What is it?

Question Posted Saturday December 3 2005, 10:59 pm

My breasts began to get bigger around May. I went from 22 A to a 28C in around a month. Now I have little purplish reddish lines on them. They look like little scratch marks leading from the nipple out on. I have the 3 marks on each breast. The 3 scratch marks are on one side of the nipple. What are these? Are they just stretch marks or something, will they go away ???

Those sound like the everyday stretch marks to me, yes. They never disappear completely; they lighten though. And yes, there are some products that promise to lessen the visibility of stretch marks. There is a product called Strivectin, HOWEVER, it is VERY expensive, we're talking $115.00+. You can find more information about that at:

I get really bad stretch marks from around my chest to the top of my shoulder. Common with people growing. Aside from cocoa butter which is a good method, you should really also try and attack them from the inside by getting a bottle of Vitamin E gel capsules and not only taking the capsules, but breaking the capsules open and rubbing the liquid on the stretch marks.

i went to the doctor about stretch marks i have them real bad on the top of my legs and around my butt! they just said that they look bad now but as u get older they will fade quite abit and you will hardly notice them. (she said around 16-17) you can use coco butter but that works best when there growing, so you would have to use that now but when they stop growing it wont be as afective! x x

Those are definitly stretch marks, and you got them because your breasts went through such an extreme growth spurt! Sometimes they go away and sometimes they don't..wait a little while and if they don't fade..try going to a drugstore and oicking up a stretch mark cream! Good luck! ♥ caitie
