. Make sense? You only want to play that card for a little bit. Three days at the most. Flirt a little bit so he know's you're interested. Guys know all the tricks about dating there is to know, so he'll know what you're trying to do, but it wont make him want you less.
Like the person before said, after the 'game' of cat and mouse- it's about communication. Clearly.

So communicate often and that's a sure fire way to start off a nice relationship.

Ok I know whats wrong with my eye. I have Sinuses and it's putting pressure on them and it hurts so bad. What can I put on it to make it hurt less?

Try taking some Sinus Tylenol. This should help releave the pressure from your eyes and all the other sinus symptoms.

okay well i asked a similar question before but it seems that know one got what i was saying so here it is again.

okay i got ddr max (or whatever the purple one is called) for xmas and its really hard for me. like within 5 sec i fail. so are any of the other ddr games for ps2 easier? because this is the newest one i think and its hard! if any are easier please leave the name of it!

They're all equally hard, trust me.
The older versions can be a lot tougher than you expect.
Try the DDR Max on the "light" level. I promise that's a lot easier.
Work your way up by doing the "Training Mode", where you can play any song without the worry of failing it.

You got to just work up to the harder stuff..

Ok. Today I got shocked by like a 151 V. It didn't hurt but i was shaken it was my first time getting shocked.. and im still shaking from it.. very lightly. Im not hurt or anything but i still feel wierd..


Should I just let this pass overnight?

Yes, just let yourself rest over night and in the morning see what it's become. If nothing's changed and you're still a little shaken you might let your parents know of it, if they do not already.

This could be potentionaly serious, but I highly doubt it. Just keep an eye out on it and if nothing changes positivly then see a doctor about it.

I'm dating this girl. I'm really happy, and I love her very much. but theres this other girl that likes me, and she happens to be a close friend. She has a b/f and she's wants to dump this b/f for me. But how do I tell her I don't wanna be with her? I don't want her to get mad and stop being my friend.....idk....

Well, first off, let me applaud you on your decision. Do you know how many guys would dump their current girlfriend just for a change? That was very wise of you. If you have been leading the second girl on and making her feel like you'd dump your girlfriend for her, then no, she probably wont be your friend anymore. If you just acknowledged that she liked you and she took it into her own hands to point out she's going to dump her boyfriend, then she might understand why you feel the way you feel. Tell her that you love your girlfriend. That should be enough, but if this girl is persistent then let her know that you wouldn't be able to date someone else for a while after you dumped your current girlfriend. I mean, because in my mind dumping someone for someone else is as close to cheating besides cheating.

Yes, but it's their opinion on your advice. If you gave them an answer in which was blunt and honest and they didn't like it- it's their problem. You can't do anything about the ratings.

Okay so basically i want the mac g5 but i dont know to much about mac computers. so i would like goods and bads of the g5 (compared to widows XP) please and thanks..

Whoaa, I have one. They're incredible.

I've been living off Macs since I was in third grade. They're faster, sleeker, more modern. The layout of the whole computer is genius. The iMac G5 is a computer and a monitor built into one computer [I'm sure you knew that] so it occupies less space on your desk. Which I find incredible. You get nifty little things like iPhoto, iTunes, and iChat. The whole computer itself is just faster. it takes me about [point].10 seconds to switch from internet page to internet page. The newer iMac G5s have a built-in iSite which is a web cam. How awesome is that? They also have this thing called dahboard [whenever you press F12 on your keyboard it will pop-up] and it's got all these cool things http://www.apple.com/downloads/dashboard/ you can download some fun ones there.

Overall I think that Macs are worth more of your money than PCs. They're faster, more efficient and more user friendly.

My breasts began to get bigger around May. I went from 22 A to a 28C in around a month. Now I have little purplish reddish lines on them. They look like little scratch marks leading from the nipple out on. I have the 3 marks on each breast. The 3 scratch marks are on one side of the nipple. What are these? Are they just stretch marks or something, will they go away ???

Yeah, they're strech marks. You can use Cocoa butter cream to get them to go away faster

It can heal on it's own, but it wont heal very quickly. If you don't get it checked out then it can turn into diseases like meningitis- that is BAD. I had it once. it was horrible

Okay, im only 14 and i wanna have a baby SO bad. My parents dont really love me((ive been told)) so i think this would help me alot. i've babysat for YEARS and LOVE children. I wanna feel loved when i come home and a baby would do that, and i think teen moms are closer to their kids. I plan on gettin pregnant in 10th or 11th grade.Am i making a mistake by wanting to do this.

Yes you are. Your parents love you no matter what. If you treat them with respect you'll get some in return. This baby isn't going to fulfill your life- gauruntee it wont. It's going to make it horrible. How are you going to finish school? The guy who got you pregnant will probably run off and not support the baby. If you don't plan on finishing school whenever you get the baby- you wont be able to support anything it needs. Your parents most likely wont help you in this situation- because 'as you've been told' ''they don't love you''. You trying to prove a point to them is going to do that- it's going to show them that you're irresponsible because you're not going to be able to do anything on your own after this baby. It might be true that teen parents are closer to their children, but why do you need a baby to feel loved. You've got friends. Try searching for a nice boyfriend- if you can get a guy to screw you, then you can find a NICE boyfriend that will love you whenever you come home.

It's as easy as that. You're making a horrible desicion

All I know that the Cranberry Juice thing removes all the toxins out of your system, which in fact might take off a few pounds.
